Hello, all,I was sent a .pdf with the text layout in landscape, but the pages show up and print in portrait.  "Organize pages" will rotate the text along with the page which is not helping.  Is there another way to change from portrait to landscape for the page leaving the text in its current orientation?   In addition, while you can see where the text is supposed to be (hanging off the portrait), if I try to copy it on to a new .pdf document, some of the text drops out.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hi I am a Realtor.  I use Docusign through Keller Williams command.  When I send documents that are signed to the other Realtor and they use Authentisign to sign the documents, I cannot view their signatures.  however, when I upload them into docusign, I can see them.  The problem seems to be with Adobe.  I have Adobe Professional.   I attached an example of what is happening.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.  

We recently purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and I'm trying to figure out how to take a document that I added a stamp to and flatten it so our users cannot delete the stamp from it.  I have found the 'Flatten' option but it is greyed out.  The only option in the menu available is 'Import as Layer'.  How do I enable the 'Flatten' feature?  In previous versions, I used a java script to flatten when the option was not available.

Hi all, I'm hoping that someone can help me out with this. Until recently, I've been using 'Extract Pages' for well over a year now without any issues. Now, for whatever reason, almost every time I go through the process of selecting the pages that I want to extract, and then select "Extract Pages", the following message pops up: "Something went wrong and we weren't able to save your file. Please try again later." I have no idea why this is happening, but it's very frustrating. The source file(s) that I'm attempting to extract pages from are PDFs. Again, this was never an issue until recently. If anyone has any advice/suggestions for what's causing this and what I can do to get it resolved, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you! Matt

everytime i go into an email on outlook I get that notification on the side and it won't let me exit out of it (it blocks part of the message.  How can i get rid of it without removing adobe from outlook?

I have a Lenovo Slim 7x with Snapdragon X Elite. Adobe works but is very slow, especially with larger files. Is there a way to speed up Adobe on this laptop?

Is it possible to add numerical fields to a form that can auto-sum? For example, say I want to add 6 numerical fields/boxes to a form, then ask the user to input numbers into 5 of the fields, is there an option to direct the 6th box to be automatically populated with the total?

We have had a paid version of Adobe Acrobat on our Terminal Server for years now and all of the sudden, there apparently was an update that was applied on 4/3/2025 that has broken our environment and now we cannot use the license that we paid for.  It is asking us to sign in and appears to now be forcing us to log in, which doesn't reckognize our paid, perpetual license.  There is also what appears to be a new service running called "Adobe Genuine Service" Is there a workaround for this situation? Why would a license that we paid for years ago before everything was changed to the monthly model stop working? Server 2012r2 environment(see attached photo to show the versions) 

Is it still not possible to sort bookmarks alphabetically? Thanks

When I use the "Add Text Box" feature in a PDF, the text I type inside the box is not visible when I click on it. It seems like the text color blends with the background, making it impossible to see what I wrote until selecting the box.I would be happy to helpshay

Not sure what I have done in my settings but each day I am required to enter my Adobe password to simply open and view a pdf. How can I undo this?

Hi Everyone,I am having the following issue: I am trying to redact a document for an specific area across multiple pages, while this apporach has worked in the past with other documents, burrently I have this document that once I apply the redaction across all pages it actually redact a few pages but the rest are keep unredact and the following error message pops up upon processing:  "dash arguments are invalid" Operating System: Windows 11Adobe Acrobat: Adobe Acrobat Pro 2023 I am not sure why this is showing up for some document during redact processing while other documents are working fine without the error. Would apreciate if some guidance on clearing this out can be provided. See version details and error images attached.

I paid for the full year subscription so I can edit PDFs but its been frustrating as I cant edit any pdf unless im using the Adobe app on my iPhone.. when Im signed into the same account on my Windows laptop or Desktop, it tries to make me "upgrade" as if Im on some non-paying account. Super annoying. Appreciate any insights. Thanks, Dean

We are having multiple users in my firm running into issues when trying to open PDFs from various sites in chrome via the AA extension. It appears that the document tries to open then gets stuck at 100% but it never opens. Even when the setting is changed for the documents to download instead of trying open in chrome it still does not work. The version of the plug-in that is currently in production with my firm is 24.2.1.1. I know it is not the latest version. I am working with our internal team on that... Is this something that has been fixed with a newer version of the extension? Is there a location where I can find the release notes and changes for the chrome extension? Final question, is the extension connect to the desktop application? Meaning, when the desktop application is updated the extension gets updated as well? (I will try to add screenshots, currently having issues uploading...)

Hi guys,I'm pretty new to Javascript. I just wanted to write a basic code so that when certain options are selected, the background will change colour. The issue that I'm having however is that when I select the option (eg. Critical), it will change colour (eg. red), but when I click off to select anywhere else in the page, it changes back to the default blue. I've selected "Commit selected value immediately" and my code is below. So, here's my problem. I have for different Variables var A, var B, var C and var D, with an output box. I am trying to have it where the user inputs a number in one var and it appears on the output box, so if the user inputs 2 in var A and only on var A then it will show up in the ouput box, and the same for the other variables. On a Submit Button, the Action property is set to "Submit a form." Edit does not let me change the message returned in the resulting email. The email returns: Form Returned: Procedure Review Form - 2020 1115 TD Rev 0.pdf The attached file is the filled-out form. Please open it to review the data. I need to include a reminder to the user (email sender) to "attach associated procedure document" to be returned with the filled form. I cannot find where the above standard message is being generated.

Hello,Need help! I am new to PDF forms and writing JavaScript.I have a Checkbox that, when checked I want it to return "2 Weeks" in a Text Box (titled "Lead Time") and when unchecked it will return "8 Weeks" in the same Text Box. Secondly, when that same Checkbox is checked, in another Text Box (titled "ExpediteCost"), a formula will take the Text Box titled "Cost"  and multiply by 10% and show the value in the "ExpediteCost" Text Box.  When the Checkbox is unchecked, the "ExpediteCost" Text Box will be blank or say "N/A". Any help is greatly appreciated!
