I need to render in QuickTime with the frame size of 1920x1080 23.96 fps, but the size changes to 720x480. It there a way for me to change that?

You need to set the video codec first.

Then you can adjust the parameters if needed.

Most of the codec have been removed due to:

Future versions of Premiere Pro will no longer support Quicktime 7 era formats and codecs

You can also export to H.264/mp4 and change the extension to mov is that is what you nee.

Read post 1 again.

Video codec must be set first.

Are you speaking about preview Rendering or Exporting? If Preview rendering, then:

Set the Editing Mode to Custom (you may have to scroll up on the drop down list to see "Custom"), then dial in the specifics you want:

Thank you that was helpful, but I'm on an Asus so which option should I choose for the Codec setting?

Just to be clear: are you rendering the timeline or exporting?

If for the sequence settings just pick i frame only mpeg.

Does the sequence setting match the media?
