Hello,I can't seem to drag any materials that I've created into Stager. It was working yesterday and now it either crashes Stager or nothing happens at all. I've rebooted my machine and logged in and out of my account so I'm kind of confused on next steps. -J

Hello!I think that Substance 3D Stager's GLB export behavior may have a bug, as it does not seem like the below result would be an expected behavior. Decals are not to scale as rendered in 3D Stager, when a "Selected model..." is exported as a GLB file and brought into online GLTF or GLB renderers, such as https://gltf.report or https://sandbox.babylonjs.com  Here is the working model in 3D Stager... And here is what happens when using "Export > Selected models..." as a GLB, with the two websites above... However, I have learned that when I export the "Scene..." (in my case, the can is the entire scene aside from environmental lighting), the GLB created does retain the proper sizing of all decals when brought into the same online GLTF or GLB renderers from above...If the incorrect rendering of the decals when exported as "Selected models..." is not a bug. can we learn why? And if it is a bug, can we get a fix? Thank you!

No matter what I do, I cannot get Stager to recognize that I am logged into creative cloud on mac. 

Hello! Several months ago, I had a freelancer create a soda can object for me as an FBX file. For that project, I supplied him with some outlines of letters for the top of the can (converted from text, to avoid font usage). I've been using said soda can object FBX file without issue in Dimension since May. No issues with the smooth rendering of the outlines whatsoever. Because I'm interested in making the move to Stager, since Dimension won't be updated moving forward, I have downloaded the Stager trial. The only thing that I notice that is failing for me when using Stager with my soda can object FBX file, is that the outlines on the top of the can are not smooth upon import/usage/render. I can't say that the FBX file was built incorrectly, as it hasn't let me down at all with Dimension. Being that I do not build FBX models, is there anything I can pass along to my freelancer that will assist him in adjusting the FBX file to accomplish a smooth render? Or, is there anyth

Hi, I'm Laura and I'm new here. I'm wondering what others do about the problems with program compatibility for SG files. I cannot even add them to my libraries! They can't import into Substance Painter or Designer. How do you convert them? What should you convert them to?

Hi ,Is it possible to upload and stage panorama photos as Background Image with Stager?

We know that the CPU rendering incorporates denoising while at the moment it is not available for GPU rendering. On the other hand it seems that the color temperature of the environment is different, do you know why?

Is it possible to save a material modified in Stager for latter use?  Perhaps as a preset withing the material or as a new material?I would like to be able to take a material that I've tweated in one sesion of Stager and use it in a new scene.

Hi. I downloaded some sbsar files on your site under free. As an example I found one that looks like a building with windows, bricks etc. In Stager I want to add it to a simple box so the box looks like a building. I found multiple issues here.1. Loading but nothing happends. I can wait forever but nothing happens after I import material to selection.But this is only sometimes.2. When the loading is sucessfull I start manipulating the texture with all the possibilities it has. Again I see a lot of loading time without nothing happens. I can change a window color to green but nothing happens. I start working on roughness or other things. This I am not waiting on. Suddenly after a long time and doing a lot of other things, the windows suddenly turns green. So it seems out of the control because I dont see the change while I do it, but it can change 5 minutes after. Even though I made other changes in between.3. I downloaded a Substanc share material 'toon clouds' and want to change the opacity of the material...I can't find any parameter within Stager to change it's opacity ty

I started doing a render and then canceled it. I then switched back to the "design" tab right afterwards, and now nothing shows in the veiwport. I also cannot make any changes to anything in the scene box on the right. The app is still responding, buttons change colour when I hover over them, and I still get hover text. I can open the assets window, but when I tried to add something it brought up the loading window (without a percent-completed, and the cancel button greyed out). The loading window won't go away. I am reluctant to close the app as I have a lot of unsaved work.

Hello! Please tell me, if I understand correctly, new applications are not included in the Creative Cloud plan?

I've sent some objects from Painter to Stager by using the File menu. I've noticed that Stager seems to receive these as folders, with subobjects broken up by body and material (as opposed to when I just import the FBX file, which is broken into the same hierarchy that I'd see in Maya.)When I select one of these objects (folders), the transform handles appear on the object, but manipulating them doesn't move the object at all. It seems to just move the collision box? The handles move on screen but the object stays in place.Hopefully there's something simple I'm missing here? I can try to post a screen recording...Thanks in advance for some direction. I can move the object if I manually type in position values in the panel on the right, but that's not a sustainable workflow. 

Hello,I created a new session on my macbook pro to use stager but right after lauching the app it crash with the message (in french)  "Un problème à causé l'arrêt de l'application" (a problem caused the application to stop) and that's all i can only click on "Ok". My configuration is :MacOS Big Sur (French layout)MacBook Pro 2019Intel Core i9 2,3 GHZ16 Go Ram DDR4AMD Radeon pro 5500M 4GoIntel UHD Graphics 630

Can someone explain the differences between these? Can you demonstrate in Stager how to use a displacement map, or height map, or normal with a black and white checkerboard pattern to have the texture emboss and de-boss? ty

Hi! I´m wondering if there is a way to make Adobe Stock downloaded materials to work in Stager.  They do not react to transform parameters (repeat, offset) even if I generate UVs.  Is there something I´m doing wrong? Thanks! 

Hello to the Substance Support Community!I am still in the tryout period, to see how my workflow with 3D Stager can ease my work. From time to time i do virtual staging in Dimensions and i was waiting for the possibility to set lights as now in Stager! Often i want to put the camera in one-point-perspective. For me it makes sense to put the camera with a straigt forward view a bit more to the right or left and then - as i do it in real photography to shift the lens to the right or left. in my old §D Editor Cheetah3D i used to set a mask in front of the camera to render only the wanted ratio (3:2) and not to render a huge image and crop it later in Photoshop. Has anyone an idea how i can do it in Stager? Photographers, knowing Tilt/Shift lenses will understand the problem.I am thankfull for any help:Have a good day!Laas

Can someone help me understand how to set up a simple 3 light scenario?I am using area lights for key fill and back(hair)I am having a hard time interperting Exposure vs Intensity Let's say I want a key light at 100% and Fill light at 50% for a 2:1 lighting ratioDo I set both area lights to the same Exposure and then adjust the Intensity values? Thanks
