I have 6 RH2022.3.93 projects that are independent of each other. Not 1 project with 6 sub-projects - 6 separete .rhpj files.Also, only generate PDFs currently, no online content - old school.Company now wants to create a RH website project with 1 home page listing all 6 projects as hyperlinks.I know I can create a Frameless output preset for each of my 6 .rhpj projects, but how do I tie all 6 together?Any suggestions/ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I have an index structured as follows:Chapter 1             Subchapter 1                       Content                       Content...As you can see, it is composed of chapters and subchapters. I have a cover where I display the chapter name using data-field "chapter-title", and I also want to display the subchapter. However, I can't find a way to do it; I use data-field "subchapter-title" or data-field "section-title", but it gives me an error. Has anyone managed to do this?

Hi there, I’m using Robohelp Version 2022.3.93, and I’m facing some issues.In the output, when browsing the topics in the left panel, with each click, all the topics flash, and if I click on one of the first topics in the list, go down with the scroll bar and select another one from the end of the list, instead of staying focused on the last one chosen, the left panel automatically scrolls up. Any suggestion on how to fix it?

Hello tech writers and Adobe employees,  One of my colleagues is having trouble importing xlf files that came back from the translation team.  I had generated the files for him to send to the translation team including the mapper file since he didnt have the right version of RH.  he has v2022 now.  He received the translated files, placed the mapper file in the same folder. When he tried to import, he gets the message "Invalid folder.  pls select a valid language folder".   I used the same RH project, and tried to import the xlf files after putting the mpf files in the same folder.  I am also getting the Invalid folder error message.  I would like to  attach a zip file which contains the mpf file and the translated xlf files but this site does not allow it.  pls advise if there is a way to resolve this error.  > Thanks. - Bob

I am using RH 2022.3.93. I tried inserting a simple MathML html into my frameless help topic by using Insert > HTML Elements > Embed html. I also tried adding it directly using the Source ("</>") tab. But then RH changes my html so it does not work. It moved the </math> line from the bottom to the middle of what I pasted. Is there a trick to keep RH from corrupting my html that I added? 

I am using the RH 2022.3.0 (frameless).I want to have one help topic containing a list of all my technical references. For example:[1] Smith, John, Dummy's Guide to Physics. p 332.[2] Jones, Sarah, Nature, Dec 2022, p3.[3] Harington, Steve, "Atoms explained", p542. I would like to use an ordered list, so that the numbers are automatic. And then, on other help topics, I want to provide links to those technical references. For example, I would like the following: According to most physicists, atoms are real [3]. where the "[3]" is a link which takes you to the third entry of the page of references. Does anyone have any idea how to do this?

Hello, Search results don't display from the output (frameless), even though it says there are results. It does work directly from View Output in RoboHelp, but it's not working in our test environments. I think this post is similar: https://community.adobe.com/t5/robohelp-discussions/search-stopped-working/m-p/13852327. Is there a fix? Thank you!  

We are facing an issue when we try to translate our project.We export our content as XLIFF. When we re-import the translated content via XLIFF, Snippets are not there anymore.I first tried to import only the snippet separately >> the correct places are found everywhere in the entire English project and replaced correctly. Hello,I am currently using Robohelp 2022 and my organization has created multiple condition tags which we link our topics. We only have one output for our organization so we added these condition tags as dynamic content filters so that when user's search the frameless publication they can use these as filter options to narrow down their search for the content.It works great, but there is an undesired aesthetic within the filters, there are underscores between the words for the condition tags for the output.Based on my reading this is something Robohelp inherently adds when creating condition tag; however, I wanted to check with the community to see if anyone knew of a way to remove the underscores.Below is what is display for our employees when they select the filter option on our published version which corresponds to our condition tags.Any assistance would be greatly apreciated.Thank you, Natalie Barry  

There is a screen that is a called within the application and I can't not get the Robohelp screen to display.Is there a way to get Called screen to display?   If  this is totally confusing, is it possible to schedule a date and time to show you via TEAMS? Please advise. Thank you Sharon Restoule 

I am writitng help for a mobile phone app and use a browse sequence to navigate my readers through the help. This no longer works in RoboHelp 2022 - the buttons are not in the output. I tried using the Charcoal Gray template provided by RoboHelp but this doesn't work either (no browse sequence buttons - but this default skin also works fine in RoboHelp 2020).

I created a layout of an altar using MS Word using the images and text boxes in the layout tab and it appears like this is Word. When I converted the document to pdf, they lookedd exactly the same as in Word (below).But when I printed the pdf, I got this:Sometimes I get this:When I look at PDF document in my computer, it shows correctly with nothing missing. I made over 70 layouts in this document and three were like this. I fixed the other two by erasing the layouts and doing them again, but this last one (Fig. 62) won't resolve. I've tried erasing the layout and creating it again, or copying the layout of another figure that didn't have any problem but when I print it I get the incorrect images. Fig. 62 appears fine when I look at the document on my laptop in Word and PDF. It prints out fine in Word too. The problem appears only when I print out the document in pdf. Can anyone please help? Thank you.   

I'm using RH 2022.3.93, and the Studio skin. I've customized the skin to capture the look-and-feel of our platform software, except for one small part of the background screen, behind the left/TOC panel, as below: The white space is visible only when you scroll down the page. I cannot seem to find the correct element in the skin editor, or even when I look through the topicpage.ejs and the frameless.skn files. None of the elements I've tried to modify have had any effect on this space.Can someone tell me if they've seen this when customizing a skin to use dark backgrounds?Thanks,Mai-Ann

I have a new computer, and now I need to download and install Robohelp, how do I do this when trying to download it´s only sending me to the new trial version. We have an Contract ID. I´m working at a company and there´s only me and a collegue that has license for Robohelp. 

I'm running RoboHelp 2022.3.93 I have set up user-based condition tags to exclude some topics from the generated help. However, I see I can still search for and find those topics. Is there a way to exclude those hidden topics from the search? I know I can use the TOC and topic properties to exclude them in general, but wouldn't that exclude the topics from search for the readers who need the topics? Thanks much!Cindy 

Good morning,to diversify one topic from another, I need to put a different background. Is it possible only for some topics and not for others?Is it also possible to insert icons into the titles of the TOC? I would also need to insert references such as snippets but with the possibility of modifying the content. Thanksdaniela

Hi, I've read through the forums quite a bit and still cannot figure this out: How do I rename my project or file so that the new and correct name appears in my internet browser title? When I first began my project, I gave it a name for a small and specific topic. I then decided I was going to build around it and use it for my entire Help project. The old name remained. The instructions that I've found to rename the project pointed me to File > Project Settings > Project Title. I've done that, and the correct name is there, and the correct name also appears in my Primary Layout Properties window. Still, when I publish the project to the server and view it on the web, the old name appears in my browser title. That is not the name that our clients should be seeing! I've gotten the impression that I'm NOT supposed to manually change the file name in Windows...right? Thanks.

Has anyone been able to successfully run google analytics and tag manager in the frameless output to catch search terms and internal (not embedded) videos? I have been using the html5 output with no issues but trying to migrate to frameless is a bit frustrating.  I have the search terms defined correctly in the analytics setup (I can see them when i use my workaround aka refreshing).  For the video, I am using tag manager to run an html5 video listener for any page with a video, which then loads the video metrics to send back to analytics if it detects <video> tags (basically - hey, is there any video here?  Yes, okay, load the video capturing event in case they hit play.). The behavior I am viewing in debug mode is that clicking on a TOC item does not register a new page in the tag assistant - so it doesn't record anything interaction on the page.  When i execute a search and then click on a result, the page loads with the search term appe

Hello Im using Robohelp V 2022.3.93 with framless output.  The template Im using is the oceanic template.  Im trying to get the topic LEFT PANEL navigation bar to not automatically align to the top of the topic  when you press on a topic.  Is there a way to change the way the navigation bar behaves or is this by design?  I'd like it to be more static, almost similar to a MS HTML Help output file, that when I scroll down and expand a topic and click on it thats where the navigation bar should stay.  Thanks for your help.  

If I export a topic as a PDF (either by right-clicking on the topic and selecting "Save as PDF" or choosing the same in the File menu), is there a setting that will allow me to change the page size of the PDF? ' My audience and I are in the US, so my desired size is Letter (8.5" x 11"), but the output in this way is always A4.  I know I can create an output preset and do it that way, but being able to use the single-click method to preview my output would be so much more convenient.  I asked this question about three and a half years ago, but never got a solution. Hoping with the additional development that's happened since then, this may have changed.
