Questions

1. Be useful, when attaching proxies, for the dialogue to move the focus to the proxy that has been 'found' (rather than having to scroll through what can be a long list)2. Be good to be able to *exclude* certain paths / filenames and *require* others - even when the proxies are correctly named and in the correct location relative to others sometimes it attaches the *original* file, from a different drive, rather than the proxy (that is named filename_Proxy). 3. Be good to have a notification / indication when proxy length != original clip length - have had some long proxies fail during creation - so they are 30 mins rather than 48 mins of underlying clip. 4. Be good to have an indication of duplicate proxy names that are available for linking (e.g. been using camera footage that is named YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS.mov - so there are *occasional* original clips that have the same name).5. Has anyone had any issues with playback to monitors changing? Sometimes Premiere will playback to the monitor I have set up for playback, and sometimes it won't. And in Preferences / Playback it always sees that monitor. My mac studio goes back and forth with me from work to home, and over the weekend it could do fullscreen output to a monitor, and this week it hasn't let me do that. I've done updates, restarted the program and the computer. I have Enable Mercury Transmit checked, and transmit is on in the program monitor. Thanks!

When i import some audio file to the timeline the same plays mono in only one channel and i have to copy to another track to play and sometimes it still mute even if i play in media source

Hello Premiere Pro Beta Support Team,I am experiencing a recurring issue with the color space conversion in Premiere Pro Beta, specifically when importing into my timeline images. Despite setting my project and sequence settings to use the default color space, the images undergo an unwanted color conversion once they are in the timeline, significantly affecting the visual quality and color accuracy of my outputs.Here are the details of my workflow:- Project Settings: sRGB IEC61966-2.1- Sequence Settings: Set to Rec. 709, with auto tone mapping enabled.- Source Clip Settings: Attempting to maintain sRGB for exported images, but the exported files shift away from the selected color profile.This issue has been persistent, and manual adjustments for each image are cumbersome and not always effective. It appears that the color management system may not be retaining the specified settings, leading to these inconsistencies.Could you please advise on any potential solutions or workarounds? Add

I am finding that the user interface does not update if I have the window maximized. When I maximize the application window, the elements do not shift around like they normally would. I am uploading a picture for the purpose of demonstration. Note: I blurred the video to protect the identity of the subject. That is not a problem I had with Premiere. 

Opened a project this morning (Premiere Beta) to find that all my clips were quite overexposed. This was a project I had been working on for several days with no issues. I thought for a second that my color space had been changed somehow but everything is set to Rec 709 and looks normal. I opened up another project and sure enough, I had the same issue. Every clip in both the timeline and source window was overexposed.Anybody else have this issue? I guess I'll just be using regular Premiere for a bit. Same project looks fine in the non-beta version.

When caption background fills are set to "per-line" mode, partially-transparent fills will overlap one another.

Seems like I can't do much stuff with clips in a search bin (e.g. relink, create proxies, change label etc)? I have to 'reveal original' and then modify the clip there.

When I updated to the latest build 28, my pictures on the timeline are dark. I did find a workaround, but that requires going to each picture and overriding media color space to srgb. My master color space is already rec 709. Again, this used to work before I updated to latest build. 

Something is going seriously wrong with your Beta Premiere updates. All footage is colouring is incorrect. Exports hang on 99% Have had to uninstall. Constantly says audio is missing in the notifications. Super irritaing. Reconnected all audio and it still continues. Please resolve these issues. Im working on a high spec brand new machine with 64 gig Ram 1 TB Harddrive with allocated cache that has been deleted multilple times. Ongoing bug in your latest apps. Audition also hangs on 99%Auto Saves across all Adobe Apps are also doing the same thing.  

I keep trying to open a project file (short film) but whenever I do after a couple of seconds it freezes my computer and causes it to crash or restart. As I'm typing this im noticing an update notification maybe it is that ? 

Hi guys, I use the regular premiere, but I'd love to be able to work with the BETA, due a be tter perfomance etc... I don't do it because I don't want to have to change everything on SETTINGS, workspace, keyboard shortcuts, presets, and so on. Does anyone know how could I move absolutly every single setting I have in premiere, but on Premiere BETA? THANKS!!!!!!

Bonjour, Je travaille sur un mac book pro M1 pro sous Mac os Sonoma 14.4.1 Mémoire 16GO et j'utilise Adobe PREMIERE BETA 24.5.0.Voici mon problème: depuis 1 semaine lors de l'ouverture de mon projet le chargement des objets graphiques est bloqué à 10% donc mes objets graphiques sont inaccessibles...J'ai d'abord pensé à un Bug,  j'ai donc désinstaller et réinstaller PREMIERE mais rien ni fait, idem lors de la création d'un nouveau ou de l'ouverture d'autres projets...Est ce que quelqu'un pourrait m'orienter pour savoir ou chercher et comment résoudre ce problème. en vous remerciantChrystelle Guy

Primeiramente gostaria de agradecer aos Srs o empenho em melhorar o programa Adobe Premiere, estou usando  versão Beta e, ao editar audio as vezes ele trava e é necessário aguardar em torno de 30 segundos para que ele reproduza o que está no monitor de origem ou de programa, a timeline também fica inoperante quando isso ocorre. Simple como eso, a la hora de exportar medios premiere queda congelado en 0% eternamente 

Every time I open a project in premiere for beta, the software closes by itself. This started happening after installing the latest version. Is anyone experiencing the same problem? How do I do a rollback?

I wanted to ask if Generative Fill was available in a beta version of Premiere Pro that has not been released yet. I have tried it with Firefly, and it works great with images, but if I wanted to do it with video, I would have to export each frame to do this, correct?   Mod note: Text changed slightly.

I'm running Windows Premiere Pro (Beta) V24.5.0 BETA (Build 6)The Project Ingest settings are set to:All the video files within the project have had Proxy files generated for them such that C0574 which is an MP4 video file would have C0574_Proxy.mov as the proxy file. Now the Proxy files are not being recognised at all.  I imported a new video file and it generated a proxy named C0573_Proxymov.mov I manually deleted all the existing proxy files and reran "Create Proxies" across all the video files in the project. Every one was created with a suffix of _Proxymov and none of them are recognised in Premiere. I then closed the project; manually renamed all the Proxy Files and reopened the project again. They are still not being recognised. This issue has just started today. Not sure what to try next and any suggestions would be welcome. 

Everytime I try to switch panel it crashes, basically I can't work.

Hello, I updated my Premiere Pro beta  24.5 today and can't open the project. I click in the projet file and it show that is loading and then the Premiere just quit. So then open Premiere Pro in the dock and it open the first Premeire window and there is a warning telling me that:So I cick in reopen, the projetc load and quit again.Can anybody help me please.Thanks 

Adobe Premier Pro Beta (24.5.0 Beta - Build 11) crashes when opening existing or new files.The issue started today, 4/18 am. It was working on 4/17 am.Scenario 1: I opened an existing file, and it asked me to miss a video file that exist in the folder. I allowed the app to search, and it found it. When it attempted to load and open the file, it crashed. Adobe-created cloud diagnostic appeared. Using a MacBook pro Scenario 2: I opened another existing file, a different folder from my MacBook Pro. It did not require me to search for the missing file, but it crashed. It's similar to the behavior above.  Scenario 3: Created a new file, and it crashed. Please help; I can't use the application, and I have lots of work on my side. Highly appreaciate your assistance.  

Dear Adobe Support Team, Today, I have encountered issues problem where Premiere Beta fails to open any of my projects. Unlike the normal Premiere version, which functions smoothly, the beta version consistently displays an error message and refuses to load any project files nor a new project.I have already attempted basic troubleshooting steps such as reinstalling the software and checking for updates, but to no avail. A nova versão do premiere Beta não abre no meu computador. Quando tento abrir, ele vai até a parte de abrir o projeto. Daí fecha sozinho.
