I have been using Acrobat to edit numbers on a graph (minor changes like +1 or -1 due to data lag) for more than a year now. The "Edit" function used to be able to analyze the graph and only make the numbers editable. Ever since a few weeks ago, the "Edit" feature now messes with the graph lines and no longer recognizes the numbers. Since this is not a graphics program, the latest functionality goes against what Acrobat is supposed to be able to do. I have waited and waited for a bug fix to come, but nope. Raising it here, hoping for a fix. Just look at this image. Does no one do user testing on these?  

by the looks of things? If I am trying to stamp or sign multiple pages at once, do I need to create a field, or just a position on the document for said stamp to go on? I know that you can't produce a signature field which gets filled in across multiple pages just by creating duplicates of this field (annoyingly!). Thank you

Good morning everyone-I was wondering if anyone knows of any Adobe & Word changes in respect to the following:Right click on a Word file < convert to PDFRight click on multiple word files and convert to individual PDF files.Right click on multiple PDF files < Combine to a PDFThe options above no longer work since agency staff received new laptops with Windows 11.  I also tested several times, but the options no longer work for me.  Sometimes I receive an error message (see attached screenshot).  I also rebooted but still no luck. Tiffany Carson Canady Smoot – tcarsoncanadysmoot@fdic.gov

I have a fillable form on which I need to change the font and font sizes of the fields. I have adobe acrobat X Pro installed on my pc. Please help with step by step instructions.

I try to open PDF files in my computer . It opens but after a minute an error stating there is no account found, pop up and Adobe shuts down. I can work with Adobe online, but it is not always convenient.  I pay my account monthly so, there are no invoices pending.How can I fix this issue?

We need to split up around 900 PDF files into smaller files.The problem is that we can only upload a maximum of 15 MB per file in our database. The largest file is about 170 MB with 180 pages of text. As there are over 900 PDF files, we don't want to do this manually and want it to be automated.Is there a way to automate the splitting of PDF files with Adobe on-premise software, depending on the size of the file?Who can we contact in Switzerland to get the right acrobat product and license Thanks for your help

Hello Adobe Community,I run a website focused on FR Legends mods where I occasionally share downloadable PDFs with guides and instructions. I've been having trouble with PDF file sizes—some of the guides include high-resolution images of car models and other visuals, which makes the files quite large. This impacts the download speed and can be frustrating for users.I've tried compressing the files using Acrobat's built-in tools, but I often lose quality, especially in the images. Are there any specific settings or workflows in Acrobat to reduce file size without sacrificing too much image quality? Hi, I have Acrobat Reader DC and Acrobat 2020 downloaded, however I believe I had Acrobat Pro DC before where I was able to select multiple pdfs, right click and then hit the combine files button (quick and simple). Since I got this newer version I don't seem to be able to do this. Any solutions? 

Hi Adobe Community, I managed to create a checklist form with buttons whereby when users clicks on the button on either 'Pass' or 'Fail' or 'NA', a circle will appear on the option. However, I realized this button function will only work if the users has an adobe acrobat Pro account on a laptop. I have also been tasked to make the buttons work on mobile devices as it eases my users to complete the checklist forms rather than taking out their laptops. I've tried simulating to complete the form on my mobile device with adobe fill and sign app, and the circle button does not work as well. Is there any javascript code that could make my buttons work for non adobe acrobat viewer and also for mobile devices? Appreciate if you could assist with the codes. Thank you.

Hello and hoping I can get a good solid answer on this one.Ive been tagging reference notes as recommended on some of your other posts, however, the screen reader (NVDA) reads 'link' even though a link doesnt exist.Ive also tagged based on whats required for PDF/UA except Acrobat Pro DC give a <Lbl>  error.These two examples, doesn't give an acrobat accessibility error, but reads 'link' with the screen reader even though there is no linkhow can I tag this correctly where the AT doesnt read 'Link'  AND where acrobat doesnt throw a <Lbl> or <Lbody> error in the accessibility checkExample where error occurs but this is what was recommended to comply with PDF/UAAny details that can be given that will help me how to tag scenarios like these that wont give an acrobat error and wont read link to the AT that comply with PDF/UA and WCAG would be helpful.Thanks in advance

This weird behavior keeps happening on my machine. Windows 11, up to date, latest adobe apps.. I've previously activated this computer (named SIMBA1). If I open a pdf, acrobate gives me this popup:But as you can see, this computer IS  the computer it says is already activated:I keep having to deactivate it and then reactivate it to use the app. What gives? Pretty sure I'm just about fed up with Aobe products and am going to give Affinity a shot. Other than this, my latest beef is all the popups and offers and tutorials. Every time that I can remember, when I want to just do some work, Adobe without fail tries to distract me and slow me down. Why would I keep paying to self-sabotage? Fix your software or I quit. I am too interested in living a stress free life to deal with this crap anymore.

 I am trying to find sum of # of contact and time drop down field selected from first picture. There can be multiple selection of same field. And the sum should be added to the second picture.

When attempting to merge separate documents into one, Adobe seems to just ADD the documents to each other rather than MERGING.  In my case Im trying to merge three documents from three editors.  When I combine them I get all three documents in serial and NOT merged into a single, merged doc.  This doc is 17 pages, instead of a single merged doc with 17 pages with all the changes on each page, I get a doc with 51 pages.  This is not useful as I then have to manually combine the changes down to a single version.  How do I get Adobe to MERGE the docs vice just adding them serially to a single file? 

Hello I have a specific request from a customer for which I can't find the solution either in this forum or in the documentation.   First of all, you need to know that in French, numbers are written with a comma to separate decimals, and with a space to separate thousands.Example: 123 456,78   I could do without the space between the thousands, but I absolutely need the user to be able to enter a maximum of 6 digits, plus if necessary a comma and a maximum of 2 decimal places.   The problem with Acrobat's number format is that it allows to enter more than two digits after the decimal point, and then rounds them down to two. It is therefore not usable in this particular case.   I know how to make a keystroke script that limits input to 6 digits with a space between the thousands, but I don't know how and I can't manage the comma and the limit for decimals.   I know how to do it in a Format or in a Validation script, but the customer wants the user to be res

Hello! When I try to convert a web page to a PDF, it converts fine, but there are always large white squares and/or blue circles at the bottom which will block some of the text. Any ideas? See attached.

Is there any tool that makes the cursor to jump vertically from cell to cell?

I am making an invoice, and to make it very easy to edit when I come back to it, I set up the text boxes on a column, with multiple new lines in between them, however when I save the PDF it splits the single text boxes into multiple text boxes, making it more difficult to edit them.Before saving:After Saving:Is there some setting I can change to stop this from happening? I want the PDFs to be saved in the way that they were created.

HiAfter Ive inserted a line of text into a document, very often , when I save it, it turns the sentence Ive just typed into separate text boxes instead of keeping it as one long sentence contained ina single text box ( I hope you can understand what I am trying to say).This then makes it very difficult when editing the document if I want to move the sentence to a slightly different position , because instead of clicking on just 1 box, I might have to click on maybe 15 or so separate boxes to move the text., which is quite annoying and time consuming.I'm probably doing something wrong, but don't know how to stop the single text box from splitting up into multiple text boxes.Can anyone help with this please.Also, if I am trying to make up a "shape" using adobe that I need to insert into my ukulele song sheets,  I cant seem to group the shape I am making up , like I can do in power point.A friend told me to do the following:-hold down controlleft click on all of the objects in the sh

The standard way to change the page size while maintaining the content (e.g., shrink to fit) is by printing to PDF using the new page size. But Apple has eliminated the Acrobat PDF printer. I could crop. But this eliminates content.

Hello, hoping someone can help me. I have googled to try and find the answer like I would usually but have had no luck!  I've been asked to create some templates for policy and procedural documents, and to get the best looking documents I would ideally want to create these in Indesign. However, we're talking a lot of text changes - I would essentually be giving someone the 'tools' (where the headers go, style etc) and the colleague in question would be wanting to drop text in via Adobe Acrobat.  Is this even possible? I've always had to use Word previously for these kinds of documents and I hate designing in Word, it's horrible to format things and just doesn't look as good. 

I'm working on a fillable PDF and apparently need custom calculation(s).  Thanks in advance for your advice.  On the sample form provided, business cards can be ordered for one to four people, with quantity of 500 or 1000. The one-box and multiple-box prices are unique to the order quantities. When more than one set of 500 cards is ordered, the price is reduced for ALL sets of 500 cards (not just the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th). Same process when ordering a set of 1000 cards. For either order quantity, the cost reduction is $6 per box.  The "Line Total" field needs to show the combined, adjusted cost of cards. On the lower half of the attached order form there are eight spots for ordering ID badges.  A quantity of one badge is assumed.  Without a form field for entering a quantity in each of the eight spots, can the "Name" field be given a value of one when a name is entered?
