How do you automatically transcribe audio to text in Premiere (Premiere Pro 12.1.2 and earlier)

I am using Adober Premiere Pro CC.  I'm attempting to automatically transcribe a 10 minute autio file to text.  I saw on the internet that you were able to do it. I followed instructions on the internet, however, the "analyze" button didn't exist on my version of Premiere, but was available on older versions.   Can someone help me figure out how to do it on Premiere Pro CC or any other Adobe Program?  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You can't with 2018.

Premiere Pro has not had an internal speech transcription process since CS6. So no, you will not find any button to do so in any of the CC versions of Premiere Pro.

I have version 14 (2020) and I'm trying to transcibe an audio file.  I'm in metalogging and looking at the metadeta panel, found "speech analysis" and the empty "analysis text" box, but I'm also not finding an "analize" button.

An earlier version had some ability, I don't recall if it was the original CC or 2014, one was the latest version with voice recognition.

My memory is hazy but I know it's come up before here and a couple folks had the earlier version installed and brought the results forward.
