I just need Adobe for getting labels from the Post Office website.   I don't need to pay $50 a month for what I don't used.  How can I lower the cost?

Why am I getting an "Upload error - Forbidden" when trying to upload a PDF to the Cloud in Acrobat. It worked earlier this week.The file size is 4659 KB.

Having an issue on Adobe Acrobat Pro, version 2024.005.20421, on Apple macOS 15.3.1, where I have an already made PDF file with over 100 pages in it, and a fully fleshed out bookmarks section. Also tested this with the same file on Windows and had the same issues.  When I delete bookmarks in the bookmarks section, it removes them, as seen in the bookmarks menu. When I save the document, close it, and then reopen that saved document, the previously deleted bookmarks return. If I delete pages in the PDF file, save the PDF, close the PDF, and reopen that new PDF saved file, the pages are still removed, which is good.  How do I permanently remove the bookmarks that I delete from my file? Especially without completely removing all bookmarks. This issue even happens on a brand new PDF, so I would wager that the PDF in question in not the cuplrit. Acrobat crashes when creating pdf/A-1b file from Sibelius music file. 

I have a pdf form I need to fill but I'm having problems with images. I can add text in the "text box" but when I add an image it goes behind the "image box" in the form, i.e. is not visible "Bring to front" and "Bring forward" won't do anything. Apparently the form itself does not have any issues since my colleague can add the images. I use Acrobat Pro online with Macbook.

It is taking way too long for pdfs to open and to close.  I have Acrobat 2017.  Anyone suggest a solution?  P.S. I have cleaned out my Temp file and emptied the Recycle bin, did not make a difference.  Thanks

I have several PDFs I'd like to add passwords to but I do not want to combine them in to one file. Is there a way to batch or run a script that would assign a password to all of the file individually in one fell swoop?Thanks!

Good Morning,I am currently experiencing issues relating to the Image Field in a recently created form. I have raised the issue with Adobe and not getting any answers to resolve it.  I have created a form with several image fields that will require user interaction. When i preview the document, it is showing the field operating. i.e, I click on the field, and the pop up box is displayed, which allows me to browse for the image to insert. The issue is when i have saved it and sent it to the user, when you click on the field, nothing displays, no popup box, no error code. Are there any settings or properties that must be set to allow this to function correctly? Any assistance will be gratefully appreciated.         RegardsSteve

I have a 1,700 page file and every time I try to upload it it says that the maximum is 1,500 pages. Do I need an updated plan?? Please let me know because I know people have worked with bigger files before. 

The new comment features are horrendous to use. Does anyone at Adobe test the usability of these features?The speed of using Acrobat is horrendously slow. How is it that the company that invented PDF format appears to be the worst at handling them? Do better. I don't care about AI features, focus on getting the core features right first.

Hi, I'm using Acrobat 24.005.20320 in macOS 15.1.1. My network printer is a Canon iR-ADV C3926, with the Canon-supplied v10.19.20 driver. In the Adobe print dialog, the field "Print on both sides" is missing. This means that, whenever I want to enable or disable this option, I have to resort the the native macOS print dialog. Is there a way to enable this basic funtionality directly in the Adobe print dialog? Thanks!

We received pdf floor plans from clients for large buildings (think fire escape plans like you see on the walls of your typical office).  We go through buildings and perform site assessments.  Typically, while in the field, we would hand write observations (damaged ceiling tile or crack in the wall, etc...) on a large print out of the building drawing.   Ideally - we would like to access the drawing via Adobe on our laptop or Ipads - and, then add notations and text boxes with arrows directly on the drawing by zooming in on that room and adding a text box with the arrow pointing to that deficiency (the wall, floor, etc..)  and - this is the bigger need! - it would be amazing if we could take a photo while standing in that particular room and be able to drop a "button" or clickable link or something - so when the client received this document, they would be able to zoom in and out of the floor plan's various rooms and click something to see an image of what we a

How to disable the auto conversion of text to editable text?Or how to set such that once converted and recognise, the app does not redo this? Whenever I click Edit and either of its sub-functions, this auto page conversion / font recognition pops up and it takes forever. When I exit and reuse the Edit function, this auto page conversion / font recognition happens again. and again. and again for each page. It becomes super slow and tedious to use Adobe Pro because of this. And unsurprisingly, sometimes the app crashes! (My laptop is new and I am running on Windows 10 Pro). 

My Adobe account was originally with my educational institution, but it has been my personal account for several years by now. However, when I use Adobe Sign, it still shows my educational institution as the signatory in the finalized document instead of me. Of course, this is creating a lot of confusion when I ask to sign a document. None of the information in my account setting refers now to my old educational institution other then, maybe, the original order number that ends with the letter EDU (just to make this clear, I have been paying the full subscription fees as individual for years now). What should I do to make myself the final signatory?

I know this question has been asked many times. I have followed so many scripts and I keep running into the same issue and cannot figure out why. I have a date field that will be user entered. I need a 2nd field to calcuate 14 days from that date. The issue that I am having is when i add the script (any that I have tired) the 2nd field calculates 14 days from TODAY. even when I enter a new date in the User entered date field the calculate field will not change.  Very frustrating! (Note I am Not a coder this is new to me... pls be kind) I hope someone can help!

Hello!I just got adobe acrobat pro to simply use it once for one feature, to embed fonts in a PDF that is existing, so then I can get it printed through a company as a book. The file will not upload unless fonts are embedded, and there are NO OTHER PDF CONVERTERS that can do this.  I cannot get the PDF editer function to work to edit the font and embed it. I click on it, then it pops up with this error saying it is still installing, but adobe is already installed. It doesn't look like it's doing anything. I even left it to sit for 45 minutes while I did something else, and still, nothing happened. same error. Even tried reinstalling adobe, nothing changed.  I don't really understand what's going on, and this is taking forever to figure out, I have spent 3+ hours trying to figure out how to embed a font, and now I have a subscription to a program I only need to use once, and it is still not working.  I am very frustrated and I do not have the time to waste

Hello experts,  WHen I tried to "user a certificate" oprton  my expectaion is put below sign,but actual sign looks below...this happened not always, but about 9 times of 10 times happened ( in other words, it success only once a 10 times try) My windows is:and I faced this issue over 2 years ago, and still happened in below...  is there any solid solution ? note that, re-stating computer helps to solve sometime, bu only sometims. re-install reader application sometimes solve issue, but only some times...   

Hi guys, When I sign a PDF with a Wacom device through Wacom Sign Pro PDF, I have the problem that PDFs opened in Adobe Reader don't show the text, only the signature. However, when I open the same PDF in another program, it works fine.

When printing a document in PDF there is an error that comes up stating "This document could not be printed" after I choose ok there is another window that populates stating "There was an error with printing the document." I have looked through different threads on the forums to resolve the problem but none of them fix it. I have tried using Print as an Image, removed Enable Enhanced Security, turned off Protected View, and removed the option to view PDF/A documents. I have also deleted 2015 and DC folders in %APPDATA%\Adobe\Acrobat. I have repaired Adobe and uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe. Other documents (Office documents) print properly so there is no issue with the connection to the printers. I have also tried printing the PDF to other printers and they do not work either. Adobe DC Standard DC 2015 Release (Classic) Version 2015.006.30417

I have some old software that is using ps2ps and tiff2ps to create postscript for faxing.The versions I have is very old and looking for something that can run on Ubuntu.Is this even a thing any more?    Is PostScript dead?

I have a paid, fully licensed version of Adobe Acrobat DC on my PC.  I have downloaded a couple of *.pdf files.  They open and are viewable and I can print them out; however, when I try to search the document for specific words, the search shows 0 documents and 0 results.  I need to be able to do key word searches on the current document as I am taking an open book test tomorrow and these documents are hundreds of pages!  Why is the word search or Advanced Search not finding words that I am picking right out of the current document?  I'm typing them in case sensitive.
