I have been getting the HEVC codec membership issue even though I have premier rush. Is there anyway to get the codec without upgrading my membership? Unless go-pro changed the encoding for their hero10 with a recent update I am not sure why this changed because I have edited  multiple videos from the same go-pro previously

Imported mono audio shows as Left channel only - doesn't allow making it dual channel?Even on export, it treats it not as Left Only = Mono (outputting via both channels), but literally as only Left speaker audio.How to fix?

BLUF/TLDR: Today Rush crashed and I continued working and saving not realizing it had come back with SOME of the audio clips associated to a single source file showing as if they're pure silence.   Investigating expected reasons why this would occur yielded that those reasons were not the reason why (missing source, or muted or..?).  Can I fix these now 'broken' clips, & if so - how? Analysis: When it crashed I was doing bulk modifications of "minimize echo, minimize background noise, enhance voice and auto volume".  Sometime in that window the firsthalf dozen clips all from one source file zeroed out (made the audio inside the clip disappear).  Other clips pointing to the same source show their audio & the source audio file remains in place - not having been moved. I can redrop it in and it plays the same audio that's supposed to be in those first clips just fine.I do not see an option to resync those clips to their original source.  I'm curi

Was working on a video all week and when I went to render it it said it couldn't complete. Now lots of my projects including this one have disappeared! So glitchy I think I'm going to have to look for an alternative software as can't afford to keep losing this much work!

I was working on a video yesterday when Rush crashed.I wasn't worry because it does it every time. But this time I cannot open the project anymore. I click on the miniature and nothing happens. What can I do ? I have spent 30 hours on this one and I'm about to give up.

I can't change the color or the font size on the iPhone app

I would open up the app on my iPhone 12 Pro Max and app would crash if I tried to playback the project, edit the project or export the project.  Sometimes upon opening the app, it would ask me for my subscription but I'm already subscribed.

hello, i updated my memebership so i could downloaf 4k quality. the thing is the app is not giving me the option of 4k. I already made all the common trouble shoot for my phone and app and nothing, can someone help me.

Hey! is it possible to browse a web link in premiere rush, so i can add an link about a widget i made for streaming?? 

Whenever I try to export my video that I made on my phone, rush crashes. I'm not sure what the problem is, my video is only around three minutes long. I tried to fix things by changing the quality settings, by changing my WiFi to a stronger network, and resetting the app as well as my phone. I had also tried syncing the video with my computer, but half of the files were corrupted or distorted when I opened the project. I'm wondering if anyone else is having some issue similar to mine. I would really appreciate some insight as to how I would fix this. 

Os been a week now that it doesn't work with native iPhone video! Please do something! it loads to the timeline but doesn't scroll when moving the needle. And after some time, crashes.

Dear developers,Adobe Rush on Android gives you the option to choose the aspect ratio of the film that the user creates independently of the aspect ratio of the media used. If, though, the two don't match (I tried 16:9 media in 9:16 film), the app quickly crashes back to the main menu without the user being able to perform any edits, which es very frusturating. I have the latest Version of Rush, Android, and other Adobe apps, and there seems to be a bug with the aspect ratio as described above. It is also doesn't matter if the project is in the cloud or not. Thank you for fixing it and thank you for your work. If you need more information about the problem, feel free to contact me.

I prefer to use my iPad for early morning work/editing.... I would very much like to have the option to export a still image from my videos...   Please advise..   Obviously you can do this easily on the desktop versions of Lightoom and Premiere Pro.. Why not give us the option for the iPad apps?  

The app constantly crashes and freezes while I'm using it. The video doesn't play in the app either.  When I'm exporting, it freezes as well. What am I paying for if the app doesn't work?? Adobe needs to figure this out quick!

Hello I use Premiere Rush on the iPad and I have had difficulties rendering my video. It goes all the way up to 99% and then pauses if someone could chime in and help me fix this problem I would be greatly appreciated.

Hallo, ich dachte zusammen mit Photoshop sei Rush gratis? Ich konnte es installieren und nirgendswo steht dass es was kostet, weder dass es eine Testversion ist.  Aber wenn ich ein Projekt freigeben, will leitet es mich mit dem Erwerbs-Hinweis auf die Adobe-Homepage. Im Abo von Photoshop wie im Abo von Premiere Pro ist es nicht aufgelistet?  Hi, I thought Rush was free together with Photoshop? I was able to install it and nowhere does it say that it costs anything or that it is a trial version. But when I want to share a project, it redirects me to the Adobe homepage with the purchase notice. It is not listed in the Photoshop subscription or in the Premiere Pro subscription?

After I edit my video, it doesn't play in the rush app anymore and will not export. . It just freezes. I uninstalled and reinstalled and re-edited and then it did it again and still freezes. I use iOS. I really like this program and would prefer not to go to another editing program. Please help. 

Clicking the share button nothing happens except a tiny message in he centre of the screen 'Create sequence to export'. Was OK a few days ago; nothing has changed since then. Can continue editing or looking at the sequence but can not exit, close the project or even close Rush without having to do a hard stop via Task Manager on the PC.

Who came up with Sequences? Did Product Management listen to the second half of their presentation or go to lunch? I expect you have a backlog of requests about these. They could be so useful if they worked how people expect. Instead not only are they useless, but they actually cripple the whole point of Rush even existing. You need to be able to combine them. You need to be able to select and copy clips and tracks from them into other sequences. You need to be able to do something with them in Premiere Pro (they just render blank). It's the only nesting metaphor you have in Rush. Please, you don't need to sell us on Premiere, we're mostly CC subscribers, you aren't compromising anything by making Rush actually useful. With hope and gratitude.
