premiere wont play after music stretch in essential sound

Hi! I just stretched my music in a project and after that, I couldn't play the project anymore and the image stays the same even if I move the timeline.  I turned of the computer and emptyed the cache but the problem is still there.  Any recommandation?

    Thanks for the message. It's been a long time since this bug was filed and no one has upvoted. Are you still having this issue? The team will need more info from you to reproduce the bug. Can you provide the information required here? How do I write a bug report?

    I reset the preferences and the update is done but it si still not working!🤦‍♀️

    You could also see if you have any kind of update in the macOS operating system, if there is, it is time to update it.

    Oh, okay. I didn't know you were on a macOS. If you already cleared the media cache, now you could try resetting the Premiere Pro preferences.

    You could try changing the GPU acceleration from menu File/Project Settings/General/Renderer. Leave Software Only as the last option and try the others like CUDA or OpenCL.
