Hi Acrobat community! I've problem with the function "request e-signature", when I'm trying to request e-signatures this message below pops up.I've a Acrobat Pro license licensed to my account so this request e-signature function should be available for me, does anyone has any idea what could cause this? Thanks in advance/Johan

Sometimes, after saving a PDF in Adobe Acrobat, interactive elements like form fields, layers, or annotations disappear, making further edits impossible. This unexpected flattening can be frustrating, especially when working with complex documents. Is it caused by specific settings, file compatibility, or something else? There is a bug in Adobe Acrobat Chrome Extension: When clicking on a link in a PDF with a foreign character in it, it fails.Example: https://øds.dk/DLA-web.pdf. Try the image on page 6. "øds.dk" is transformed to "øds.dk" (which is not a valid URL)it should be "xn--ds-kka.dk" (which is a valid URL)Without the extension Chrome handles it correctly, and so does other extensions such as Smallpdf.

In WordPress, the hyperlinks in embedded PDFs are meant to take logged-in users to an internal page.  However, what happens is the user is sent to the login page after clicking the link.   When opened in a new tab, the user remains logged in and can view the page (Chrome).  This issue is only happening with hyperlinks in PDFs embedded in the page. With Chrome, opening in a new tab or copy-paste will allow the user to view the page. With Edge, the user is taken to the login page regardless of how they attempt to access the page. The desired behaviour is: User logs in, navigates to page with PDF, clicks link in PDF and can view page (while remaining logged in). Any solution is appreciated, this does not seem to be as common of an issue as expected.  Details:Embedded using built-in WordPress PDF viewerAdobe Acrobat PDFs

Why does the conversion take time on laptop computers and on desktop computers the process is fast,I have done the process on different laptops and it takes time compared to a desktop computer. could you help me please?

I have a form we fill out for work constantly. I fill it out, print it, and then close the file and hit do not save. Next time I open that file, it is still filled out even though I hit do not save. If i close the file again and open back up it is cleared out. Is there a setting that im missing somewhere? Super annoying to have to close the file twice each time i want to clear it out.  

Hello! Is it possible to make changes to multiple PDFs on the same dropdown menu option? I have a dropdown section that have the options YES or NO. For those PDFs that were previously selected with YES, I would want to change them all to NO and vice-versa. Is it possible to do this without having to manually change each one? Thank you!

J'ai déjà mis Préférences>Modifications de contenu>Police de secours pour la modification Minion et police par défaut pour l'ajout de texte Minion et j'ai redemarré mon PC et j'ai réinstaller le logiciel... que faire?Merci pour votre aide  

Hello,  I'm having a problem opening a pdf attachment with acrobat.The problem only occurs with Acrobat when the attachment has a specific name, and there are several attachments (attachments named 1.jpg and 2.jpg open correctly). In addition, the attachment opens correctly with Acrobat Android (on a mobile device) or Foxit reader (on a PC).Here is my pdf file: https://we.tl/t-4jDSOM9M7V  My pdf is created with the pdf-lib framework.The problem doesn't occur if there are only one or two attachments.The problem does not occur if the attachment 10.jpg is named _10.jpg.It is possible to save the file named 10.jpg, and it opens correctly from outside the pdfDeleting the file 10.jpg from the attachments files does not work. (the file is still present after closing and re-opening the pdf)How can I solve this problem?Thanks in advance

I got a loaner PC and the "shared by you" and "shared with you" don't appear on the home screen of Acrobat DC Pro, as they did with my old PC.  Any idea why not? I also am not able to open files in the Acrobat Pro DC app from Acrobat.Adobe.com list of my documents, where I can see the  "shared by you" and "shared with you" folders. Are those related?  Thanks in advance

When creating OCR from PDF it breaks it up in odd paragraphs. Is there a way to have OCR in one paragraph?

Everything seemed to work, but the file I supposedly created was never created. The JPG never appeared. I tried this multiple times with JPG and PNG to multiple locations with multiple names and got the same result every time. I finally had to go online and find a PDF to JPG converter to get it done. I found in another post to turn off "Show online storage when opening files" and "Show online storage when saving files." I tried this with no luck. Any answers to this? Anybody?

I cannot set an e-signature and get the following error: "You can no longer request e-signatures with this user profile." Does anyone have a resolution?

Hi! I am on a mac and used Acrobat to edit a document with over one hundred pages. I did a significant amount of editing and then realized I should hit save. When I did, an error popped up saying, "this is open in another window and cannot save" and then the document crashed. It was 'loading' for hours when I was hopeful it could still recover. I eventually forced quit Acrobat and I am looking for the temporary files. I have the auto-save setting on. But I cannot find anywhere in my mac where temporary files are saved. Any suggestions? Other programs will automatically reopen documents that weren't saved if my laptop restarts. I am about ready to cut my losses and start over, putting hours in to recreate what I lost, but I am worried I still have this issue and the same thing could happen to me again because I don't understand what I did wrong.

I have called Adobe support several times now asking them to do an "activation count reset" and none of them will perform this simple task. I even asked to speak with a supervisor and all they would do is arrange a call back. Any suggestions? They act like they dont know how to do an "activation account reset" and just want to push and sell a monthly subscription. I bought the Acobat X Pro CD with serial from a computer store on March 3rd and tried to activate it, but it keeps saying it was already activated on 2 other computers and that I must deactivate it on the other  2 computers. I only have 1 computer, so I dont understand why its saying anything about any other computers. Support as I mention is useless and all they want to do is sell you a monthly subscription to something I dont want. When I called them, all I said was I need "An Activation Reset" and gave them the serial number and my name an email address. He tells me that that product Acrobat X Pro is no longer support

I have a form sent to me so I can't edit it. The text box is where I can write by name, but I also need to sign that part. I'm able to fill that part out and put a digital signature over it. But the signature is always hidden by the text box. I thought this might be just a visual error, but saving it / sending it back to the company, the signatures are still behind the text boxes. Does anyone know how to make the digital signatures come out front? Attached is the blank form. Clicking the fill & sign lets you fill the text boxes. You can add signatures, but it always gets hidden by the text box.
