Am I the only one, that can't reply to a post anymore? I wanted to answer a question on this page:https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustrator/ai-and-psd-preview-on-windows-10/m-p/10948797?page=1#M167624Once I click a reply button, all of them disappear, but nothing else happens. I tried it on a Mac and a Windows machine with different and latest browsers (Firefox, etc.).
I have made a few posts over the past 2 to 3 weeks... Why are they not allowed to be posted?
I've been trying to update my notification settings on my account for the Adobe Support Community so that I only receive daily emails. I select that option, hit "Save", and I get a green callout box that says "Your changes have been saved". However, when I got back into my settings, it reverts back to having immediate email notifications. Any suggestions on what I should do?
I did some changes in the "account settings"->"edit on adobe account"->"profile/change" and nothing happened to my forum profiles.Please help
I have 2 questions that annoy me a little bit: 1 - Every time I create a new post here, I get emails from people who reply, but I also get when I reply to someone else. I don't really want to receive emails with my own replies. Any chance that I can fix this? 2 - Every time I come to the community, it logs in. It feels as if it doesn't save my status as being online. As soon as I leave the community it assumes that I've logged out. It automatically starts logging in, but I don't get why it assumes I'm logged out. Thanks
I keep seeing these threads going back 6+ years about bugs (features?) with maybe 50 "Yeah, it happened to me too" replies. Maybe a mod posts a link to a UV bug report...eventually, but nobody follows it because, they assume, a community post for support does the same thing. Maybe the mod even explains this, but nobody upvotes the report anyway. There must be a solution to this conundrum beyond lengthy explanations about how "The devs read the UV, but not the community...". I suggest putting a UV icon in the app itself, like Microsoft does with FeedbackHub. That seems to be working well for them anyway. And no, I will not submit this to UserVoice. I've been down that road too many times to come back 2 years later and find one additional upvote. Thoughts? Feels? Frustrations? Suggestions?
Hi, I have used Adobes forums for years as well as a customer of its products for decades. I recently posted a question on the Adobe Animate forum and it was marked as spam and deleted?! I tried to repost and it did the same thing. Please help. Thanks,Jason
Well, I kind of felt like I shouldn't post this as all... but it annoys me every time I see the red dot for a notification and it isn't an update. It's Adobe trying to sell me something like upgrading to Teams or telling me about some contest. The sneaky advertisements are just enough of a distraction sometimes and there isn't a way to turn off marketing notifications. I know it sounds petty but please give us an opt-in/out. Thanks.
Dear support, I created an email account, but made a mistake. Indicated a nonexistent email, and now I can not change it, because it requires confirmation. Could you change it? The account on which you need to do this - change [personally identifying information removed]. Thanks!

Currently 80-120 second delays for redirecting to stats.adobe.com. Really? I'm just moving between boards here. And this new notice is so embarrassingly amateurish as not to be believed.
Are there any RSS feeds for the new forums? Or plans to re-enable them?I monitored feeds in Netvibes on several forums, along with dozens of other content feeds, using Netvibes. It's like Feedly. It's very inefficient to have to visit a forum to browse the topics to see if anything relevant is touched upon.RSS feeds are disappearing from many sites; is the entire world's productivity decreasing as a result?I can see a site that depends on eyeball add revenue to do this, forcing you to the site. But a pure support contenet site like Adobe forums is not such a site. p.s. You actually use the RSS icon in top-right user menue for "My Follows"...
If you choose to get email notifications for the forums you follow, you have probably been bemused by an occasional problem: you get an email notification whose subject is clearly NOT the title to any thread in the forum you're following. Instead, it's a seeming random sentence. And you may then see multiple emails following that pattern. What's happening (and what I SO hope might be changed) is this: for an email notification about the mesage which STARTS a forum thread, the email we get DOES have a subject naming the title of that thread. That's great. then for any direct (top-level) REPLIES to that thread, those do also show the thread title in the email subject, which again is great but then when someone REPLIES to such a top-level REPLY, the email subject will then show the first sentence of that top-level REPLY! Not great. There are at least two problems with this approach, which almost makes the email notifications unusable for active forums:

This is not good because I used to follow several people in the Forum, and posted some ideas… Now in Community I was asked to put a profile name and now everything is empty.Can you transfer from Forum to Community? XXX marked your answer correct. Do I really need to see a giant photo of myself when I get a correct answer? I'm not sure others are that interested in seeing it either. If you really want to put a photo, reduce it by at least 50%!
After moving to the Khoros Forum, the default date display is dd/mm /yyyy, which is commonly used in Europe and America. However, it may not be very familiar in other countries. Before the account management was changed to the current style, it was possible to change the format of the date display (I also changed it to yyyy/mm/dd format). However, the setting items disappeared after the account management screen was changed to the current style.Since the settings themselves are maintained, I do not feel any inconvenience, but I think that it is a part that inconveniences for those who will use it from now on. Would you like to be able to customize the date display part again?

I have a severe performance issue with the forums. Here is some info- If I sign out this does not occur- Affects the list of topics in a single forum- Does not affect the list of forums, or the display of a single topic, or repies- There is a variable delay from a few seconds to several minutes. If it takes too long the browser may time out- Seen on multiple networks, systems and browsers- Using tabs I can browse to show multiple forums, one per tab. All the tabs I use will lock up, and then all of them will unlock together- Has been happening for several months, but recently became much worse- Sometimes the problem goes away completely for hours- I am located in UK - I have a lot of contributions (over 45,000) Any thoughts or fixes welcome

Hi, I hope someone can help me. I have a photo of a car that has recently just reversed into my car and smashed the front badly. The photo is such bad quality and I cannot read the lisence plate. For some reason, my email address is appearing as my screen name. I can't find a way to change it.My set screen name in my adobe profile is not appearing (so please don't suggest I change it there because it doesn't work), and in my forums profile, I can't find an edit function to change the screen name. Please help. I don't need the world to have my email address.
Hi there... I have no clue how to change that really, really REALLY old nickname "BeautyfElle" to something else. The screen name in my adobe ID is changed long ago to SensationElle but here it appears still to be the old BeautyfElle... Account.adobe.com: ... what I see here 8-/ How and where do I change it for the Adobe Support Community as well?
