Hey everyone, I'm pulling my hair out here with the new Adobe Premiere Pro and the built-in Frame.io integration. I have a Frame.io account linked to my Adobe account, and everything seemed fine at first after a fresh install. But now, whenever I open Premiere Pro and try to access Frame.io, I get this frustrating error: Failed retrieving project data please reload the extension and try again! " Frame IO" I've tried everything I can think of: Reinstalled Premiere Pro (including a full Creative Cloud cleanse) Wiped and recreated Frame.io projects Made new projects in Premiere Pro Reloaded the Frame.io extension countless times Nothing seems to work! Reformatting my entire system seems a bit extreme, so I'm hoping someone has some wisdom to share. The official help files haven't been much help. Anyone else encountered this error? What did you do to fix it? Thanks in advance!    

I'm editing an 8-minute video with two cameras and an audio source, using Multicam.Camera 1 and the audio file are perfectly synced.But camera 2 is not. At the beginning of the video you cannot tell, but it gets worse at the end. And I only realized that at the end of the video.I thought it was the frame rate.Camera 1 is 30fps and camera 2 is 29,96fps.So I changed camera 2 to 30fps, but it got worse.The video is edited already.So my question is 1) how do I fix this? 2) can I fix this without losing the work I've already done?Thank you

Say that I have two 10 second adjacent clips on the timeline both on track 1. (Therefore the video is now 20 seconds long.)  I want to take the second of the two clips and move it atop of the first clip so that the video is now only 10 seconds long with clips on video tracks 1& 2.  (I did not overlay the first clip with the second clip.  I moved the second clip to track two.)The method I use to accomplish this is to first move the second video clip up one track (to video track 2) and then move the audio track down one track (to audio track 2) and then move them both over to the left. I now have clips on both tracks 1 & 2--audio and video.So the question is: Is there a keyboard shortcut which, when I lift the second video up, the audio clip will automatically move down one track.  In this way, I would only have one operation rather than two.

Hello,I'm still new to Premiere Pro and to this as well. When I try to move the clips from the edit window to the timeline, they won't move. I'm not sure what is going on. I would be grateful for any help on this. Thank you 

so I'm working on a fairly simple project,  a trailer for a feature doc... I've got a 1080 prores hq file of the finished piece and audio stems.  I've output a prores file with the mix track replaced with the stereo dialog track.   I get an error message everyonceinawhile which I send on to adobe as requested.    I'll paste the error report at the end of this post...  The only anomaly I can detect is that I've modified the timecode of the prores file with the audio stems, to reflect the timecode in a transcript which starts at 0 hrs, while the file 24p prores source file starts at 59.40.00 so the timecode is exactly 1 hr for start of picture.    For some reason or other the prores file timecode reverts to starting at 59.40.00 whenever I launch the project and occasionally in the middle of working on the project...  When I finish doing the paper cut from the transcript, I'll probably just revert to the original source timecode..  &n

Los graficos esenciales no permiten "Reemplazar desde explorer" despues de la ultima actualización. Ademas de ser mucho mas incomoda la edicion de los graficos esenciales desde el apartado de "control de efectos", desde la ultima actualización no funcionan nada bien, al intentar usar la opción Reemplazar desde explorer" en mi grafico esencial, simplememte no funciona. 

I've lost my keyboard shortcuts twice this week after upgrading to 24. They are just gone... all of them. Even things like Cmd+Q to quit the program. No spacebar to play clips... No marking. No copy/paste/cut... nothing. Checking the shortcuts preferences, there are no shortcuts listed on any commands. Resetting preferences has not worked, I've had to delete my user prefs folder and relaunch to get them back. I can't figure out any triggers that are causing this. I was working on a project earlier today for hours. No problems. All shortcuts present and working. Took a break for travel and came back to work tonight (Macbook Pro sleeping). Jumped into Premiere Pro -- all shortcuts gone. I'm stumped. 

Hi everybody, I'm having trouble to dynamic Linking my Premiere Pro footage with color correction to After Effects. For some reason the Lumetri Color effect react different when the footage is in After Effect and there's no way I can correct over expose footage on it since it just stops targeting the White value, and it just lower the brightness of the entire footage like a really weak Exporure property.I've try reading multiple threads about similar issues with footage not looking the same after dynamic linking but it looks like mine still look the same, just that no coloring effect works properly on it (I've try using RM colorista V as well, still doesn't work)The footage is from a Sony A7-IV cameraDoes anyone have any idea why this happen, and is there a way to fix it?    

Premiere has started behaving strangely. The first few voice narrations I did worked without a hitch and then all of a sudden every time I click on the microphone icon to add a new narration, it simply jumps to the end of the timelines (I have even add in & out points to no avail) and doesn't record anything. Please see the short screen-cast I made showing the problem. Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks

When launching Premiere Pro after the latest update, the VST plugin scanner fails completely if it encounters any single problematic plugin. The scanner provides no option to skip individual plugins and continue scanning, forcing users to either:1. Cancel the entire scan2. Locate the missing plugin3. Remove all references to the problematic pluginImpact:- Blocks access to all VST plugins when just one is problematic- Particularly severe for professional audio users with large VST libraries (500+ plugins)- Prevents workflow until the issue is resolvedExpected Behavior:- Scanner should provide a "Skip" button for individual problematic plugins- Scanning should continue for remaining plugins after skipping- System should log skipped plugins for later resolutionSteps to Reproduce:1. Hello all.Newbie to Pr but experienced pro in digital audio. I'm stumped and know I'm just missing something somewhere.I've made a music video for one of my songs. The graphics are all done (in AE), imported to Pr and eveything looks great. I import the final mix of the audio and it sounds very low quality when played from the timeline and in the final output, regardless of format (I've tried several presets and custom settings as well). I played around and noticed that the audio sounds fine when played from the Source window inside Premier.The Pr session is comrised of 18 video tracks (not all playing at once, of course) and one stereo audio track.I've tried re-exporting the audio from Logic at different bit depths, sample rates and file formats (mp3, wav, AAC, etc) but the results are the same every time: Source (Pr)sounds fine, Logic output sounds fine, rendered / timeline playback sounds like very low quality mp3 and final product sounds just as bad.I've tried everything I can thin

Sorry I know this is probably super beginner but I'm looking to crop this. For some reason I can't find the option to crop it in the effects tab.  

Few technical settings;Using a PCIphone for a camera HEVC H.2644k at 60FPS This happens after I export the videoEverything looked ok until I upgraded to V25. When I first noticed it I thought it was because I recorded with too much sunlight beaming into the garage but it was even with videos recorded at night. I'm currently working on a project and am encountering an issue I've never had before. When I open the project file everything is fine, but after several minutes the program monitor will freeze on a single frame. The play button stays at the pause button as if it's currently playing. I can scrub through the timeline - although this doen't affect what's on the monitor. The program itself is not frozen, and I can access the top toolbar and I can click around in the timeline. Freezing happens at various parts on the timeline, so I don't believe it's a corrupted clip. If I try to export a section before it freezes, it will freeze before the audio can be rendered. Is it possible for the project file itself to become corrupted? I tried loading an older autosave file and haven't had issues with it yet. Only problem is I'm losing a lot of work that's be done. Hallo zusammen,  ich hoffe jemand kann mir helfen. Ich versuche ein 360 Grad Video zu importieren aus einer INSV insta360 Datei. Wenn ich die Datei importiere, dann zeigt mir Premiere pro in der Sequenzeinstellung eine Framegröße von 3840 x 3840 an. Tatsächlich hat das Filmmaterial aber eine Größe von 7680 x 3840. Das Insta360 Plugin ist installiert. Wenn ich die Sequenz manuell ändere, dann bleiben Teile des Videos schwarz in der 360 Grad Ansicht. Ich hoffe jemand kann mir helfen, vielen Dank.  In der App von Insta360 wird die Auflösung richtig dargestellt 

Everything was fine in Premiere 24 (though occasional issues with 4:2:0 DJI O3 FPV files). Proxies rendered out to 422 half-size prores proxy end up larger than the h265 original files (despite being advertised as 100mbps, more like 160-180mbps, ALSO, can't change proxy presets STILL).  Tried h264 Proxies, and the original files seem to decode the fastest with Proxies DISABLED, regardless, there's now (with new Premiere 25) a 5-second freeze/lockup of the project occasionally when editing with these files (Proxies on or not). PP25 seems to hate the DJI 4:2:0 footage for some reason. Please halp.

After updating Windows 10 to the latest version (currently on Version [Insert Version Number, e.g., 21H2]), I encountered a persistent "Frame substitution recursion attempt aborting after multiple attempts" error while rendering my project in Adobe Premiere Pro. Following this error, my NVMe drive became inaccessible until a system restart. Hello everyone, i dont know if this ever happened to someone here, but all of the sudden in one of the latest updates my premiere pro has stopped matching my proxys to the original files, if i create proxys in premiere it works but if i instead try to match my recorded proxys in my videocam it only matches one file at a time when in the past it would link all the proxys at once. if someone can help me figure out what i can do i would appreciate it.

After upgrading Premiere, an issue appeared on my timeline. I was fixing a problem with a video I produced several years back, and I no longer have the project files, so I grabbed the completed video from my exports and added it to the timeline. The video is not showing unless I drag my mouse over it. Has anyone experienced this issue?

안녕하세요premiere pro 25로 업데이트 하고 나서 실행시scanning audio plugins 화면에서 멈춤현상이 발생하여 실행중 화면에서 넘어가지 않고 멈춰버립니다.다른 daw 앱에서 필요하여 사용하고 있는 vst plug ins들 중 무언가가 프리미어에서 충돌이 나는게 아닌가 의심되는데요.scanning 후 실행하는게 안되니 원인을 찾기 어렵고 그렇다고 사용하는 vst 플러그인들은 사용해야 하기 때문에 제거할수도 없습니다.게다가 기존에 설치되어 있는 vst들은 수백개이기 때문에 하나씩 제거해보면서 찾기도 어렵습니다. premiere 2025 실행화면에서 멈춰버리는 버그 픽스를 기다립니다.감사합니다. 

I'm on Adobe Premiere Pro version 24.3.0. I slipped the clip in two to change the mask that will differ from the previous keyframe. I was trying to delete a point on the mask on Adobe Premiere Pro in video frame by pressing ctrl and hold and clicking on a point I wanted to delete. But every time it closed expectedly without notice. And sometimes, I see "Low Level Exception in Mask (AEVideoFilter:15)" error before Premiere Pro closes. If it worked, then the point on the mask should be deleted. I don't have any third-party plug-ins or panels installed. I use a Dell Latitude 7480 and my operating system is Windows 10 Pro 22h2. It has a Core i5-6300U CPU with speed up to 2.40 GHz, 32GB RAM HMA82GS6AFR8N-UH 1x16GB, Kingfast 512GB SSD, and Intel(R) HD Graphics 520.

Hi All,I have a fairly simple question. Is it possible to change the default track where new clips appear when you create new graphics with the type tool, pen tool, and other new essential graphics?For example, when I select the "type" tool and type a sentence on the program monitor, a new clip is created, and this new clip always gets placed by Premiere one track above the highest track that's already being used. See the screenshot below:This current default makes it so that any new titles/graphics are placed above my watermark and subtitle matte (which I keep way up high and out of the way.)Does anyone know if there is a way to change this default? I have looked through the keyboard shortcuts with no success. All i want to do is make the default go to a highlighted track (similar to how copy/paste works within the timeline)Thanks!Alex

Hi!  We ran into problems latly with having our Premiere projects on OneDrive.The MOGRT were our main problem as we ran into "unknown exception errors" when loading them in. Our solve - relocate the scratch disk for the MOGRT to local.  Now we have the problem that when somebody else is trying to open the project, the person cannot open/ find the MOGRT as Premiere can only link the new .aegraphic files it puts on the scratch disk. Is there a way to get Premiere to link the MOGRT file to the missing .aegraphic?
