I'll switch from the full CC to Photos only, thus loosing the Acrobat app among others. So I'd like to download an archive of all my Adobe CC documents prior to downgrading my plan. But in the CC or the Acrobat apps, I cannot find a way to do that. Can you help me ?

I have multiple MBOX files. Can I convert them to PDF all at once? Please suggest me best application to easily convert my multiple mbox file

As I’ve been using Adobe applications I am getting an issue where one or two letters of an Adobe font are not showing up properly. This has been prevalent in Acrobat and Premiere. The attached image was using the default Adobe Sans MM font in Acrobat and the M is not showing up properly and when I try to add more letters they do not show up properly either. It automatically switches to Minion. Does anyone know what is going on?Thanks! 

Hello!With the latest update to Adobe Acrobat Pro (and Adobe Reader too, I assume), the bookmarks side panel that used to live on the left side of the screen has moved to the right, swapping places with the tools side panel. This is completely ineffective and counterproductive, especially when working with large documents with a long table of contents that needs to be referenced repeatedly. Western cultures/languages that use the Latin alphabet read from left to right. This is why all LMS systems and e-learning modules also follow this layout: table of contents on the left, detailed content on the right. Is there a way to configure/personalize my view and move the bookmarks, pages, and comments to the left? I could't find any settings and it the side panels cannot be dragged to a different location. On Acrobat, after a line has been added with an arrow, there is no way to confirm the selection of a fill color. There is no option to click OK, or Confirm, and no key you can press that will make the selection be confirmed. You can change the line color in the mini Line Properties Menu. But the extended Menu where you can change the color of the line, and the fill color of the shape, does not work. This is the same with all shapes, not just lines. Rectangle, Oval, Etc. This has been broken from many updates. At least a year, and needs to be fixed.   

This is a problem that I just recently ran into. I consider it an annoying bug, but maybe it is a “feature” or just the way it is.I recently finished a 282 page book using the Book Module in Lightroom Classic. Because of the length, I decided to add a Table of Contents. The problem popped up when I decided to add links to the ToC in the pdf to make navigation much easier. The problem occurs when using those links to navigate through the document, and it only occurs when displaying a two-page spread. In my particular case, when I “Zoom to Page Level” while in two-page display format, the zoom ration is 93.5%. I can navigate through the document using the arrow keys, or the thumbnails and the zoom level stays the same, 93.5%. But if I click on a link, it jumps to the page, but changes the zoom level to 128%, which happens to be the “Zoom to Page Level” for displaying a single page, but I am still in 2 page display mode which is now showing about a page and a half instead of the two-page

I’m trying to fill in a questionnaire/test with checkmarks, but whenever I hover over the boxes in the form, the checkmark disappears and the text insertion cursor appears instead? All I seem to be able to do is add text to the boxes. I have to add the checkmark to a random part of the form and then drag them into the box instead of clicking the boxes where the checkmarks are supposed to go. Is there some sort of auto-detect setting turned on?

I want this specific document to always print Legal size (8.5 x 14.0in) no matter who opens it on any computer. I have set the page size to this. I have set Print to check off “Choose paper source by PDF page size”I have instructed others to do the same. But when we try to print on someone elses computer, it doesn’t print this size, it will print Letter size (8.5 x 11in).See attached image where it shows the document size is correct at 8.5 x 14in and it’s checked off to “choose paper source by PDF page size”, and yet it’s still choosing to print 8.5 x 11 inches for some reason…This document is printed multiple times but multiple people, they shouldn’t have to change the size to print every time they have to print this document but I can’t find a solution for this.

I don’t understand how a tool can be so bad; surely I must be doing something wrong. Acrobat simply doesn’t work. It lags, I can’t draw mark-ups or comments. I will draw a text box or object multiple times and it will just disappear each time. I can’t scroll smoothly between document pages. I have to type incredibly slowly; there is a lag time for each letter that I type to show up. There is a lag time for each tool or edit option.It just doesn’t make sense how bad it is and how much of our time we waste trying to use it or trying to find work-arounds. I’m working on a PC that can handle architectural design and rendering software easily. Editing PDF’s shouldn’t be a problem. If anyone has any tips for optimization beyond disabling the New Acrobat, disabling advances security, and most other program features, i would love to hear it. It’s becoming less and less apparent why we put up with this. 

I have created MS Word mail merge document of 123 HOA lot owners. Each of the 123 documents has specific information unique to each homeowner and requires their w-signatures. How can I use Abode Acrobat Pro to 1) create the e-sign field for each document, and 2) email each of the 123 lots (with either 1 or 2 owners emails) for signature?

So ive bought adobe acrobat pro, and wanted to black out some documents, the installation is taking forever atleast it says so, i can use all the tools except the one i want to blacking out, it says its currently installing but it allready did for 3hours, pls help

This is an identical problem my colleague posted back in June 2022 regarding Adobe on Windows but now also happening on macOS:  It is a known bug inside Adobe Acrobat that was acknowledged and fixed by Adobe but only on Windows. This time we have also tried reaching out to Adobe contacts who managed to help us before but without any success. We're currently in a pre-release stage with macOS token driver for our smart cards and this issue has resurfaced. When trying to sign a pdf document with RSA key associated with a certificate whose signature algorithm is ECC Adobe returns the following error: “Error encountered while signing: The credential selected for signing is invalid” Certificate in question is signed with a SHA384 ECDSA signature (sha384ECDSA). After reviewing token driver logs we concluded that Adobe is requesting a X962 ECDSA signature with a RSA key which of course is not valid and is discarded from our token driver. Considering all our smart cards containing RSA certifica

When I hover my pointer on top of a page this annoying box pops up and show me the ‘summary’ of the page, how do I get rid of it?I have already turned off the ‘Generative AI’ preference, and it was no use.

In Windows, Acrobat Pro is assigned every possible default:The settings continue for a while, but those were the ones that fit without a scrolling screenshot.Nonetheless, Acrobat continues to ask me to make it the default. If I say yes, the program freezes. It's just annoying. I have changed Preferences to tell it to stop asking, but there's still a little a little nudge in the top right corner when I open the app.This is, btw, a clean install. I am, btw, extremely annoyed.  

To me never! Every version is worse and worse… I uninstall the dekstop version (25.1) cause recently show badly colors and graphics… Amazing. Whites, disappearing, etc.So now I use web version cause the other one is imposible to use in mi new mac mini M4.Maybe one day Adobe stop to increase so much functionalities in Acrobat, and just serve to read PDFs and make small changes on them.  

Hi, i'm having trouble with how Acrobat displays colors. When looking at the file from inDesign (or illustrator too), colors appear as they should. But in Acrobat they appear significally more saturated. I already had this problem last year and solved it by disabling new Acrobat. But after updating to the last version it now happens on both old and new Acrobat.  I thought it was because Acrobat wasn't "applying"(?) the file's color profile (Fogra39) but I checked and it happens with RGB (sRGB profile) files too. I have checked multiple times the color management settings on both programs and everything is as it should.It isn't really much of a problem as the file's color is still correct, Acrobat's color checker matches the values on inDesign. As a curiosity, the color acrobat shows is the same that inDesign or illustrator's color picker shows too. No idea if it has any relation. 

As of a few days ago, after the first launch Acrobat works normally, but after the second launch the UI becomes larger. Nothing helps. Is it a bug in the latest version? (Windows 11, 4K resolution, 1 monitor).

Now that Microsoft is using the new Aptos Font everywhere, how do we print to PDF?  Everytime i try i get a error message that ends " %%[ Flushing: rest of job (to end-of-file) will be ignored ]%%%%[ Warning: PostScript error. No PDF file produced. ] %%"  Other than highlighting the document and changing the font, i can no longer print to PDF.  This is an issue as I print to PDF many times over a day to conform to our business process.    Will this be fixed soon? 

Several of our users experience Acrobat Web UI hangs when attempting to open a shared password protected PDF on Adobe Document cloud.  We ran an experiment and posted non-password protected versions and they open every time.   Does anyone know why the WebUI hangs frequently if the PDF is password protected?  We are doing a large PDF review project and require multiple users to post comments online, but clicking on the shared document links doesn’t always complete the file opening process if the PDF is password protected.

When I try to access my account, the page neve opens and seems to do a permanent looping.How do I enter my account? 

I've found that in the new update of Acrobat that formatting in comments changes after I click out of a comment. That is, if I superscript text it would then change to subscript once I exit the comment in the list (e.g. T0 would become T0).

When I try to delete certain pages, Acrobat DC won't let me, and I get this error notice: "One or more pages are in use and could not be deleted." I have tried the following:1.    Setting the setting "View documents in PDF/A mode: to "never" (from default "only for PDF/A documents")2.    Repairing installationNeither of those worked. I've searched the forums and this seems to have been a regular problem, but none of the recommended solutions work.Help!

My IT team needed to set me up with a new user in Windows 11. Now all of my stamps are missing in 2020 Pro. I have gone in and added the the files into ENU under \Annotations\stamps. However, with no luck.  I know I was able to do this before. I can add a NEW stamp, and that adds into the system. But I guess I’m not seeing the sercet folders these are saved too.I know I dont have to add each one, one at a time.  Any help would be great! Thanks
