Hello everyone I can not hear the sound while editing, what could be the problem?

Hello, so when I started working remotely a couple years ago for my company, I used my own computer at home with my own Adobe account, and I created videos in premiere rush with this, and they were saved to my cloud. Now I am on my work computer again with my work Adobe account, and I need to access those videos. Is there any way to move the files from my personal adobe account to my work adobe account? Right now I am constantly switching adobe accounts and it's very annoying to do over and over, between both accounts. Thanks for any help!

Hi all,This could be a silly ques but I wanted to know if there could be any licensing issue if I use Adobe Rush audio as my reel music. I am not using any other music nor am I doing any voice over, just the audio that is  available there in Premiere Rush.

Hi, I'm looking to create a slideshow-like reel of images to music and a voiceover, but I don't want to compromise the quality and resolution of the images.  My questions are:  1. Is this possible with Adobe Premiere Rush?2. If yes, what are the steps to do this? 3. If no, is there a plan to alllow this in future/ what is the time frame? Trying to determine if it's worth holding out for Rush or if it's better to invest my time earning a program that better fits my needs Thanks!

I'm not sure what's going on but I regularly have this happen where rush just suddenly stops producing audio.  I have sound going to my headphones and it shows that the audio tracks are playing, via the equalizer in the lower right-hand corner, but I get no audible sound.   I've tried, closing and opening the application as well as system restart, and still no joy. Any thoughts on troubleshooting? This is becoming a regular occurrence.

Working on an iPad Gen 7 with iPadOS 15.3.1, I was trying to move a clip Horizontally. I clicked on the number at the upper right, the keyboard opened, then I closed the keyboard by clicking the icon at the lower right. This caused Rush to dim and it is now locked.Any ideas on how to unlock Rush and why this happened?

Hi, The only text option I've been able to find is the "Title" text block, it seems there's no other options beyond that. That's shockingly basic, so I feel like maybe I'm missing something? I tried to research, but all my findings imply that even though it's been an ongoing complaint and shortcoming since the get-go ( https://adobe-video.uservoice.com/forums/916423-premiere-rush/suggestions/35747449-add-text-text-box ), "Title" blocks are still the only text option (https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-rush-discussions/adding-text/m-p/12631682#M12275 )...? Having said that, I haven't actually found anywhere confirming that is the case, so just want to ask it clearly: 1. Are "Title" blocks the only way of adding text to a video? 2. If the answer above is yes, is there any talk to make updates in the foreseeable future (within the next 6 months)? 3. If the answer above is no (please be the case!), then... how do I go about getting jus

Hi,I am trying to speedup my voiceover, without affecting the speed of the visuals. How do I go about this? Thanks,  Anna 

Let's say I have a 30 second clip, and I drag the end handles in to "crop" it to 5 seconds. I have it in between 2 other clips, and I like where I'm at. Now, I want to instead feature some frames within that original 30 seconds that fall outside of my 5 second crop. Is there a key command or functionality in Rush to scrub within the clip to get to that other footage WITHOUT having to drag the end handles in and out? I basically want to keep that 5 second crop in place, but get to the underlying content outside of the frame. Thanks!

Hi Community, i worked a lot with animated GIFs in RUSH as a intro, title etc. . I export it via Photoshop sent it over to my phone using airdrop and import it in RUSH. It worked everytime that way. Since yesterday it happened that the GIF is not animated anymore. Its still cutout but its not moving anymore. Anyone has a idea what the issue could be?

I have created a project on Rush on my iPad pro and synched to the cloud, when I open up Rush on my Windows desktop there's nothing there - no projects nothing... Please dont tell me to log out and in again or reinstall as I've done that several times...I can see the projects on CC web but when I click on them to open it gives an error saying they're not available. Can anyone tell me where I'm going wrong?

Bonjour, Cela fait plusieurs mois que j'utilise Adobe rush et j'en suis très satisfaite !Mais depuis quelques semaines, impossible de l'utiliser correctement.Lorsque j'ouvre le logiciel, et que je clique sur mon projet, il apparaît mais impossible de "démarer" la vidéo que j'avais initialement commencé. Ecran noir et rien ne défile...Ensuite un message apparaît "Adobe rush ne répond pas", avec comme proposition "arrêter le programme" ou "attendre que le programme réponde" .Cela m'empêche de travailler et c'est assez urgent...Si quelqu'un à une solution?

Hi, I have this video I made for YouTube a month ago and I haven't posted but because whenever I try to export it the app crashes, I tried like 4 different times today and I'm still having that problem, I'm using it on my iPhone and I tried different export resolutions like 720P at 30 and 60 FPS and same with 1080P but it crashes anyways, if there's anyone here who have managed to fix that problem and would like to help then it'll be highly appreciated, thank you 🙏💯💪

Hi, after editing my videos, I want to click share, but then Rush crashes everytime. I have the latest update of the program, and I've tried to run it as an administrator. Any ideas of what to do?  

Hello there, I would like to share my Rush projects with other users that also have a Rush account of their own. They want to adapt my project, use it as a "frame" for a new project and change it according to their needs and then export a new video. How could I do that? This is also a question for enterprises that use Rush for their videos and want freelancers to prepare "default projects" and then sell them to the enterprise to work on them and finish them later.Thanx in advance.

as title.  id like to add my ownm text rather than using the templates.  i dont have the option of adding my own text after clicking the blue + in the top left corner.it only appears with add media, graphics, audio and voiceover. any help much apprecited as i am currently having to find a template and editing to how i need. very time consuming.

Do you have limited layers in Rush or can you add as many as you wish? I've used 4 layers and 3 layers with sound.

I see there are some common problems with loading images into a project in Rush, but I can't seem to find the solution. I have attached my .jpg. I'm using the latest version of Rush. Thanks for any help! 

Odd case, i'm trying to sync between my iPad and PC. But the PC isn't recieving anything. I can't even make a new project and sync it from the PC as it thinks I don't have premium.  I do have premium, and my iPad is registering that I have it correctly, but the PC version is not.  It used to work, so I don't know what update broke it, but I do know it was working at the start of this month. I haven't swapped accounts or anything.  Cloud storage is still working on PC, so I really do not know whats happened here. 

All of a sudden none of the overlays are appearing. It just scrolls with gray and nothing comes up (screen shot below). I am running the most recent 1.5.38 version. Does anyone know what is going on or having a similar issue? It was working fine before the last update. Any help is appreciate. Thanks!
