Why is my transcript showing up along with my subtitles in front of them?

I want to get rid of the smaller text behind the big text, how do I accomplish that?

    Really need help, its the only thing stopping me from finalizing the video

    Sorry, @Noname34742951akmu, I've never seen this one. If it's not too much trouble, is it possible to generate new captions? You can test if this is a problem in any new sequence, let us know the steps of how you are changing fonts for your captions. I hope we can help you.
