Is the Dnx/ HD export on windows lossless for video and audio?

My project has gotten large and difficult to work with.  If I export it using the DNX/ HD setting, and then use that export to do further editing, will I lose quality in video or audio?  It would make it easier to work with.  I'm using a PC so don't have access to ProRes

Give the following a try.  Stick to the included Cineform presets.

Like Chris says, get intentional about your organization.

And besides bins for different sections of the project, with sub-bins for type of assets for that sections, you can create new projects and import sequences from other projects into them.

Learning how to organize your projects as they get bigger is a major part of the entire learning to edit process ... which seems to be a never-ending process.

there's many ways to slice this. multiple sequences that can be imported later or remove warp stabilizer and lumetri until done editing to reduce project file size. if your media itself is slow, you can use proxies or go full offline, but dnxhd/hr is not perfectly lossless. maybe a few generations away from accumulating visual artifacts.
