I'm noticing that when I use the Adobe PDF printer in Acrobat during a print job, some of the landscape pages are rotating to portrait.  Is there a way to keep them as landscape during the print process?

I canceled a subscription but is yet to get my money back,  why is this?

I realized that i'm paying for two Adobe charges monthly.  One charge roughly $5.00 and one roughly $21.00  The cancellation process is difficult    Every time i do a search in how to cancel my account I get a different answer.   Some say i will be charged roughly $80 because the subscription plan i have is less than if I did not select subscription.  Another I looked up and utilized said I will owe $19.    I cannot see if that cancelled both.   I prefer not to just wait to see if another charge occurs in November… Very frustrating... 

I am opening and click a pdf link and it redirect to https://www.aubmed.org/pdf/Student-Handbook.pdf but it is not opening in chrome, instead it is opening in my pdf software ? May I know what setting i need to choose to open in chrome browser ? 

I’m having a weird issue with the Acrobat Extension in the latest version of Chrome. When filling out a PDF form that has calculated fields, any multi-line text box’s contents are hidden once you lose focus. When I download the filled form and open it with the desktop version of Acrobat, the form fields with hidden content reappear after you click into each field and edit the content.Forms that don’t have any calculated fields don’t exhibit the same issues.If I disable the Acrobat Extension in Chrome and open the same PDF form that has calculated fields, I don’t experience the hidden content issue at all.I’ve also tested the same PDF form in Firefox and Edge, and neither of those browsers have the same issue.The fields that are being hidden are not the fields being calculated. They are just regular multi-line text boxes. Hi everyone,I have an old Outlook data file with a lot of emails in it. I want to convert those Outlook file data to Adobe PDF, but Outlook is not installed on my system.Can I convert this file to Adobe PDF directly with Acrobat Pro? If not, what is the easiest way to do it? It would be great if the attachments were saved along with the emails.Thanks in advance!

Can't believe I am stuck paying for this garbage program. Absolutely filled with bugs that even their support team can't fix. Brand new powerful Windows Computer exclusively used to fill out forms on Adobe and Adobe Pro won’t operate without glitches.

Hello everyone,I am facing a persistent issue with Adobe Acrobat Pro 2024 on macOS (Apple Silicon) where the editing sidebar becomes completely blank/empty when clicking "Edit PDF" or accessing specific tools.After extensive troubleshooting and multiple sessions with Adobe support, I have isolated the exact behavior: Not an installation corruption: Acrobat tools load correctly when running under the macOS root account, but fail on standard/admin user accounts. Fresh Account Behavior: On a brand-new macOS admin account, the tools load once on the very first launch, but the sidebar goes permanently blank on the second launch (indicating an AcroCEF cache corruption or sandbox failure). I have recently purchased an additional licence for my worker so we can both send out agreements to clients for e-signatures but we can't work out how to see each others pending agreements. As a work around we cc each other on each one but this is getting tedious and surely there's a way we can see all agreements seeing as we are both under my team subscription.  Any assistance would be appreciated 😊

Why does Adobe keep telling me that it is not responding when I try to print documents?

How long does it take? Now I cannot submit any content(s) to the Adobe as usually do; the "Save 1 file" tab is still disabled (turned grey) for a few days which blocked the UPLOAD process. Please reply, thank you so much.

I have Acrobat version 2022.003.20282, auto-updates are turned on. In my Engineering job I am a heavy user of Acrobat to create pdfs for the parts / assys that we manufacture.  We make heavy use of commenting tools (text boxes, lines, arrows, circles, rectangles).  We have been using Acrobat for this purpose for approaching 2 decades I'd say.  I often have multiple pdfs open at once, and often cut / pasting commenting items from one pdf to another.  The current version is exhibiting some buggy behaviors that are interrupting my normal workflow, and a break from the behavior / performance I've come to expect from Acrobat, borne out over decades: Multiple times a day I have my sytem think a pdf is open that is no longer open (I realize when I go to move or delete the file).  To remedy I have to close every pdf I have open, so Acrobat fully closes, then I can delete / move.  This takes me out of my workflow / train of thought.Note that I have m

Hi - I’m reposting this question because similar postings are now closed.  I got a new PC at work and the IT department had to reinstall all of my programs. When I went to send a shared review via Adobe Acrobat today, I immediately saw this dialog box, which is new to me:  We don’t now use SharePoint, so I kept the default, Network folder, and typed the path to my network folder. I got the error message, “Unable to create shared folder.” I read the posts about Enhanced Security and disabled those options temporarily, but I still get the error message.  Here is the version that I have installed:Any help would be appreciated. I recently got a new PC and the IT department installed all the latest Adobe products, including Adobe Acrobat Pro (Version: 2026.002.21931 | 64-bit). However, now I don’t have access to the Preflight feature. I am trying to convert PDFs into JPEGs in Adobe Acrobat but I get the error 'The image is too wide to output'. Yet a send the same PDF to a colleage and he can do it with Acrobat no problem. What is the issue, is it in my settings? Sometimes it will do most pages and just one or two get the error.

Where did the setting go in Acrobat for changing the text size of a dimension?

I have a PDF document. I want to add a text box and I used 'Edit' then 'Text' under ADD CONTENT. The letters come out OK but numbers are showing as symbols. I searched for the issue and found something to do with changing the language from English with Arabic Support, but that hasn't worked. Also if I type hyphen in the text box, it starts typing the letters from right to left. Such a simple task is so painful and I end up having to use InDesign. The image attached I tried to type 'abc-12345' and you can see the result.I am so frustrated by Adobe Acrobat. It is so buggy in the last year or so and trying to contact Adobe is impossible. This is a paid subscription and the programme rarely works how it used to. It wastes so much time in my work trying to resolve the issue.

Hallo, da die Erstellung von Rechnungen im B2B in den nächsten Jahren als E-Rechnung, also im Format XRechnung oder ZUGFerd, erfolgen muss, stellt sich mir die Frage, ob es eine Möglichkeit gibt Rechnungen im entsprechenden Format über Adobe Acrobat Pro zu erstellen und wenn ja, wie dies erfolgen kann. Da ich zwischenzeitlich erfahren habe, dass die Freeware pdf24 die Möglichkeit bietet Rechnungen in diesen Formaten zu erstellen, ist es für mich nur schwer vorstellbar, dass Adboe Acrobat Pro diese Möglichkeit nicht bietet. Bei telefonischen Support konnte man mir hierzu bisher nicht weiterhelfen. Kann mir hierzu jemand Rückmeldung geben?
