Premiere Pro crashing as soon as I open PrPro preferences pane!! Please help.

Question

I am on a Mac Studio and SOnoma. Everytime I try to open PrPro preferences, the app crashes.

I have tried thgese steps

Deleting prferences by holding option key while launching the app.

Uninstalling and re-installing the app.

Uninstalling and re-installing Adobe Creative Cloud.

Nothing works. Please help.

Hi @Kannan30345693g26q,Thanks for writing in and describing the troubleshooting steps you've already taken. My suspicion is that the folder permissions for your Preferences might not be set to read/write. Can you follow the steps in the following doc? https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/preferences-folder-read-only-error.html. That may lead to you to a solution. Let us know how it goes.
