I'm attempting to post a service request and receive the attached error message. 

Hi,This has been asked many times, but I can't seem to see anything I haven't yet been through with the end user.This user needs to be able to combine Multiple files into one Doc, This for the most part works with no issue, However there seem to be an increasing amount of files throwing up an error.The Licence is correct as they are on an abode acrobat pro, The application is fully up-to-date and is working on the web app.The file types are .docx and so should not be a problem.Overall on the machine nothing is out of date. Any ideas are greatly appreciated. 

I keep getting the message: "Something went wrong. Please try again" when I try to process a PDF document. I have had the problem before, but now it is worse than ever. Usually it works after a couple of retries, but not this time. I am very frustrated because I am in acute need of the function and am paying a a monthly fee to use it.  I have tried restarting my computerI have tried changing the PDF file (all files are in english)I have tried signing out og signing back in to my Adobe profileI have checked my internet connection  Is this a server problem? How do I resolve this? Any ideas? My computer: Macbook Air, M3 chip.Operating system: Sequoia 15.3.2Adobe Acrobat Reader version: 2025.001.20438 Kind regards from Mikkel 

As part of a bigger product I need to programatically sign some PDFs using Adobe Acrobat. Does anyone know if it's possible to make a PDF with Gotham fillable fields embedded? For some reason even though I've purchased the font and our documents generate through a physical mail provider LOB, getting an unembedded font error. Doesn't seem to happen on static docs, just those with fillable fields? Thanks in advance 

I created an Adobe form that was working great, knowing I was waiting on our newest operational policies. Now, when I add the pages for the new policies, my fields have all disappeared! Please help!

This one has me stumped.  I have four checkboxes named A, B, C and D.  I also have a text field that is formatted for numbers.  Two of the four check boxes will alway be checked.  If I check the A checkbox and C checkbox OR the A checkbox and the D checkbox, I want the number 0 to appear in the Numbers text field.  If I check the B checkbox and the C checkbox, I want the number 500 to appear in the Numbers text field.  If I check the B checkbox and the D checkbox, I want the number 800 to appear in the Numbers text field.  Thanks for any help with this.

My Adobe Pro plan been suspended, yet I still receive Card Purchase Limit Exceeded Fee notifications that deduct money from my bank (Capitec) account. Why is Adobe still looking to take money from my account even after suspending my account? And why can't I remove my card/payment method details?

Hi,I have a PC which is outdated (Win10) and want to shift to a new one. I installed Adobe Acrobat from 2015 via the supplied link from my account.Now the Problem:It tells me that I reached a limit and have to unsubscribe or logout from my old PC. I would like to do that but Acrobat is installed and working without beeing singned in. So I cann unsubscribe nor deactivate anything.Do I miss anything? How can I solve this?Cheers

Hello everyone, I'm experiencing an issue I couldn't solve for mothns.We recently deployed an Citrix Multisession non-persistant env with Windows Server 2022 as OS.We installed Adobe Acrobat with the availble Windows Server 2019 64x Download because 2022 is non existent. We currently run VDA 2402 LTSR on all systems and for citrix standards nowadays it works perfectly and smooth In the deployed env for some people it isn't possible to start Adobe Acrobat. It opens up for 3-5 seconds, freezes and crashes after that. It opens fine on the golden Image and there are no signs of problems there.I have an crash report but it only tells me that my Acrobat.dll is broke. I tried reinstalling Adobe, repairing and reinstalling my VC++ and other Versions of Adobe, but nothing solved my problem here. I have here the Crash Report but its in german, so I hope someone can read it. I'm actually running out of possible solutions and using Edge isn't an option here. So has anyone expirenced

Hi,  We are currently experimenting with coauthoring in PDF files in Teams and have enabled the Adobe Acrobat app in Microsoft Teams, but it is not working as we had hoped unfortunately.If we attach a PDF in a "New Post" or upload a PDF in the Files tab in a Channel, the Adobe Acrobat app doesn't open the PDF.Instead the PDF opens in the Teams PDF read only viewer and we haven't found a way to change this. If we select the Adobe Acrobat app in a "New Post" and upload the PDF through the app, it does open in the Adobe Acrobat app and coauthoring is enabled.However as time goes on, the post "drowns" in other posts and we have to scroll up to find it to be able to coauthor.The PDF file does appear in the Files tab, but it opens with the Teams PDF read only viewer. The alternative method is by pinning a specific PDF file as a Tab in the channel using the Adobe Acrobat app, but this is not a suitable solution with many PDF files. We would love to hear other users ex

Hi, I have been using the same Mac for years. I was always able to select Gill Sans Light as a font in both Microsoft Word and on Acrobat.  I upgraded the OS to Catalina 10.15.4. Now I see Gills Sans Light as normal in Microsoft Word but I can't see it as option in the dropdown font menu in Acrobat. I see other members of the Gill Sans family but not Gill Sans Light.  Even more annoyingly, when I highlight some text that is already in Gill San Light it shows in the font bar as Gill Sans Light but there is no option to select Gill Sans Light from the dropdown, meaning I can't edit in my preffered font. I also have a huge catalouge of PDF documents in Gills Sans Light that I need to update! Please help!

Hello, how are you? I hope you are ok. I would like to make an fillable pdf so that the person can write something in my pdf. My question is: This is going to be done by an external person(not for myself), logically through your program but I will not give him all the sheets, only the only sheets that I want to make them editable (so that he can´t copy the whole pdf, you know copyright things). My question is: if he gives me those fillable sheets, is there a way for me to add the rest of the pdf sheets to those edited sheets to create a new pdf but the fillable sheets are still fillable? Thank you very much! Basically, I want to create a new pdf with adobe, with my original sheets (that I have not given to him) and with the fillable sheets that he has made.

Your account tier may not be at the proper level to proceed.I’m currently using a free trial Adobe Acrobat Sign account, and it seems like the issue might be related to account tier restrictions.Do I need to upgrade to an Enterprise-level Adobe Sign account to use it with Salesforce?Is there a way to request a developer trial that supports Salesforce integration?Any other workarounds or testing options available?Appreciate any help or insights you can share. Seit ein paar Wochen fehlen mir einige Tools in Adobe Acrobat Pro. Eine Neuinstallation oder die Erteilung aller möglichen Rechte hat nicht geholfen. Folgende Tools werden mir zwar angezeigt, sind aber abgegraut: - Rich Media hinzufügen- PDF-Datei schwärzen- Dateien vergleichen- PDF-Standards anweden- Druckproduktion verwenden- Geführte Aktionen verwenden- Suchindex hinzufügen Wenn ich bei meinem Mac unter Acrobat > Info über Adobe-Plug-ins schaue, sehe ich, dass manche Plugins wohl auch nicht geladen wurden. Ich sehe aber niergends eine Option, um diese herunterzuladen. Habt ihr eine Idee, was ich tun kann?

Acrobat Pro consistently beachballing when resizing windows especially if there are two or more files open at once. Latest Acrobat Pro (Modern interface) and MacOS with an M1 machine. When this happens, the CUP usage spikes, sometimes over 100%, as seen in Activity Monitor. Can someone please try this "at home" and see if you encounter the same issue?  thanks.

Hi Adobe Community, I need your kind assitance in writing an If and Else If Statement. Please find my situation below. I have two fields named as Vehiclecountduration and Vcd. The Vehiclecountduration is a drop down field with the options - 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 60 minutes and 1 day. This is a required field and thus, the user must choose one of the options. I would like the following to be displayed in the Vcd field.   If in the drop down list in Vehiclecountduration, 5 minutes is selected then I want 5 to be displayed in the Vcd field.   If in the drop down list in Vehiclecountduration, 15 minutes is selected then I want 15 to be displayed in the Vcd field.   If in the drop down list in Vehiclecountduration, 60 minutes is selected then I want 60 to be displayed in the Vcd field.   If in the drop down list in Vehiclecountduration, 1 day is selected then I want 600 to be displayed in the Vcd field. The Vcd field should be a number

Whenever I open my PDF document, usually a document from DocuSign or similar with signatures, it gives me this notification: "An error exists on the page. Acrobat may not display the page correctly. Please contact the person who created the PDF document to correct the problem".  Then, a bunch of the signatures will disapear. It's odd because I know these are standard forms being normally executed in DocuSign. Any ways to prevent this or reset?

I have a text box ("PKG_PRICE") sest to calculate a value  based on a dropdown menu "PKG") (value is defined by OPTIONS>Export Value).  The "PKG_PRICE" text box properly displays the value once a drop down ("PKG") selection is made.  However, I have another calculation ("TOTALS") that should show totals based on a bunch of other values calculated throughout the form including the value from the "PKG_PRICE" text box.  The problem is "Totals" doesn't calculate the value from the "PKG_PRICE" text box (based on the "PKG" dropdown selection) UNTIL another random selection is made somewhere else in the pdf.  The "Totals" field is calculated with just the simple Calculate>Value is the Sum of...  The only custom script I have is the PKG_PRICE which is defined with the script: var dropdownField = this.getField("PACKAGE");var textField = this.getField("PKGPRICE");if (dropdownField.value != "") {textField.value = dropdownField.value;} else {textField.

I shared a document with my client, and they have been providing comments as a Guest without logging in. However, a HUGE percentage of their comments have gone missing, and now they have to repeat over an hour of the work they did yesterday. Hello I need to know what causes this to happen in Acrobat. I am combining a ton of PDF's none of them are made like this but once they are combined this happens randomly across the whole document.   

I was able to use the AI generation & AI assistant and its features on my web browser  when opening up a PDF for the past week or so, but today when i am trying the  feature is no longer there?  Is there somehting i can do to enable it on the extentions?I have access on the desktop version, jsut not on the extentions anymore.  

I have created a fillable PDF for our music department to use.Box A = number of students you teachBox B = number of students who participated in a specific event. Box C = percent of students who particpatedThis box is read only and I have the calculation set to Box B/Box A. I have it formatted to be a percentage. Whenever I go to preview the document it pops up with the error that Box C is the wrong format (Even when I haven't typed anything into it). How do I fix this?

I am making a self-assessment in adobe pro.  I have 64 drop-down menus, named Dropdown1, Dropdown2, and so on.  Each drop-down menu has a value of 0-10.  I am trying to create several calculated text field boxes using the values chosen on the drop-down menus.  So, for instance, we add up four drop-down values, add 40, and subtract four drop-down values for a total.So far I have tried:Dropdown1 + Dropdown2 + ... + 40 - Dropdown20 - Dropdown25 in the Simplied field notation box.That just kicked me back to the "Value is Not Calculated" when I click "OK". I tried the same formula in the Simplified field notation box but took out the spaces in between the names.  Same result.Next, I tried the Javascript function.  event.value = getField("Dropdown1").value;+getField("Dropdown2").value; ... +40-getField("Dropdown5").value;getField("Dropdown6").value;After clicking OK, this also just kicked me back out to the text field properties.I am ob
