Hey Team, Everytime i try to add a page to a pdf from another pdf, i get an error code "Bytes Not Ready". I have closed program and restarted computer and same error. Any assistance? 

Seriously who the **** came up with that smart text highlighting feature? I don't need no assistance on helping me to stay in line or to cover only text, LET ME DISABLE IT!I. JUST. WANT. TO. And now a costly premium software won't let me highlight a page free hand, welcome to the future!/rantI apologize for the above. Is there a way to highlight areas in pages anywhere I would like to instead of only text? I only came to know the text highlighting tool which doesn't really fulfill that need.

Posted here earlier today - but it seems to have vanished ! I have a number of identical documents each with 3 boxes that need a person to sign. How can i add the signature box, title and name fields to each one simultaniously rather than 1 at a time. 

I have no idea what Adobe is doing, but their monopoly position over the past few decades has negatively impacted the quality and stability of their programs, account licenses, helpdesk chatbot, helpdesk agents, and PDF handling for printing. As a professional, it's become nearly impossible to work comfortably with these issues. This morning, I chatted with the helpdesk again about a problem. In November, a helpdesk employee and I canceled one license for renewal. I asked six times if it was correct, and each time I was assured it was. From January 1st, I was supposed to have one less license. To my great surprise, I received an invoice today that still included that one license, meaning it wasn't canceled! Instead of offering a solution, the representative suggested a new offer. I frequently run compares on multipage documents and appreciate the side-by-side view. When scrolling through, I would like to keep the pages aligned, but they will often become unsynchronized (in an attempt, I suppose, to show me where it interprets content has gone). Is there a way to lock page synchronization as I scroll through a document?

I have a PDF whose properties say it was produced by "Adobe Acrobat 9.3 Paper Capture Plug-in".  (The PDF version is "1.7, Adobe Extension Level 8 (Acrobat X)".  As I understand it, the paper capture plug-in generates a bit-map which can't be searched (quote from the plug-in help: "The resulting file is a PDF Image Only file—that is, a bitmap picture of the pages that can be viewed in Acrobat but not searched." However, I am able to extract text from this PDF without using OCR.  So what is going on?

How do I add a background fill and border to a comment text box in the new Acrobat? In the previous version, you could right click and change it in properties, but I can't seem to right click without it selecting the text.

Hi everyone, Can't seem to figure this out. I will leave comments or sticky notes in a certain file, but when I save and reopen or send to team members, the file is flattened leaving the sticky note icon with no comments. I have tried many things. This only happens for a few of my files. Any way to fix this? Thanks,

Je travaille sur des présentations PPT (dernière version de PowerPoint) et j'essaie d'exporter ou sauvegarder en PDF, mais les polices ne sont pas converties totalement fidèlement. Elles ressemblent mais sont plus fines. Pourtant elles sont bien installées dans le Livre des polices. J'ai testé save as, export as, créer le PDF depuis Adobe Acrobat. Rien ne donne exactement le bon rendu. Avez vous une idée ? (Pour info, sur cet exemple on parle des Quattrocento Sans et Aptos).  Merci !

Hi everyone, I am trying to install a feature Restricted license to Acrobat Pro with no luck. I try this command "Adobe-licensing-toolkit.exe --precondition --install" and I get an operation failed. Not sure what else to do here. Am I missing something? I'm running this all on an admin command prompt

I have inherited an Adobe form and to my chagrin, I could not find anyone in my organization who can help me. Hoping someone here can help me. When I scan the expiration barcode, it reads something like this: &>0253652359. What I need is a script to convert that to the expiration date in the form. I need the script to remove the &>, convert the 025 to the year (e.g. 2025), the Julian date to a month and date (e.g. 365 to 31 DEC) and the 2359 to a time (e.g. 2359 to 23:59).I tried ChatGPT for help but what was proposed did not work. Can anyone help?

Hi my Acrobat crashes the second I open it. I have read through community help and tried reinstalling it a few times. I also tried downloading and installing plugin / patch update, but can't find the app to replace it with . Any idea why this is happening?I get this error every time: Sorry, Adobe Acrobat has encountered an error and needs to close. See attached screenshot

Does anyone have a soloution that works for the "Not Responding" issue? Adobe can't open a 2 page blueprint without crashing. I have tried just about everything in this form.

Good Day I've had Adobe Acrobat Pro for a while now and normally get charged on the 3rd of every month. This was the case for the month of Feb, however it isn't being reflected in my app. It also doesn't say anything under plans and payment, nothing in orders and invoices or in plans. Please can someone help me?

I am using Acrobat XI and suddenly it will not let me place a signature in the pdf. It is asking me to drag out an area where I would like my signature to appear. I have never signed my files this way so wondering how to change back?

Has anyone encountered the issue of pdf forms not opening as a fillable form? Is there a set of steps that I should inform our users of if they choose to open the form on their iPad?

I have figures alternate text errors. When I fix them and check the accessibility again they are fixed but then show up as nested alternate text errors. If I remove the alternate text from those erros are fixed and they become figures alternate text errors again. I fon't have any <Figures> nested instead of other <Figures> tags. I just have a single element inside of each <Figures> tag. See attached image. Anyone have any advice?

After updating Acrobat to the newset version, I'm having an issue where it won't let me overwrite the old file. No matter how many times I try to overwrite, it keeps opening the old version. The only solution I've found is to quite and restart Acrobate.  Any permanent solution in sight? Thanks,Laura

Since updating my Mac to Sequoia 15.1, 2-3 seconds after opening some PDFs from my hard drive, they close abruptly. PDFs created after updating to 15.1 work fine. I uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Acrobat Pro version. I now have 2024.004.20219. Still crashes. Not an issue on my Mac with Monterey. So I copied a few files from older Mac and tried to open them on the new OS.  Still crashing. However... when I send old PDF via Apple Mail, download it from ICloud or upload it to Adobe Cloud, there is no problem. Bottom Line: Is there a fix to open my hundreds of past PDFs on hard drive without them closing abruptly via Sequoia 15.1?

Hi, Dear Friends! Acrobat 2024 I have a two-page PDF. I want to print two instances of pg 1 on the front of the paper and 2 instances of pg 2 on the flip side (printer supports auto duplex)  I know how to get two instances on one side by telling to print pgs 1, 1 and then setting pages per sheet to 2, but if I add also 2,2 for the flip side, it puts page two next to page one and not on the other side.Any way to work this out?Thank you, and have a good day!Susan Flamingo

Running Adobe Reader 2020.009.20074 on M4 Mac Mini, Sequoia 15.3. Error message states unable to print; no pages selected. The pdf prints fine from Preview. It worked  before upgrade to 15.3.

This is a really dumb question but bear with me.   I would like to draw on a pdf document in full screen mode.   I've checked the single-key accelerator box in preferences.  Supposedly hitting D should switch to the most recent tool selected. I selected the drawing tool and it works fine when not in full screen mode BUT when I switch to full screen and hit D it draws with the cloud draw tool selected.  What am I doing wrong? I'm sure I'm overlooking something simple but for the life of me I can't figure out what ...
