Questions

Just no way to do simple things. Editing videos short from Internet Archive (a contest). Say it's 12 mins history video. I was to just copy 5-6 seconds of that video, then save that short clip to use in my video, and delete the remaining stuff. Why is this simple two steps so hard? How to?

Hey, so I edited a video with Premiere Rush on my iPad Pro and first of all, it keeps telling me that Ibjabe no internet connection even though I definitely do. But that means, I can't just log in on my PC to get the video at least. Secondly Premiere Rush keept crashing while I was editing and now I can't even export the video to my gallery... super frustrating 

Unable to render successfully why is that ?have paid for premium, tried duplicating edit. Signed out of the account phone has 150gb memory at least 

New to Rush but I spent 8 hours getting used to it and successfully created my first video. Went back a couple days later to edit & refine but after I started the clips disappeared. I closed the app & went away for a day, still gone. 8+ hours work vanished.I've been using Illustrator, Photo Shop & InDesign since the early 2000's, great app's but lately Adobe is just p*ssing me off. Everything is expensive & while I wouldn't mind paying more for an improved product suite, paying more for crappy, unstable app's is wrong.Indicative of a brand that's peaked & a corporate culture of complacency. 

How can I move a Rush project from my iPad to MacBook to edit in Premiere? I know the sync has been removed. I have a 19 min video to render, but the screen sits at 0% or it says unable to render successfully. What is going on with rush?

The Premiere Rush app on my phone does not support the arabic language. all the letters are written incorrectly and it does not start left to right. This is a huge issue and really limits your users. is there a chance of fixing this??

I bought a new Dell laptop two weeks ago.  Inspiron 16 7640 2-in-1 , Microsoft windoes 11, 32gb ram, intel core ultra 7 processor.   When I open premier rush and try to do anything new, it crashes.  Not sure why.  I use photoshop that has no issues etc. This is the only program that keep crashing.  Why would it do this?

Hi,I have quite a few untitled cloud projects shown on the start menu which cannot be deleted. Every time I press "delete everywhere," it does nothing and the same amount of projects remains . Is there a method to solve this? 

Hola A continuación detallaré algunos errores con la app en iPhone 16, puede que a muchos usuarios les esté pasando que al intentar importar videos realizados con un iPhone 16, Premiere Rush les dé un error, el cual no permite importar clips. Este error se debe a que los videos grabados con audio espacial no son compatibles, para importar tus videos debes desactivar en configuración de la cámara la opción de audio espacial y grabar tus clips. Este problema se debe a que esta nueva función aún no está integrado en Premiere Rush, el cual no ha recibido actualización hace algún tiempo. Espero que les funcione y ojalá adobe pueda dar soporte a esta nueva funcionalidad.

I had this program working on two Android phones.  Then neither of them work. The other phone is simply for non web based projects. All of a sudden the Rush files were not processing. Wasting 100s of hours of work,  literally making these things work LONGHAND when the effects stopped working. Next i'm gonna be just free hand drawing my videos,  and I really don't think that's going to leave much for this program to do other than freeze. Get confused and stroke out like Curly Howard! It seems like adobe has something for everyone. .. to curse their very existence with promises of intuitive UI, including graphic descriptions of just how that will happen... so we know they can conceive of these things! How come those things are never the reality? It's like buying a dog with the sincere promise that the dog will actually do your taxes this year. And then you get it home and it c**** on your floor. Fehler beim importieren von Dateien, iPhone 16 der Premiere Rush App wie kann das Problem behoben werden?

Hi everyone, I recently started using Premier Rush and like the app. However, after I was done with my two projects and exported them, I still have 22gb of storage being taken up by the app. I'm not sure how to address this without deleting the app and reinstalling, which would be kind of inconvenient, if i have to do that everytime. I reinstalled adobe Rush on my ipad and. Now all of my projects are gone!!!  Where are they or how can I restore them?  I've looked on my desktop in creative cloud... everywhere and can't fine them.  This will take me HOURS to rebuild.   Arthur

Since the submit Feature Request is broke here, I will simply post about it.  One thing that would be nice on ipad is to have a way to reverse video.  You have a Speed tab in Premiere Rush, but no option for reverse. I am making looped animations that have different first and last frames.  So would love to be able to reverse the clips much like I can in Adobe Premiere and other video editing software.

Hi,My Adobe Rush app (iPhone) is not working at all, and I mean the app does absolutely nothing, I can't see the image of the video in the time line,  when trying to save-import the video the app crashes, not to mention the "no networking connection " issue, and please Kevin Monhan if you are replying write a proper answer or solution to the his app problem as I can read issues as far as January and the only answer is "the team is aware and working on it", it is a paid app under my Adobe subscription it is not free, meaning Adobe is charging for something doesn't work.

hi ! I have rush for Samsung and I'm using it for a school project. My problem is that whenever I type any word in arabic, for example 'السلم' it shows up as boxes ? I tried going through the fonts and it still does the same thing.    I'd really appreciate your help.😞   Title edited by mod  

I got this app last night and I'm on the paid version. Last night I was editing photos and I created a pretty cool video absolutely fine and with no problems. Today I can't do anything, the app says everything I try to import is not supported and all my previous work has disappeared. Can anyone help, I'm dyslexic and not very technical so I would need an idiots guide if possible.   

I was working a project in premiere rush last week. I went from working on it with WiFi to working on it using cell data (no wifi). All of a sudden, when working on the project using data, I couldn't make any more changes. So I restarted the app and all my work was lost. Ever since then, everything I upload just turns out as a black screen. Audio works fine. I deleted the app and redownloaded it to get the latest version and that didn't work. I am using the mobile version on the newest iOS 

Anyone who has upgraded to an iPhone 16 pro max having issues with putting videos in Adobe Rush? I'm constantly getting an error message? If I film a video outside of the app and try to import it.

Hello, It seems that I'm stumbling upon an issue/bug when using adobe rush, whenever I'm trying to create a new project and I'm trying to add media to this project mainly from the Files folder the application crashes, I've tried adding media from the Files folder again and it's done this about 3/4 times. Whenever I start the Rush app the entire project isn't saved. I'm using an apple iPad, os version: iPadOS 18.2 (22C152) Thanks
