Until recently I would click the email buttin in the top right part of the programme and it would open my default Email programme - Chaos Intellect. It appears that this was changed to Microsoft Outlook in a recent update and I can't work out how to change this.  I can't seem to replace Outllok with Chaos Intellect. Can anyvbody help please. Thanks, Franz

Originally when i opened any large-in-inches document, say 30x80" (not file size large) the file would never render correctly, getting stuck showing only some squares of the file, but consistently cycles through a few at a time, and randomly. After change a pile of setting, i was able to get it to initially now load the file, but only at 'fit to width' scale. When i zoom or change view to full size, it now does this same problem, getting stuck in a rendering loop that never ends, changing the cursor to the beachball the whole time. Attached are screenshots taken seconds apart from eachother. Acrobat Pro v23Mac OS 13.6

I have cancelled the automatic renewal (a couple of weeks back) and it was due to run till the end of the month - i.e. I have PAID FOR time left.  But ever since I stopped the renewal the program has stopped working and this message comes up.Looked at Adobe fixes but they seem to be for very old versions of Windows and what did apply to me didn't work.I see there is a previous thread for this problem but didn't see any fix recommended.

I've got a consent form which has 2 signature fields - one is if the consent is for the adult themself and the other is if the consent is on behalf of their child. Form says atleast one signature field should be marked as REQUIRED. How do I prepare that either one of the signature fields must be signed? Thanks in advance!

I recently started using Acrobat Pro for the Accessibility option that allows you to view a pdf in "dark mode" (changes to white text on black background). For most things, it works great but I am having issues with text not displaying when I look at certain pdfs - the pds are of linework from Revit and could be considered CAD drawings. The text that disappears is still selectable, but it does not show on the page. I have tried all combinations of the Document Color Options but none get me to where I want. These are my current settings: And this is what I see on my page (all those cells should have text in them): Does anyone have any thoughts on what to do to make the text visible (it's there, it's selectable, but I can't see it)?

Something very odd has happened. I created a letter in a Word document for our Board, it included an image of a signature at the bottom. Looks great, so I exported it to a PDF. PDF looks great. I added a couple other pages to the PDF, following the letter page. It looks great. I send it to onto my CEO to send to the board, and he opens it  - no signature! All other images are there, and it was not e-signed. I have no idea why this would happen. It looks great on my desktop (PC), but in my outlook app on my phone, no signature. On his computer (MacBook), no image. I have sent it to others internally (PC desktops) and it looks the way it shows on my desktop, with the signature. Does anyone have any idea why this would happen? How can I correct this in the future. I'm stumped. Thanks! 

Having issues with printing to pdf once changed output settings.Problem:1. I save a pdf from Microsoft Forms and it is in portrait one page per sheet.2. I change the settings to save as landscape with 2 pages per sheet.3. Preview shows pages are right way up.4. Print to PDF and once completed the pages are upside down.5. Go back and check and the preview still shows right way up????6. change view to go upside down (thinking this will then print out right way up).7. Print to pdf again but it outputs upside down again???? I have tried to change every setting possible but still it outputs upside down or sometimes on its side - generally right side. This is surely a glitch with Adobe since the last update (I do have the most current update) as this never happened on the previous version.Even our IT Department are stumped as they too have tried all different settings and the only way to have it correct way up is to keep it one page per sheet in portrait setting. This needs so

Dear all,I need to read, sign & modify Asian PDF with Adobe Acrobat Standard, after a few researches, I found an extended language pack for Adobe Acrobat Reader, it's working well for the reader.Then I found this post : Solved: Download Asian and Extended Language Pack for Adob... - Adobe Community - 8628890Unfortunately it didn't work, I tried to add the Korean language to my Adobe Acrobat Standard from the control panel, but it only installed the display language, I can open my application in Korean, but I can't read the PDF in Korean...I installed all the Korean features I found in the control panel.I also have two messages when I open a Korean PDF, please see the attachments. One about a missing CMap which it can't be installed due to insufficient privileges (my computer has local admin rights), and the other one is about the Korean language support package, if I click on "OK" nothing happened and the PDF is still unreadable.My version of Adobe Acrobat Standard (x64)

It is the same as a title because very tedious for me to click on three dots and copy the text. ( I have more than 300 comments to copy and paste )

We already have SSO set up with Adobe Sign, and domain has been claimed.  But now we are trying to set up Adobe Acrobat SSO, but when setting it up it's saying the domain has already been claimed.Both AzureAD and SAML leads to the same error as above.  Not sure how to proceed with this. Adobe support can't even help.I'm not sure on how to proceed to set up SSO with AzureAD using Adobe Acrobat.Maybe the power of this community can help.Thanks 

I want to use Adobe Acrobat Sign to bind my own platform. When a user cooperates with us through the platform, we will have a template and automatically send an email to the user, and the template should be The signature fields have been set up, but I don't see any instructions in the API documentation on how to handle this mechanism. It's a bit of a trouble for me. how can i do first?

Just as the subject says, I uncheck the option under Preferences > General to "Open documents as new tabs in the same window (requires relaunch)", click OK, close Acrobat.  When I relaunch, the option is checked. Windows 11Adobe Acrobat ProVersion 2024.005.20320 | 64-bit I have followed this process both opening Acrobat using the default start menu shortcut, and also when launching "As Administrator", but the behavior was the same. I am at a loss as to how to force Acrobat to retain the option after relaunching. 

I work for an editorial and we found out that one of our books has been uploaded to Adobe Acrobat publicly for everyone to see. The thing is that the book has not even been printed. The book has copyright and we want to ask Adobe to start a process to turn down that file from the app. Also we can't see who uploaded the book, but at least we are interested in the book to be no more available. Any help, please?

Good afternoon, I am trying to make a custom stamp that enters the date automatically. I was searching prior discussion posts and it would lead me to find the stamps in the file sequence below.  Library/Application Support/Adobe/Acrobat/DC/Stamps Only issue is that there is no stamps location in my file system, so where would i go to modify a stamp to be dynamic? I have the latest MB Pro with M4 chip.  A seperate issue too is that, I woudn't mind inputting the name, date and signature each time, but the stamp is placed in front of any data. Is there anyway to set the text to be sent to the front such as in word?

Want to reduce paper by removing e=xtraneous crap on a PDF, tough crap says adobe. Remove picture, still half a lage hole I cannot remove or or reduce, want weird uneditable bars that pop out and no way to remove, we have that for you! Clean up formatting and make a 2 page bunch of poop a nice single page, easy to read document, hell naw, you go buy expensive software for that. Adobe does none of it. Glad I dropped 100+ dollars on DC to zip, zilch, zero of what I want. You bet your ass I won't again!

Hello - I am creating a form in Adobe Pro and I would like to set a specific field to be nine characters (digits specifically), no more, no less. So when the person fills it out, an error will appear if they enter six digits and try to move on. Does anyone know how to do this? TIA!

Hello, I've recently picked up a task involving a list of company names. I need to use the redact tool to remove information from this list so that the entries for only one company are visible. I then need to repeat this process for each company. I've tried using the JavaScript function but can't seem to get that to work, specifically with difficulty in labelling variables. I looked in forums for similar posts but these seem to refer to processes which repeat redactions of the same area. Thank you for any help.

I have a document in Acrobat I'm tryingto  make a fillable document that has many checkboxes. When I "prepare form" it put text boxes rather than checkboxes in a pdf I already have set up but im tryingto make these checkboxes. Unfortunately I can't seem to figure out how to make it work properly or even really add checkboxes. It did auto do some boxes in other areas but not for the majority of the document that I need. Please advise 

I cannot create a barcode in Acrobat using the font Free 3 of 9 like I always have. I can create it in Illustrator and paste in, but then it isn't editable. Any ideas?

Hi, I have shared a pdf file with my colleague that is only 4 pages long. First, second and last page have comments on them (in the form of drwaings). The third page does not show any comments despite the fact that he has made some on his tablet. Is there a way to fix this issue?

I am facing the problem. I have my PDF file, and I need it to convert to HTML. I am from Serbia, and in my PDF there are special characters like ć.č,đ,š,ž. When i convert to HTML or Word file, Instead, I get characters like {,^,~,},`, Could someone know the fix for this? Thanks
