Stop Motion 24FPS Question

So with preimere pro you have the different frame rates and everthing, but my framerate is 24fps, which should mean for every 48 photos 2 seconds of footage is shown

Well No, it shortens that and goes quicker than that, I am working on a stop motion music video, and I need it to do the correct frame rate(24 photos for every second) for the music video to work! Have any thoughts or questions !

It's probably easier to create stop motion / time lapses in After Effects than Premiere Pro.

    But that's just my experience.

I don't hate After Effects, but rendering never works that well with me in After Effects
