I'm very frustrated. A big project due and it was created on Adobe Rush. I often use my iPhone & iPad and create content on the app in Adobe Rush. It keeps crashing at 37% rendering yet says I've downloaded it already. It is not downloaded. I go to my desktop version and Premiere Rush won't even open on my desktop. I've got 3 hours until my presentation and it's feeling like a very expensive subscription loss today. Is  my adobe plan worth this?

Hi, I am unable to export videos when graphics are inserted. When I remove the graphic inserts,  it could export again. I am using Samsung s24 FE, I have also cleared my cache, sign out and in of my account restarted my phone.  Is there anyone who could advise me?

I've seen this is an issue with Abobe not supporting the HDR and Sound settings for the new iPhones. Is there a way to change videos that have already been filmed to a setting that will import? I cannot go back for all new video footage. Are these completely unusable with Adobe? 

Can you guys add support for the LG devices that can run Android 9 or newer. Stuff like the G6, G7, G8, V40, V50, V60, Velvet, and the Wing. Sideloading used to work, and it worked great on a G8, since it has comparable specs to the Galaxy S10 but with Google Play cracking down on sideloaded apps, that no longer works.

I can't open nor uninstall Premiere Rush. The Adobe Creative Cloud app can't be uninstalled either. I downloaded them from Adobe official website only. Please help .

If I export a video in 4K it's fine. If I export in 1080p, the last second of every export has an audio skip. Why? How do I fix this?

Hallo,ich arbeite am PC in der Version 2.10Ich kann den Schwenk-Effekt an- und ausschalten. Aber ich kann die Größe und Positionierung der Start/Ende Rahmen nicht mehr anpassen. Sie blinken nur ganz kurz auf und ich kann sie nicht fassen. Kennt jemand das Problem und weiß Abhilfe? Danke 

Creating a stop animation in Premiere Rush. It consists so far of approx 800 photos. After adding they default at 2 seconds a clip and need to change them to 00 00 04 frames and currently only seem to be able to do this for one photo at a time. If I multi select clips at the bottom the clip duration option is greyed out. Also no option to speed up. Anyone know a way to change all clips in the project to the same duration in one go?

Hi There, I have a young student who is using Premier Rush for an assignment. Everytine she starts a new project, it crashes completely. We have uninstalled the program, reinstalled it as well. Uninstalled Creative cloud and reinstalled as well. I have installed an older version as well. We have re-imaged the device and same issue again. Have tried on a brand new device and Same issue persists again. She is uploading files from her Microsoft OneDrive which shouldn't be causing the issue. Can I have a solution around this please?

Is there any way to reverse a clip? I want a clip to "loop", so i need to duplicate it and have the copy play backwards to get that effect, however, i can't seem to find a way to do it. Thanks.

I have a samsung s23 ultra and working on a project that I add a photos to an audio file (about 45min long) I just found out that after 20min it doesn't show any more photos but stck with last photo I added before the 20ieth min. Before that everything works fine and photos keep rolling the way I edited in Rush. What's the problem here!! I tried to export the file in different qualities 720, 1080, 30 ops or automatic but still the same problem.. really frustrating destroid my whole project. I have done 7 projects out of 8, when almost done the found out about this problem. HELP!!!

I open a project and I can see where all the cuts and edits are, but all the data is replaced with red. Very weird. I have desktop Windows 11. Here is a screenshot of what I see.Luckily, I have downloaded them all already, but what will happen with future projects and is it recoverable?

I am seeing several posts on this with no solution. Videos imported into Rush are automatically over-exposed and washed out. There is no way to restore the original video when editing. I work on a Mac and it may just be a Mac issue, but this is a problem that causes myself and others to not use this app at all.   ADOBE SUPPORT - PLEASE address this issue or give a status update! I am seeing posts from 2019 about this being an issue with no fix. This is a huge problem.   **A few said that putting a graphic overlay across the whole video and moving it out of frame fixed it. Did not work for me. 

The only text option I've been able to find is the "Title" text block, it seems there's no other options beyond that. That's shockingly basic, so I feel like maybe I'm missing something? I tried to research, but all my findings imply that even though it's been an ongoing complaint and shortcoming since the get-go ( https://adobe-video.uservoice.com/forums/916423-premiere-rush/suggestions/35747449-add-text-text-box ), "Title" blocks are still the only text option (https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-rush-discussions/adding-text/m-p/12631682#M12275 )...? Having said that, I haven't actually found anywhere confirming that is the case, so just want to ask it clearly: 1. Are "Title" blocks the only way of adding text to a video? 2. If the answer above is yes, is there any talk to make updates in the foreseeable future (within the next 6 months)? 3. (talking about when you have audio seperate from the video) The video clips are like, linked to the audio so when you shorten the length of or delete a clip, for example, your audio will also get cut or deleted. This makes it very irritating to edit the length of clips and it would be really great if it was made so you can edit video clips lengths without messing up your audio, or at the very least have "linking" your audio to video clips be an optional toggle (if such an option already exists and I am simply unaware of it, please let me know!)

I’m constantly getting the error “Unsupported media type. Media could not be imported” when trying to upload videos in the Adobe Rush app on my iPhone – and it’s extremely frustrating. I’ve already switched the Camera settings to “Most Compatible” and I’m recording videos in 720p at 30 fps, but the problem persists. Both iOS and the Adobe app are fully up to date, so it’s not a versioning issue either. Also, I find the usability of Adobe Rush on iPhone quite poor: for example, I can now only save files locally – there’s no longer an option to continue editing on the desktop version, which defeats the whole purpose of a cross-device workflow. What settings do I need to change to make video import actually work?And more importantly: Is there a better alternative mid-term – like Canva, for instance?

Why did the Adobe team remove the REVERSE VIDEO feature from Premier Rush?  Rush is a paid program and I was a frequent user of the video reversing feature.  Now I am left with no option for reversing since this feature was also removed from Express.Please bring it back.
