Hi, I'm trying to sign a PDF with an official certificate from the FNMT (the official certificate issuer in Spain). I can import it into Windows 10, validate it, and use it to sign in other applications without any problems, but when I try to sign it in Adobe Acrobat Pro, the option to use a certificate doesn't appear. I can use the personal certificates he created, but the certificates from the Windows certificate store don't appear. If I try to sign by setting up a new digital ID, I can select the certificate, enter the password, and add it.  But when I click the Next button, the "Sign with a digital ID" option appears again with the same two digital IDs as before, and nothing happens.I've tried all the solutions: disabling Protected View, reinstalling, unchecking revocation verification, switching from PKCS#7 to CAdES, etc., but nothing works. I've tried it in another version of Adobe Acrobat Pro and in Acrobat Reader with the same results, so I think it may

ARGH how do you turn off all the pop-up messages, since the last update I get all these pops ups I have removed the program reinstalled it, and searched for answers to no avail. If I turn off the settings/preferences messages and apply I come back and it is reset again allowing them. I think it's time to switch to Bluebeam!

When I try to go into Fix Reading Order>Table Editor to set the table’s scope and adjust column/row spans, the cells are not displaying correctly and I can’t edit any of them. The table was in landscape mode, and it won’t adjust or change even when I rotate the table.  Screenshot of Table’s cell property options. How can I set the scope?

H there, went to download Adobe Acrobat today to my MacBook pro, M3 with Tahoe 26.3.1 (a), and keep getting a message .. ‘The disk image couldn’t be opened.The operation couldn’t be completed. Operation not permitted.’ I have tried so many options after reading about issues, going to privacy and security settings, and just can’t get this loaded up.. All the suggested google and AI tips do nothing, what am I missing, aside, loosing all my Sunday and a lot of hair I’ve pulled out!! I am needing to set up adobe to prepare files for sending, changing permissions so others can view, please please help… Thank you. 

I have subscription for creative cloud , all apps i can use easily but when i try to open PDF in acrobat it dosen't openAll other apps download and open but Acrobat does not.

I built my personal adobe profile 25 years ago for graphic arts and use Illustrator and Photoshop frequently. 14 years ago I started a business and use Acrobat to create invoices and bids.I recently started using e-sign and was annoyed when all of the responses came back to my personal email and not my business email. So I changed my login to my business email and requested Adobe to migrate my files from my personal profile to my business profile for streamlining. Mind you I have thousands of files amassed over the last 12 years to migrate, so I get it that it would take awhile, but to go one by one, as was suggested, would take me weeks of migrating the files in that way.  It took several hours to completely explain what I wanted and have my issue ushered up the chain to someone who said they could help. Turns out there was supposed to be a prompt, which I never got, when I first logged back in after changing my billing details, asking if I wanted to migrate my personal files to my bu

How can I stop Acrobat from displaying this annoying, repetitive message every time I open, save as, or optimise a document?I have good reasons for working with Acrobat in English and documents in French, and I’d really like to avoid this question that keeps cropping up.   

Adobe PDF Acrobat Sheets pasting issue In Adobe PDF Acrobat, after copying and pasting 30-40 pages, the automatic paste option doesn't appear. I can't do this while copying pages. Don't misunderstand me.

When i am trying to preview a pdf document in file explorer, it now says "the file you are attempting to preview could harm your computer, if you trust the file and the source you received it from, open it to view its contents".   When i go to the document properties, under General/Security, there is a check box at the bottom to "unblock" the document. Is there a way to remove this security feature so i dont have to do this?  I have been using adobe pro for years, and this is new, never happened to me before. Thanks in advance!

I am on the most up to date version please can you explain why this is happening? I have tried three different printers and they all print blank pages. The print preview within the app shows only blank pages as well

Is there a way to upgrade Adobe Reader to Adobe Acrobat Pro without having to sign-in to an account? I just want to have reader fully upgraded before I hand the computer to a user, so they aren’t stuck waiting for it to upgrade.  It seems like this upgrade process repeatedly gets stuck, sometimes requiring me to reinstall reader entirely before trying again. It’s frustrating because there is no progress bar or indication its trying again beyond a vague "there were some issues, we’re trying again”. Can we please just get an MSI or MSP that upgrades the app without having to go through the download and fragile install process? Preferably with a log to tell us exactly why it might fail? It just seems very counter-intuitive to spend an hour or more trying to get a single user upgraded to Adobe Pro.

Hello Acrobat Community. I hope you could shed some light to my problem with Printing to PDF.I have successfully created PDF Files named “1” and “2”. I try to embed it on the Acrobat File “TEMPLATE BASE”. The first page of the file (CONTROL PAGE) have 2 buttons where you can upload the pdf files “1” and “2”. I have uploaded both files successfully, unfortunately when I PRINT TO PDF, the resulting PDF File named “PRINT” shows random characters.I have attached the mentioned files.I hope someone can help me, I tried searching and doing the recommended solutions but nothing changed the results on the print.Looking forward on the community in shedding some light.Thank you,James

I need to plot CAD site plans to PDFs and whenever I do some lines on the drawing show up much lighter than others, seemingly at random as many of these lines are from the same layer in CAD. The lineweight problem can be solved when unchecking the smooth line art box in preferences but the lines are, obvioiusly, not smooth. They are chunky and difficult to see detail. How can I find the happy medium of smooth line art that doesnt have varying lineweight?

I have a single-user version of Adobe DC. However, I need the programme for my desktop computer and my laptop when I am travelling. Recently, I have had to log out first so that I can work with it on the other computer. Does anyone have a good idea for a workaround?That means, I use it only on one computer at a time, but now I have to sign out first, which is very laborious.

Hi All, I saw other threads on this issue where no one can preview PDF files in Window Explorer.  I did a bit of troubleshooting and notice that is it only PDF files.  Even after reinstalling I still get the same results for all the staff members: The file you are attempting to preview could harm your computer.  If you trust the file and the source you received it from, open it to view it’s contents. Where would this be coming from?  

My Adobe account was originally with my educational institution, but it has been my personal account for several years. However, when I use DocuSign, it still shows my educational institution as signatory and not me. Of course, this is creating a lot of confusion when I ask to sign a document. None of the information in my account setting refers now to my old educational institution other then the original order number that ends with the letter EDU (just to make this clear, I have been paying the full subscription fees as individual for years now). What should I do to make mysefl the signatory?

Hi. I can’t get sign with certificate to work on this one PC. It’s a fairly new install. When the user clicks sign, the usual window that shows up to save the signed version of the document does not open. I have tried deleting the acrobat folder in roaming appdata to clear the cache, I have tried disabling protective mode on startup, I have done a repair of the app. The app is fully up to date. Reinstall did not work. Cleaner (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html ) did not work. Nothing had worked so far. Anyone have any ideas?

Please describe the exact preference in Adobe Acrobat Pro that permanently disables the Home Screen feature. Please don't send a pointless link to directions that don't solve my problem. Tell me exactly how to disable this pointless and annoying feature.  

An unintended consequence of adding password to the PDF Form is, I cannot merge data fields to export to Excel. Does anyone have a solution around this? I am expecting 1,000 applications. I need the information to export to Excel, which means I have to open each document and remove the password. I cannot send this form out without a password because these people would alter EVERY single field on the form to give me what "they want me to have" instead of answer the questions we have asked them.Any Ideas? BTW the form is already live.

I no longer have the old devices, so I’m wondering how I can reset the activation on those devices. The advisors I spoke to were unhelpful and only directed me to this forum...

 As shown in the photo, When I use a highlighter, it breaks between words.(especially when switching between Korean and English, or between letters and numbers)I tried OCR again, but it's the same.How can I continuously highlight between words without breaking?

Guten Tag, Ich habe gerade ein Problem mit dem Adobe Acrobat Reader, dass mir die digitalen Unterschriften nicht angezeigt werden.Wenn ich die PDF jedoch beispielsweise im Browser öffne, wird sie mir ganz normal angezeigt. Was könnte das sein?Ich habe auch schon etwas mit den Einstellungen herumgespielt, aber leider hat nichts geholfen. Das sind die aktuellen Einstellungen:  Vielen Dank! LG
