I have to export a few projects from rush mac and it gets too near the end and crashes my mac or rush crashes

Title says it all. Going for refund.

Like an absolute idiot, I spent 5 days putting together a brand launch video in Rush and once it was complete, I then went to produce a shorter version for internal TV screens.  Instead of duplicating the sequence, I renamed it, deleted most of the sequence and then only realised my mistake today.  I cannot find a "restore to date" function in Creative Cloud and I have Onedrive sync turned on, but neither options are bringing up a way to revert this sequence file back to it's original state from Friday.  It's not a dead loss because I completed the video but I would have liked to have used some of the timings in a future production.  Many thanks,  Matt

More precisely the tablets. Apple tablets are supported, but in all the years I've used adobe they've never developed for Android tablets such as the Galaxy Tabs. I liked having Premiere clip on my S7 phone to do quick edits while I was out and about; but I certainly would of appreciated more screen realestate to edit on. I had to download Cyberlinks mobile Power Director to have something that I could edit with on my 10.1 Galaxy tab. But before I ramble too much, I'm seriously wondering why doesnt Adobe in years upon years not develop mobile apps for both the Androd tablets and Android phones ?

I composed a project using Preview videos. I have edited them for length, added audio and titles etc, to get the project how I want it. Now I am ready to purchase the clips I used. Is my only choice to buy them through the Stock page and then start over with this project build, or is there a way to buy/license the Preview videos from within Rush, and have these videos on my project instantly update in-situ with the watermarks removed? This would save me tens of hours that would be needed to start from scratch. If a "license your preview videos" option is NOT available in Premiere Rush, is it a feature of the full version of Premiere instead (in which case I'll have to start using that instead of Rush)?

When using the mobile version of Rush on Android Samsung Galaxy S8+ can projects be saved/exported to the phone's Micro SD card?  It appears to want to only use the phone's internal storage which isn't very large.  I record in 4K/UHD and have extremely large file sizes and videos that are typically up to 2 hours long each. Thank you.

For some reason, Rush has been really laggy. When I play a video, it's really blurry. Sometimes when I try to import a video it's stuck at "Preparing Media". Sometimes my video doesn't play when I play it. This has been a problem for me since I just downloaded Rush. I tried to reinstall Rush but it's still really laggy. I've tried switching devices, but it's still super laggy. This has been a big problem for my video editing. 

After updating Premiere Rush today, I have been trying to render my video for the last 2 h ... without success. Any help fixing this issue would be very much appreciated.  Error compiling movieExport ErrorError completing render Writing with exporter: H.264Writing to file: .....etc... Error code: -2147287036  Thank you

I got an alert from rush saying that things hadn't been saved in awhile and that they recommended closing to save. So I did, and then went back in to open the project and it won't show me the media. I can see the one I was working on on the project page, but when choosing it to edit it doesn't bring anything up. Just a blank screen. I even turned off the sync to see if it would let me do a local save on it and edit it that way and it wont. I restarted my computer, signed in and out of CC and still no luck. I was in the middle of editing a project I needed to complete asap and now I can't get it to to work at all. HELP. 

I don't know why I can't hear songs or sounds from the videos in my project. Today when I put song to my project it just didn't work. I can't hear anything. I tried everything and still it's not working.

Tried ysterday and today to update Premier Rush gets to 97% and says it faild. Sometimes it drops my connection with the internet and I have to sign on agian. I updated 7 other adobe products with no problem. Please Help. I'm running windows 10 with norton 360 but not using VPN.

 I'm trying to transfer a premier rush project onto premier pro.I have sync turned on and the file does appear in pro but when I click on it, it says there is "missing media" and the locate function doesn't seem to be working. what am I doing wrong?

Adobe rush wont open. Crashed a couple days ago and it cant open. I also cant uninstall. Keeps saying i need to change users on my computer. Please help

How can I remove or edit the crossing from the text. I want the beginning not to be scaled to normal size, I want that the text is there from the beginning. Please help

I have a video ready to export and post, but when I do export it or try to post it the video is speeding up certain secitons. I dont have any speed up or slow down speed adjusted on any clips, but when tyring to export it keeps doing it. I have some audio and some music and transitions and text overlays but nothing that should cause this.  Help, any ideas!

I’m trying to do a project for school with Premiere Rush, but every time I open up the app on my iPad, it keeps crashing and kicking me out. I’m on iOS 12, which still meets the requirements for using Rush, I’ve tried restarting my iPad, I’ve tried logging out and back in of my Adobe account, I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app and it still doesn’t work. It was working just fine for me up until a few days ago and I don’t know what else to do. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I get a message at top of screen in Adobe Rush saying I've reached the export limits and asks if I want to upgrade.  I clicked upgrade and it wants to charge me an additional $10 a month.  I already subscribe to the suite.  I uninstalled and reinstalled Rush and still get the message.  So now I can't share any videos.  How do I fix this?  Thanks.

Hi Folks,  Ive seen some forums floating around about this but I still havent found the answer. A recording of a webinar I hosted  has been downloaded directly to my laptop (Used GoToWebinar.) I want to add images to the recording, however, I realized the video which was originally 2 hrs was now cut off at the end at 1 hr and 20 minutes. The video is not faster, the voice and video simply end mid sentence. I'm sure I need to do some video conversions prior to importing to Premiere Pro... Looking for assistance.Thanks in advance!

I'm using the latest version of Adobe Premiere Rush.  I imported multiple video clips to create a video project that is almost 28 minutes long.  Everything looks great when I preview it.  I exported to my local disk.  Everything looked ok until I tried to view the video.  The first 17 minutes are great and then it makes a weird noise and the video and sound freeze.  If I try to scroll to the end of the video, it resets to the beginning, but says it's at a later time in the video.  I tried another export after reading a suggestion to lock all of the tracks.  This time there was no sound whatsoever.  This wasted two of my three free exports.  I just tried one last time.  I unlocked the tracks again and this time tried to export to YouTube and chose the save a local copy box.  After waiting for over 20 minutes for it to render, it says it completed.  However, it did not appear in the local folder I selected OR in my YouTube

Good morning everyone!I've been having problems in PR and AE for a week, it just closes!with simple projects, small cell phone videos close ... I read and saw in some places talking about the H264 format. mp4 be giving problem, but i use it for 1000 years and i never had problem. Will ABOBE help me or will I have to go there? kkkkk help me please!

I have the PS LR subscription. On the website under the "Available in your subscription" tab, it says these APPS are all included;PhotoshopLightroomLightroom ClassicXDBridgePremiere RushAero (Beta) To clarify, none of these are under the "Trials" tab. When I install Premiere Rush, it is only the trial with no option to authorize.  Why is it included in the "Available in your subscription" tab?
