Recently, I saw that Facebook has launched new virtual reality smart glasses. It would be amazing if the products created by Aero could be viewed while wearing these glasses.

I'm brand new to Adobe Aero, threw a couple of 3d objects in, positioned them, and wanted to create a link so I could see it, but I keep getting an error that the link could not be generated. What am I missing?

heya so I was trying to import some models I ceated in blender to adobe aero but the materials I used for them don't show up in adobe aero how do I fix this?this is how it looks like in blender. this is how it looks like in adobe aero.  also currently the mobile player app isn't available in my country are there any alternative apps that I can use in the maintime?

Greetings. I have created a Aero project based at a particular location using geospatial creator. I want to try test it out as I build it, but am not at the location to which it is anchored. The preview gives a reasonable idea, but not the full experience. Is there something I'm missing?  Many thanks in advance from a complete AR newbie.Helen

Working on a model in Maya and using a png texture to color it. When I export as FBX and make sure the embed media box is checked, it still wont show up in Aero.  I also tried the texture as a TIFF. I also tried zipping obj, png, and mtl - same problem. Is there something I am missing?

I put a simple png image in my scene and asigned the move action I wanted the item to move back and forth but that option box is greyed out.  I could not find any details on this behaviour. What criteria is required for the "back and forth" box to be available ?

Hi does anyone know if AR glasses or headsets are supported by Aero ( such as Nreal Air or the Quest series) I am potentially going to use it to do virtual prototypes and Glasses or a headset would be better? 

I'm trying to figure out what I need to do to create an AR asset that looks like a hole going into a wall or floor.I figured this would be easy using some occlusion material but I haven't come across anything yet.I tried a "holdout" shader in blender and it didn't work. I also tried flipping normals to see if I could get a cylinder to render the inside only, but no luck.Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Hello. As per subject, anyone ever face this issue before? It's happening to some of the objects, not all and I do have quite a bit(most duplicated from the original). Object are .glb from Blender.

Hello everybodyI have started to use Aero, and I made my first experience and the QR and ran to try it, just to find out that I cannot see what I did because the Aero android app is available in Norway.Has anyone else experience this? Is there another way to see the scenes? Not with video, but the actual AR scene. Any tips? Thanks Ale

My school has an Adobe license/subscription.  We see Adobe Aero available in our Creative Cloud dashboard.  We can download it and install it with no problem on both PCs and Macs.  But when we try to open/run the software, we get Access Denied.  There is no way to login to use it.  Thanks for any help you can provide.  I was really looking forward to using it with my students.

I have been diving into trying to get it to support android… I used the chat asking for an update on the now 4 years out-date post and was told that there was no new information but to follow this community for updates… I then received a FOLLOW-UP PHONE CALL from a representative stating that there was no information but they wanted to inform me to say to follow this community group for more information. I questioned them as to why the duplicate, redundant and quite honestly pestering phone call and they didn't have a valid response. Instead of hiring phone support members to re-iterate chat conversations, maybe Adobe should hire engineers to update 4 year old beta tools that received major publicity from Google over a year ago but don’t have support for those devices. 8th wall is wiping the floor with Aero right now but Aero could be something much more grand if there was effort put behind it.

I've recently moved to New Zealand from the US and consult in augmented reality. I love sharing Aero with clients (and students when I lecture) as it's such a frictionless way to create basic AR experiences. BUT I've just found out the Aero app isn't available for Android here yet! New Zealand is minimum 50% Android (if not more) like many other non-US markets and now I'm hesitant to even mention Aero as an option if it's not accessible to everyone (in theory: latest phones, etc) here.  Does anyone know when the Android app may be rolling out in other countries, specifically New Zealand? This would be a huge help for local projects I have coming up. Thanks!

Can someone tell me if Aero can be used on Android, and which devices or Android versions are supported? I have tried scanning with a few Android devices, but I couldn't get it to work. 

I am creating some AR products using Adobe Aero to sell. The issue is, when my account expires next year, will the Aero images stored in the cloud still be usable?

So our agency is about to launch an AR experience printed on a few million direct mail postcards.Is there any documentation anywhere I can read and ensure my boss we won't run into traffic or bandwidth issues with something this size since all of the files are hosted on the Adobe cloud?

Hi there, I am thinking of using Aero for a project and currently, I'm just thinking about the different ways a user can interact with an AR experience. So I thought of maybe a phone shake, where the user shakes their phone which triggers something to happen. I'm wondering if this sort of user interaction is available in Adobe Aero cause I've been googling and have not found anything.

Is there a way to import 3D sources in creative cloud as aero?

Hi,  I was wondering if anyone could help me with image anchors. I have set up a scene in the desktop version of the Aero app (0.18.4) with my image that I would like as an anchor and added behaviours so that when it is detected, an image sequence (imported as a zip file) plays straight away. When I preview my file, it appears to work just as I want it to but when I share my file (i.e create the QR code and view it on a mobile device), it will not detect the image anchor at all.  Am I doing something wrong? I have looked at several tutorials and followed their process but mine just does not seem to work. I started with a coloured image anchor, which was one of the frames from my image sequence, but that didn't work either so changed it to a solid black, filled in shape so it should be able to detect it more easily but I still cannot get it to work.  I have attached images, the first being my file in Aero on my Mac (running 12.5.1) with the image ancho

I shake the phone a lot.  Is there any experience "smoothing" to be had that I'm unaware of???

Not sure what's happening? I'm dragging and dropping simple test files into Aero that I made in C4D. The FBX I made plays back fine when I import it back into C4D, but Aero refuses to play the animation.1 test file is a cube that has dynamics applied to inflate it into a sphere. I have made the cube into a mesh object, baked the cache, deleted any layer that had a dynamics tag, and this plays back fine when imported into C4D. Does not when imported into Aero.1 test file is simply a cube that has the position parameter animated so it just moves left to right. Aero will accept this animation.What is going on? Can I not use dynamics when exporting for Aero or something?
