Over a year later and there's still no solution to this fundamental issue that renders this feature unusable. I swear Adobe is just begging us to switch to Resolve at this point.

Hello, I've been making videos for work for the past 3 years off Premiere. Our videos are done in 3 ratios, 1920 x 1080, 1080 x 1080, and 1080 x 1920. I tried to Export the videos today with the Sequence Settings matching the desired output. After the videos have been exported, they all are streched and are not the correct size. In the properties for the videos they read the correct size.  I attached a few pictures to show the settings of premiere and what the final video looks like vs what it should look like. This is what the video looks like when played. This is how the Videos are supposed to look.  Any advice on why they are now being stretched? 

I want to let the video play while I listen for errors, and at the same time I want to organize/rename/move items in the project panel, however the moment I clickt the project panel, video stops

Afrer updating premiere pro 2024. my older version premiere pro 2022 is gone. and in creative cloud there is only 2024 and 2023 is available.so plese tell me how can i install older version of premiere pro-2022Thank You.

hello. I've been trying to warp stabilize a video and i noticed a strange behaviour. while paused, it's all good, but if i play the preview, the video goes to a corner. how can i fix this?

I do video production at a live music venue. We live stream many of our shows and record them via OBS. We then take those files, trim them down, and post to youtube. We recently had our PC crash on us while we were recording, so the file didn't write correctly. I was able to use recovery software to fix the missing metadata and make the file usable. The audio is as it should be, the video on the otherhand is slowed down to about 50% when opening up via VLC media player. The file cuts off when the audio does. Which is what the file duration in windows explorer shows the video to be as well. When I import the video into Premier Pro, the video duration is doubled and plays at the proper rate. It's just extremely glitchy and seems to be mixing up and adding random frames of the video to other parts of the video. I have no idea if I am explaining this correctly, but any help on working with this file would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,I am trying to edit a video and my souce video is 37 mins long. Every time I import it into premier it cuts it down to 5 seconds I dont know why. Please help 

hi, ive lost my initial sequence on premiere pro and cant find anywhere how to get it back, im pretty sure i closed the panel accidentally in the sequences tab. any help would be greatly appreciated also when and if i do manage to get it back, how can i merge initial sequence and sequence 1 together, sorry im new here and still learning the very complex system, thanks in advance. happy new year all.

When I add Graphic Equalizer 30 bands to an audio track, sometimed it works fine, other times it has no effect at all.  Just now I was adjusting the graphic equalizer and it was modifying the frequency response properly, then for no reason it stopped working. I think the previous settings were still working, but I could make no new adjustments. Why is this?

I was using Premiere Pro well in Windows environment.And recently, when I moved to Mac OS, a problem occurred.It was the mosaic tracking function.I tried tracking after mosaicing to hide a specific name on the screen,but the tracking did not work properly, so I am currently doing it manually.Of course, I was satisfied with the tracking function when I used it in Windows environment, but it is unstable in MAC OS.And I want to use it on a screen where the distinction is clear enough that there is no problem with the tracking function.Are there any tips for using the tracking function properly in Mac OS?

As the title suggests, if I deselect audio when exporting an h.265 file, it changes the codec to use software instead of hardware, making the export take about 10 times longer. From time to time I export b-roll clips from projects to help with creating future demo reels, or other projects and I do not need audio in those close (It's just for b-roll and it takes longer in the edit to deal with audio if it was there), so being able to export with hardware in h.265 with NO audio selected would be ideal.Can we get this looked into please? I brought this up a couple years ago but I guess it was overlooked. Thanks

I have an issue with an audio track in Adobe Premiere Pro. There is a line that appears, as shown in the photo. I don’t know how to fix it to make it correct again. I don’t even understand how it appeared. Can you help me? Thank you very much

This has been going on for several months now. I have a transitions pack which uses a mix of adjustment layers to create special transitions (zooms, wipes, camera shakes, spins, etc.) using a variety of motion/tiling/mirror effects. These used to all work perfectly fine when working with footage of different resolutions (ex. 1080p and 4K), or when exporting cropped videos (ex. a 16:9 sequence cropped into 4:3 for instagram), but at some point last year an update broke them. Now those effects render as weird kaleidoscope-like clips. Everything plays back correctly in the timeline, and previews also render without any issues. The problem only happens on export, and having "use previews" toggled makes no difference. Weirder still is that the effects work properly when exporting directly from Premiere, but not if you send to Media Encoder, but even then, ONLY when exporting at the timeline's native resolution. If you try to export a cropped timeline they won't work either way.&nb

I used iphone h.265 (HEVC) footage 1080P 60 frames second and exported it using premiere pro and after fiddling around with some settings it finally exported without any errors with the mp4 file with good quality. However when I uploaded the file to you tube it was very bad quality. So after research it appears that h.265 does not play well on you tube. So do I have to use a third party program like handbreak to change all my footage over to h.264 and redo the entire project all over again? Is there an easier way to some how take the clips I have in Premiere pro and convert them to h.264. If you any thought or have a link that Might help me with this issue it will be appreciated.

I seem to have a audio sync issue in my project.. I only just noticed it and the erorr is all through. I have already edited much of the project based on audio ques. I want to try and move all the video tracks together in one go but not effect any of the audio clips... is that possible? Basically I need to move all the audio or the video the same ammount for EACH edit in the timeline... so if I cut the video into 3 parts, then how can I move the video or audio for all those clips relitive to each other.. simply moving the entire audio or the entier video is no good.. each individual clip in the timeline needs to be moved one at a time the relitive ammount.

When exporting Uncompressed 8-bit 4:2:2 from Premiere or Media encoder version 24.6.4 or newer, on an M1 Ultra, Ventura 13.6.1, files come out a .1 MB larger than they should and are corrupt. The file only shows a spinning circle in quick look, and only plays black in quick time. VLC can play the file but it takes it a long time to sort the file out. 24.4.1 works. Something broke in newer versions. Attched is the workign vesion from 4.1, and the non workign from 6.4 and newer

Premiere Pro 25.0.0 | MacBook Pro M1 | macOS 14.1.2 Seit kurzem werden meine Videos immer mit Audiofehlern exportiert. Mitten im Video fehlen plötzlich 3 Minuten Audio. Bei erneutem Exportieren fehlt ein Stück Audio an einer anderen Stelle. Ich habe schon im Forum geschrieben und scheinbar liegt es am H.264 Codec und VBR. Allerdings schneide und exportiere ich genau die Projekte, bei denen jetzt aus dem Nichts Felher auftreten, schon seit Jahren ohne Probleme. Wie lässt sich dieses Problem fixen? Das Ausgangsmaterial ist immer unterschiedlich: Von Zoom-Videos (one Take, 1 Tonspur) bis hin zu Online Seminarvideos mit 1-2 Tonspuren, Video Podcasts. Hauptsächlich tritt das Problem bisher bei Langformat-Videos auf.  Bisher lässt sich kein gemeinsamer Nenner finden, worauf das Problem zurückzuführen ist. Weder liegt es an der Ausgangs Bitrate, noch an dem Material... Und wie gesagt: ich schneide seit Jahren Videos wie diese, immer ohne Probleme. Plötzlich kann ich mich nicht

Premiere keeps losing link to After Effects media after making changes and saving in AE? Normally these changes should push through, but I'm having to re-link them each time... Halp!

I'm having an issue where if I am making cuts to a clip, and then change the color lable of just that one section of the clip, it changing the color of all parts of the same clip. This means that if I have a clip consisting of, say, 5 takes, and cut and change the label color to oragange, not only does that one segment change color, but so does all the remaining pieces of the clip. It doesn't happen instantly either, but over the course of 20 seconds, and happens oddly, so I believe this is a bug.

Running version 23.6.9 on a windows 10 machine.  Im capturing video off of a 24 year old Sony camcorder with a firewire connection.  I keep getting low level exception importer:55 error.  What is this and how can I stop it?

In the newest version I often need to click twice or three times to go back when before it was always working fine. It was just edits and rearrangin clips but it seems very sluggish, only working some of the time.
