How to remove windows style white menu here like in Photoshop (please see both images for reference)

The menu in PP is white. It just stays that way it is. But the annoying part you can change. The two white Title bars (while you have two windows open, PP and it's Home screen) you control thru Windows. Mine are the Blue bars you seen in the screenshot below, which you see I've set in Windows Settings.

Personaliztation > Colors (my accent color is currently blue)
