I can import a preset effect but when I restart preset won t save

Any suggestions? I import but then disappear after a I restart premiere pro 2018. Why it doesn t save?

    Ok just solve by resseting the folder name....

    Maybe resetting preferences:

    Rename 12.0 folder to Old_12.0 in

    Windows: C:\Users\UserName\Documents\Adobe\Premiere Pro\12.0

    Mac: Documents > Adobe > Premiere Pro > 12.0

      Same here, problems and more problems, I've been many many hours trying doferenrs methods and nothing seems to be working.

       

      Does anyone knows where the prestes and all the adjustments are saved and keep?

        Hi!! i think i'm a adobe user for 3 years now, and my Premiere never saved a effect preset on the effects tab. I can import the presets, but when i restart the aplication the presets are gone, so everytime i need to import the presets again. I would kindly apreciate if somebody could help me with this...

        I downloaded some presets. In another version ot worked but since I updated doesn t save. Pretty weird

        So when I import a preset into the effects then I exit the program and reenter to the program the preset won t appear anymore

        I can import a preset ans use it. I save the project then I exit the program. When I reenter to Premiere Pro the effect preset is not there anymore. What is the issue here? I tried in 2 different computer and same issue.,,
