The save function does not work. Eternal waiting time

Hello, Every single time i start Premiere Pro 2024, i have to ADD my Loupedeck as surface.In 2023 i did that once, and it stayed saved. Can you please fix that, so i can save my settings and dont have to set it up every single time i start premiere? Thanks

Hello, some of my motion graphic templates in Essential Graphics have stopped working. They are not loading in they will sit in the timeline but not actually load their content. Thumbnails show what they are supposed to be but dragging into the timeline as per usual worflow no longer is working.

I'm using Premiere Pro 24.6 for my main work flow, and also premiere pro beta 24.6 but.. last week because of new update i had to update my premiere pro beta and get the newest version of premiere pro. Which i did. And now my whole work flow changed(normally when i do some changes in beta with same project files, i'll see the all current changes applied in my project file in normal premiere but now i cant open my older project file without converting and if i convert i cant see the changes in main project file) so bc of this i wanted to go back with premiere pro beta 24.6 again but now i cant see that version on my creative cloud app. Why? I dont want to use newest version i want older one.I was seeing it and i uploaded 3 times but i couldnt see on my macbook, somehow after install process over the premiere pro dissappear so i log out my creative cloud acount and i restart my system again and i lo in to my cloud acount and bumm that version of premiere pro beta also vanished on cloud a

Bonjour, J'ai  copier pour déplacé de mon disque C mon projet complet de  Premiere (rushs, sons, sequences travaillées) pour le mettre dans le disque L avec plus de mémoire. Pour cela , j'ai fait un Couper-Coller. Maintenant j'ai un seul projet dans le disque L. Gros probleme, j'ai tous mes rushs et sons  mais les sequences n'afiches plus les images. Première ne semble pas reconnaitre le chemin d'acces. Pourtant tous les rush sont dans le dossier que j'ai copier. J'ai perdu tout mon travail de montage. Est-ce normal ?

I'm starting a project in which some of the footage is in 30.00 fps and some at 29.97 fps. Will that cause any problems? Do I need to convert the footage to the same frame rate before I start editing?

I haven't used Premiere Pro for a while and I noticed that Adode discountued the option to save and sync Premiere Pro project files on the cloud. I have Dropbox but not sure how to autosync projects. Any ideas? 

Hi, I'm getting extreme changes in color when exporting videos shot on a Google Pixel 8. This happens on PP 23 and 24. The footage looks fine in Premiere, but in the export preview window, and in the export itself, the colors shift dramatically, into horribly garish hues. There also tons of pixellation.  This happens at every export setting I've tried.  I'm on windows 10. I've attached screenshots of the original video and export.

Hi creatives, I just updated to v25 and I can't find how to import multiple layers and group them like in the "Essential Graphics" panel in older versions. Now I have to stack up photo layers, text layers on each other which keeps the workspace untidy.Please any way around this?

Whenever I change the name of a bin or a sequence, upon either clicking away or pressing enter, all of the folders with footage expand. I then have to close them.

Hi guys.I'm a total newbie, don't know much about this, but I think this must be related to some adjustments or graphic adjustment in Premiere Pro, because AEJuice has not been able to help me.As seen in the picture, the AEJuice pack manager where you get your transitions etc, is blanked out,- and I need help to find the reason why it's like this,- because in After Effects it shows as normal.I'm not able to use it on Premiere Pro, so feel free to think of me as an idiot, and explain it step by step if you like,- I need all the helt I can get. 😄

Hello, I've been struggling with this problem for a couple of days now. As soon as I import my footage to Premiere Pro, it messes up... it's like the footage is lagging when there is movement. You can clearly see some kind of jitter, stutter, lag, I don't know how to call it. I haven't even put it in a sequence. I'm just watching the imported footage. At first I thought this could be a problem on my Canon, but the footage plays back normally on the camera and on my computer. It is when I import this to Premiere Pro that these frame glitches happen. I've tried different Canon cameras (canon eos r/r3/r5), sd-cards, none seem to work. So it's definitely got something to do with my Premiere Pro. Can someone please help me! 

I recently updated to version 24.5 of Premiere and I'm encountering a bug.  I don't know if it's because of the new version or something else, but every time I re-open the project, everything needs to be rendered again.I'm currently working on a timeline that's more than an hour long, and there are portions of it that have significant effects.  I rendered everything on the timeline for my first cut after I updated, and everything seemed fine, although the clips took several hours to render.  I'm now going back into the project for fine cuts, and every time I've re-opened the project, the bar is red again and I have to re-render the same clips.  This is a big time waster.  Any troubleshooting suggestions, or is there something obvious I'm overlooking? This is not something I've experienced previously, and my settings haven't changed from the previous version.

Hallo zusammen Ich habe mal eine frage zum Thema Audio bearbeitung in Premiere Pro oder Audition.Ich habe mit meinem Zoom H8 ein Konzert aufgenommen. Nun hört man im Hintergrund stimmen. I have found that MP4 files exported from Apple Compressor (both 4.8 and 4.9) with "Allow export segmentation" checked ON are imported into Premiere Pro at 23.98 or 23.97 fps instead of 23.976 fps. Can someone point me to a discussion, tutorial, link that discusses how and when to use the icons in the upper left of the timeline so I can paste, graphics, video clips, copy/paste etc. onto the track I want. I highlight a track and hit paste and Premiere creates a new track at the top of the timeline and pastes my clip there. I even lock tracks i don't want my clip to be pasted to and although there's an empty track highlighted, Premiere (again) creates a new track and pastes it there. I've tried every combination of icons turned on/off (see attached - I suspect these have nothing to do with this) in combination and what I'm trying to paste seems to just go to a new track at the top regardless. Additionally, sometimes it works as expected (pastes in the highlighted track) and other times it doesn't. Hi I am trying to import a white logo to Adobe Premiere and every time I add it to my sequence the logo changes color to gray. How can I change it back?

How do I get the slip tool to show the little previews above the start/end preview boxes like in this support demo?  When I do it I only see two. It's been like this as long as I can remember.  I always found the Slip Tool annoying to use because I didn't know it was supposed to have the previews above (for what I believe are the view at the playhead, which is usually what I care about seeing). Until I saw some tutorial that had them.  Not sure if it's a problem with my configuration or what. I tried using the slip tool in a fresh installation on a new virtual machine and it still only shows the above. 

Hi all!  I have a basic knowledge in premiere pro and could really need your help. Cannot seem to find the nswer to my question online. I have edited a video for Youtube, ratio 16.9. For this I have made subtitles using premiere pros transcript. I always have to adjust the transcript as it never is 100 % correct. Here I use two lines for my subtitles. I also what to use the same video in the format 9.16 for social media. But when I add the subtiles here that I have corrected they will end up most often on four lines. Is there a way to add the same subtiles that I have already corrected to the new format. But for the subtiles to automatically use two lines and instead create new lines. So, the youtube subtiles are on two lines. I would need the same content in these two lines to divide itself and create two seperate captions wth two lines in each. I hope my question makes sence. Thanks in advance! 😃 

My premier pro is lagging, Every project whenever I start playing the video, it goes back a little bit and the audio is all garbled. I have already done everything the adobe website said to do, didnt work. my computer is only a few months old and is pretty good so its definitly not the computer. it worked fine 2 weeks ago until today,its lagging on every version, and starting a new project doesnt work either.HELP PLEASE 

Hi! I'm having an issue with aligning graphics. I'm used to aligning graphics using the essential graphics tab. Now that the alignment has been placed in the 'properties' tab, I can see that it works for aligning text, but I have a PNG overlayed and it doesn't give the option for alignment tools, unless you adjust the x and y axis manually. I read on another discussion that it is now context aware, but I don't understand why it won't let me centre a graphic element like a png? Appreciate any expertise, I'm a novice with Premiere Pro on a good day. Thanks!

Thank you in advance for looking at my issue! After Transcribing my video and creating captions, I am having trouble re-positioning the caption area in my 9:16 Sequence.   I can use the general placement matrix easily, but adding values to the left, right, up and down controls is incredibly sluggish (all caption frames selected) and usually show no difference. I attached a screenshot of the control surface I am talking about.   I am learning as I go so please excuse me misnaming naming something. Using Version 25.  

Hello! I'm very much hoping someone can help with my issue. Basically, no matter whether it's in the timeline or the source window, everytime I playback any media, the clip will briefly speed up and the audio stutters in and out with the sped up clip before returning to normal speed and being completely fine. The length or this bug varies - sometimes it's only briefly and sometimes it lasts a good 5-10 seconds. It's a very minor bug but it's really getting on my nerves now when I'm trying to fine tune my edits, specifically because I can't understand the audio and I have to start playing every clip at least 10 seconds before the moment I want in or out points just to ensure I have the right spot. It's starting to really impact my workflow and it's very annoying to both me and my producer who's sat next to me witnessing this while we try and edit some casting tapes. Now to the troubleshooting methods I have tried.
