HiI have just bought Adobe Pro because i need to edit text on a PDF. However, whenever I open any PDF, the PDF page suddenly turns black with a white box in the middle, and i can't do anyhting. I have paid 25 dollars for access to PDF editor pro, can someone explain to me what is going on? how can I solve this problem?(image attached)

Hello, (I don't speak English, Google translation) At my company, I had the old version of Adobe Acrobat Pro (I think 2019), and they updated it to Adobe Acrobat Pro version 2024.003.20112 64-bit. The problem is that in the old version, when splitting the document, it allowed me to select the "same folder" option with the "bookmark names" option. Now, in the new version, I can't do that. The "same folder" option is there, but when I select it, it blocks the "bookmark names" option. Therefore, the task of splitting PDFs becomes much longer and tedious. Selecting the folder manually takes time due to the excessive number of folders and PDF files to split. Does anyone know of a way to revert this change and be able to select the same folder and keep the "bookmark names" option?

The app is not allowing me to save or edit documents using the cloud. I can upload the document to the cloud dragging the file to and dropping it in the cloud, however, if I open the file first and afterwards try to save it to the cloud I am not allowed. Also the app does not allow me to save the edits I do even if the file is uploaded in the cloud. If I use the Web Creative Cloud I can edit and save normally. I have restarted my computer, preferences, and reinstalled Adobe Acrobat. I see others have encountered similar problems. I am using Mac. Sequoia 15.4.1.

Nearly every PDF document I open in Acrobat opens with the bookmark panel expanded, which seems very strange. I understand that this behavior is determined on an individual document level and not at the application level. It doesn't make sense that nearly every document opens with the bookmark panel expanded when they don't have any bookmarks, though. Wouldn't it make more sense for the bookmark panel to only be expanded when opening documents that have bookmarks? Playing around with the document properties, though, I believe I've discovered a bug. If I go to Document Properties> Initial View> Navigation tab and set it to "Page Only", then save the document and reopen it, it'll open with the bookmark panel expanded. If I go back in and set it to "Bookmarks Panel and Page", then save the document and reopen it, it'll open with the page only view. Ich arbeite an einem grossen PDF-Dokument (120 Seiten) mit der Acrobat Adobe Pro Version online.   Ich mag das Dokument teilen und hab dazu versucht, einen Link erstellen zu lassen – seit über 20 Minuten heisst es Änderungen werden gespeichert. Nun habe ich die Datei in einem anderen Browser geöffent und sehe, dass die Arbeit der letzten Stunden dort (noch) nicht sichtbar ist - was tun?

I was working on my Adobe and I pressed something like control + x or maybe a or maybe y and suddenly a small blue lines have appeared as a grid over my text. I turned off Adobe and turned it on again opening a new PDF file and the small blue line grid remains in other Adobe PDFs. What should I do? (Note I am using a MacBook Pro)

I just got a new work PC and when I installed Acrobat pro on the new PC, the blue share button is not there anymore. It's just an envelope that allows me to send the document via email. Please can someone help me to get it back as I use this function on a daily basis. 

Hello! There is a document that I want to print which is written with Lucida Sans and includes Turkish Letters (such as İ and Ğ) in it. However when I try to print the documents the printed version is clearly written with another font than what I see in the pdf file. And also there are blank spots on where the turkish letters supposed to be. I can print the same document via another app and there is no problem. And if I remember correctly there was not such a problem before. My macos is 15.5 (24F74) and my adobe is pro Build: 25.1.20529.0 

I have a Windows 11 pro computer and I am having an issue with Adobe asking for a password to access AdobeARM.exe every time I open Adobe Acrobat.  I have tried repairing Adobe Acrobat and Creative Cloud. I have uninstalled Adobe Acrobat and Creative Cloud. I ran the Adobe uninstall tool and Adobe CC Cleaner. I reinstalled it and still got the same error message.  I tried giving the user read and write permissions  for the user to the C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\ARM\1.0\AdobeARM.exe and still get asked for the admin credentials. I tried disabling the Adobe update service.  In the multiple times I have reinstalled Adobe I did try removing Adobe folders from the computer and still get the error message. I also tried creating a new deployment package from the Admin Console and installing it as well and I get the same request for admin credentials. The computer is a domain environment and all users are setup as standard user ri

I have an interactive form downloaded from a bank -- and the form has a lot of Yes & No check-boxes.I don't know if this is typical, but whenever I click on a box to get it filled in, I cannot figure out how to clear that box.  I can check another box and that works fine, but just can't clear (uncheck) a box I have already checked (other than an undo).But undo's are not good if you decide later on, while filling out the form, that you want/need to in-check the box.ron in round rock

Daneben kommt die Mitteilung: „Ihre Testversion ist abgelaufen. Kaufen“ Nun war Acrobat Pro 2017 zwar kein Abo aber auch keine Testversion. Leider kann ich PDFs nicht mehr erstellen und bearbeiten. („Diese Funktion ist in ihrer aktuellen Lizenz nicht enthalten“)Ich habe einiges ohne Erfolg versucht (Reparatur, localAppData für Acrobat gelöscht, Konto mit Prod.-Code geprüft). Good day Can anyone assist on a calculation scrip to count the drop down selection based on following options: "On" Off" "Travel".I have 31 rows each with the drop down selection options. At the bottom of my form, I've added a section to provide the user with a count of each.  Tried multiple calculations but wont work. please help!Thank you! 

Hi,  I am logged into my Adobe account and when I open a PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader, I get a message saying a request has been sent to the admin -- I'm the admin and I do not get any emails. I click close on the pop-up message (below) and Adobe shuts down. Has anyone come across this before?  For what it's worth, I have an Adobe Cloud account.

No puedo reproducir videos en PDF interactivos. Creo los pdf en InDesign y al abrirlos en Acrobat el programa se cierra inesperadamente. Nach dem Kommentieren in einem PDF Dokument soll das Ursprungs Dokument überspeichert werden.Erst kommt eine Fehlermeldung, sodass ein neuer Name, kryptischer Name erzeugt wird.Der Speicherort ist anders als der ursprüngliche. Man muss erst an die ursprünglichen Speidcherort zurück wechseln und den Ursprungsdateinamen auswählen. Der Bezug zum Ursprungs Dokument geht verloren.

Hi, ich muss PDF Vorlagen ausgefüllt Speichern, sodass sie nicht mehr verändert werden können. Das mache ich normalerweise über "Print to PDF" was man unter Drucken als Speicheroption findet. Gerade erhalte ich dabei aber immer die folgende Fehlermeldung:  "Das Dokument konnte nicht gedruckt werden. Bitte nutze zur Fehlerbehebung unsere Hilfeseite" Weiß jemand aus der Community vielleicht was das Problem sein könnte? 

Why does Adobe Acrobat create duplicate destinations. One of them works for the bookmarks and one works for the Table of Contents links. 

  Hey folks, I manage several service apartments in Mumbai  and handle all tenant agreements digitally via Acrobat. But I’m facing a weird issue — when I try to merge scanned ID proofs and signed lease PDFs, the resulting file often becomes unreadable or bloated (sometimes >15MB for just 5 pages 😵). Anyone else experienced this? I’ve already tried: PDF optimizer Converting scans to grayscale Using "Save As PDF/A" Still, no luck with keeping quality + reducing size. Also open to tools/workflows beyond Acrobat if they help. Greetings all, I will preface this with the satatement that I do not find Adobe to be most intuiutive or user friendly program and as such likely am missing something simple. Basically the problem is that every time I highlight text, if I click the highlighted text to either highlight more or less, or any reason at all; an irritating blue outlined box surrounds EVERYTHING on that line, and it also makes it so I cannot use my cursor within that box.  How do I make it so Adobe stops sticking a......irritating box around everything? This is text I manually highlighted. This is immediately what happens when I click anywhere in  the highlighted text. No matter what I do I cannot click to get my cursor to function inside that blue box.  I DEARLY wish to never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever see this box again.  Regards,

Please improve to show bookmarks in an independent window. When the screen size is limited,we need drag the bookmark windows as an float and independent window.
