Questions

After I remove all my projects from iPhone the app still keeps all the data. So, in iPhone settings -> general -> storage it shows as one of the most consuming apps. The only option to free the space is to uninstall it

"An error occurred during download from Adobe Stock server. Please try again."I know this is an issue with .edu accounts, and based on previous posts I know this bug has existed for a while.I've tried the workaround involving downloading a specific template from the stock.adobe.com website, that hasn't worked for me.

Once again I'm here for help. I have recently started a new project and barely even a few minutes in, the program just crashes and closes. I've done everything that I've read for crashing issues and nothing seems to work. I've been using Rush on my ipad (which is practically brand new) for less than a year now and I can't get through a project without any issues. Whether it's glitching to lagging to now just crashing. I have good reason to believe it's the app and not the iPad as it seems I'm not the only person with issues. I cannot work like this and have deadlines to meet. Any suggestions or app updates to fix these issues?? This is very frustrating considering this a paid program and I have work that needs to get done. Adobe needs to do better if they want to be called a top tier program for video editing.  

Can anyone tell me how to get TikTok to show up in my list of destinations for sharing my video? Presently, Instagram, YouTube and Behance are listed, but not TikTok.

When I try to work on my files, the audio sounds as if in Slow Motion.I already tried restarting the computer, restarting the program as well as reinstalling it. I don't know why this is happening all of a sudden. I tried it out in an older Adobe Rush version, I don't have that problem there but of course would love to keep using the most recent version to rush. When playing the files on my computer they work just fine.  Thank you in advance

Today I lost the program. She revealed some error and asked to inform the developers about it.And after my post in my project when adding music, the music is displayed incorrectly. It jumps and shrinks.Please fix this bug!

I have an NVIDIA driver card and it is up to date. When I try to play back  my video in Rush, the screen is black but you can hear audio. You can see the thumbnail preview clips below the black screen, but there is no video playback happening.   -Cache has been cleared -drivers are up to date and are capable of handling video   title edited by mod

The Rush program cannot add captions. See the fastened screen screens.

Does Adobe Premiere Rush support Dolby Vision?

Why are there 3 rows for audio?   Also there are such limited transitions and compared to other mobile apps such as InShot or filmora, Rush is lacking soo many features. The only reason I have to use Rush is due to the cloud connectivity where I can import clips and assets straight from adobe cloud. Please update it, as much as possible.   Adobe should be the at the top based on its reputation, then why leave out such an important platform that is mobile. 

Has anyone been having recent problems with rush distorting videos? This week the app has consistently been pixelating and distorting imported videos once the have been split or sped up.Any feedback on how to prevent this would be helpful as I am unable to export media without distortions.The only thing that has changed on my end is  a new iphone 15 which is the source of my videos, shot in 4k. They do import fine and only distort once trimmed or sped up.  

So I started a Project on my iPad and wanted to finish it on my Laptop. I had saved all the files to my iPad and then transferred them to an external drive. When I got on my laptop they were obviously missing files because I moved them but when I went to relink them I had to do EVERY SINGLE FILE, in any other app adobe or not, it can see that file names are the same and relink them. I would love for this feature on both iPad and Mac.

I'm having an issue syncing my desktop with my phone in premier rush.  I have the paid for version thru my phone, but when I try to click the sync button on a new project on the desktop, it gives me an error saying that i need the paid version to sync files to ACC.  ??  I am logged in under ACC, and in the desktop version under the same id, but its not registering that I have the paid version?  Any help would be appreciated, thank you in advance.

Hi - I've created my video with soundtrack and titles etc. I had to play around a bit with my video clips and add a few new ones today. I'm done, but now, intead of ending at the final slide, the video continues to play and, if you watch really carefully there are about 5 micro clips that flash up in less than a second in the sequence. They're so small, they don't show in the sequence and you can't edit in preview - and they are all tiny clips of videos I'm using elsewhere in the sequence. But they're are there at the end and are adding an extra 25 seconds to my video and are, of course, unwanted. What are these and how to do I get rid of them?   Title edited by mod

Buongiorno, stavo modificando un video e improvvisamente il software di adobe rush si è bloccato,non rispondeva ad alcun comando, ho chiuso il programma e riavviato il pc. Il programma si apre, posso fare modifiche usando i tools ma non viene visualizzata l'anteprima, quindi in pratica ho una schermata nera davanti al posto dell'anteprima.

I'm using Rush for work, on a Dell - I've attached the system info. I know it takes a lot to run video editing software but this is ridiculous. After I edited my first sequence, I went to Share > Local Files > to my PC (not to any cloud-related service). Rush then renders, which for a 45:00 sequence took about 1:12:00 to render. When I click Export, it starts rendering again, ad infinitum. I tried signing out of my Adobe Cloud Suite account. I didn't reboot yet. But when I signed back in with all the updates, nothing changed. My boss expects me to have this in by morning !! Thanks so much for any help! KC Attachments
