Hi!I have followed and studied the other posts about this problem and have narrowed it down to my Style Sheet CSS. I made a new project and imported my topics into it, removed the style sheet from the topics and got a PDF to output. Great right ! no not for me... I have over 56 topics and the style sheet was just rebuilt last year. The CSS works in my older project file but not in the new. I tried looking for the code that was posted on another discussion to remove it from the style sheet but I do not have that. I am looking for an easier step process to get my working projects Style sheet working again for PDF. It outputs fine from all other outputs, just not the PDF. I am working on a Mac, but the issue is also happens on my co-workers PC. I have not gotten the latest patch on Robohelp as my company's IT has not yet given it to us. Any help to get this resolved would be amazing ! Thank you! 

Using a connection profile, I connected a RoboHelp Project to ADO. Connection seemed good. Closed the file and now it will not open. I changed the parameters within the connection profile and did get the file to open. But, once I closed the file, it never opened again. I believe the files are still good (no dates have changed on the files), what I believe is happening is it is failing to make the connection and erroring out. RoboHelp states that an error occurred and prompts me to manually open the file using the menu, which of course fails. Any advice how to undo the connection? I looked on the ADO side and the coneection parameters seem correct. Any advice would be appreciated.

I have created a Responsive Frameless Skin in RoboHelp 2022.  I cannot figure out how to get my sub books (called sections in RoboHelp 2022) to indent under parent books (called sections in RoboHelp 2022).  Instead all books are aligned left after I generate.  For example, if Folder Two should be under Folder One, how do I modify the skin to ensure it is indented slightly to the right when Folder One is expanded just like Topic One and Topic Two are indended?Thank you!

Hello! I'm creating tutorial documentation (exclusively using the responsive HTML5 output) for a product using RoboHelp and this requires the user to download additional files. However I can find no way to "bundle" these files with the RoboHelp output so that the user can click on a link and download them. It seems like I can only add very specific file types to the assets folder from within RoboHelp, and when I manually add the files I require - while they do appear in the Contents list - any links to them in the HTML don't work and on inspecting the output files, it appears that these assets are not being included when the responsive HTML is being generated. Is it at all possible to have the files included with the HTML assets and have the user download them? Or am I going to have to simply host them externally and then link to them that way (which I'd like to avoid if possible). 

Using RH 2022.3.93 on Windows 11.Recently upgraded (from RH 2019) and the text marked as a bookmark is now underlined, but wasn't in RH19. So, when I generate a PDF, the text looks like it has a hyperlink associated with it. I have hundreds of these, so how do I remove the underline from a bookmark?For example:<h4><a id="Modify_Parameters" name="Modify_Parameters">Modify Parameters</a></h4>This is an example of a bookmark that shows up in PDF as underlined:Modify Parameters Why and how do I get rid of these fake underlines?

A blue line is appearing the PDF output, but there's nothing in the HTML code. How do I get rid of this blue line?

Using RH 2022.3.93 on Windows 11.Trying to generate a Word doc and I'm getting an error.Viewing the log, I get the following:Converting mergedHTML.htmCssParser error: line 49 col 7: invalid identity. CSS => /**/A:visited {color: #800080;}A:link {color: #0000ff;}/**//**/Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, lstat 'C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Local\Temp\RHTMP\Active Alerts WordLSB4pj\Vanguard_Product_Documentation.docx'Error: Failed to generate Active Alerts Word. Check log for more details. Any help or ideas on how to fix this?

Various forum posts over the years have required an answer along the lines of pasting text into RoboHelp without any formatting. The usual answer has been to either paste the text into a text editor first and copy it from there or use PureText. For years the latter was a downloadable freebie from the author's site and now it is part of the Microsoft Store.   Now Adobe have told me of another little gem that is built into the new UI versions. Hi, I did a HTML reponsive output in Robohelp 2020. Everything looks fine in Robohelp and the output. But when publish the output's top folder in that section is missing two topics. And then from there on down, the groups of topics moved up one folder so they are under the wrong folder all the way down that section. Any ideas on why this may be happening? Another problem I have is that I don't know how to view what might have a conditional tag. I thought maybe this might be blocking a header in the output or something. Thanks, Julianna

Hi all, I am trying to create an admonition style such as Warning, Info Text, Tips, etc for online help. Initially, I tried using Div style but unfortunately the style did not get applied in the topic. Next, I tried paragraph style. I was successful in creating close to what I needed, but I am unable to add an image/icon for Note, or Warning, before the text. I created the ":before" pseudo class inside paragraph style and added an image from the Background > Image Path parameter of <p> style, but the image does not show up before the text.Attached below are samples (sample 1, sample 2) of what I am trying to achieve. Sample 3 is what I have created in RH2022. Can someone please help me with some ideas to add to move forward?

Hi,   In a new 2019 project, when I insert a breadcrumb placehoder in the header of the Master Page, I can see a non-touchable/editable numeral below it.Earlier it was visible in both source and outputs but now when I tried recreating a new Masterpage, it is only visible in the output.Attached is a screenshot of both source and outputs for your reference. Hi, My company wants to implement a "unified enterprise search engine (or insight engine/cognitive search). We would like to know if it is possible to connect to the Robohelp search engine and import (or export depending on the way you see it)  the search results into the global (unified results). We would like to know how to do it. Thank you!

I seem to have already found documentation on how the Robohelp search engine works, namely what is the order in which the results are displayed. For example, does the search engine starts by finding the search terms in the title, then the keywords and then in the content? Is there anywhere I can find this documentation? I just can't find it in the user guide. If not, can someone give me the order in which RH is searching? ThanksP.S. I'm working with RH 2020.7.46

Where would I go to center the text  in a column in a table? I have a class "center-test" that  I have added to each TD and TH tag in the column, but that is tiem consuming. Regards,Rich

It's been a while.RH 2017 latest update.Word from Office 365Adobe Acrobat DC 2015For my work, I have about 40 Microsoft Word *.doc files of varying sizes with thousands of hidden XE fields (Index fields) in them. The Word docs are created from RoboHelp 2017 sections. I need to convert these .doc files into PDF files every six months or so when we publish a new version of our software. I use Adobe Acrobat DC to do the conversion into PDF. I can convert these Word docs one at a time, and they look just how I want them, as long as I open them up inside Word, one by one, and from the Acrobat add-in menu in Word, I choose Create PDF. However... The ProblemIn Acrobat DC, if I try to be efficient and convert all the .doc files in a group by using File > Create > Create Multiple PDF Files, then hidden XE index fields on the headings end up polluting my Bookmarks in the Bookmarks pane of my PDF files. Here's just one example:The strange thi

I just recently uninstalled/rebooted/installed my Robohelp due to a different issue. With the same version installed, I get this warning when I open my RH project:I click OK, generate a Responsive HTML5 output, no errors, but the index.htm file does not open correctly. It just keeps "thinking." I tried to open in Edge thinking Chrome might be the culprit, but I'm getting same issue.Any ideas? 

I upgraded to Version 2022.3.93 (i.e., Update 3 of RoboHelp (2022 Release)) last month. Created Snippet Categories so I could organize all my snippets. (My snippets were created in RoboHelp 2022, not an earlier version of RoboHelp.) Went through each snippet and assigned a Snippet Category. All went well for a little while. In the left panel of RoboHelp, I would select Snippets. All my snippets would display in their correct Snippet Category. I could drag and drop to my topic without issue. Then one day, I added a new snippet with a Snippet Category. Immediately all my other snippets' categories were removed. In the left panel of RoboHelp, after selecting Snippets, the only snippet I would see was the new one. All others were gone. (They were still available if I went to Contents > assets > snippets. But dragging and dropping from there to my topic is not the same/does not work correctly.) So I took the time and went back through all of them again to assign a Snippet Categor

Hi there,I'm using RoboHelp 2022.2.22, Visual Studio Professional 2019 (Version 16.11.20) with TF.exe version 16.171.32802.2. I'm trying to follow the directions (https://helpx.adobe.com/robohelp/using/devops.html) to set up the connection profile so I can add my RoboHelp project to Azure TFS. Our TFS database is stored on a local server. However, after it asks me for credentials it always gives me the following error: Incorrect workspace exists in specified local directory.I have filled out the connection profile in several different ways, but nothing seems to work. I'm quite sure I have it filled out correctly, because if I delete the specified Workspace from Visual Studio TFS, and attempt to make the connection again in RoboHelp, it (very conveniently) creates that Workspace for me in Visual Studio exactly as I have specified and exactly as it should be. Same error.

IT advised to start a RoboHelp trial under a personal account. The Review function worked (probably because it was using my Personal account for storage). They gave me an Enterprise user account and added RH 2020 to it (I have since upgraded to 2022, but the problem was there from the beginning). As soon as I activated the license, the Review function stopped working and I get the "File syncing disabled, contact IT" message. It also shows I have no storage. I have tried to uninstall/reninstall every Adobe product from my laptop, plus all the procedures you mentioned. My IT rep showed me the Admin Console and there was no restriction on syncing. I also tried:  Peter Grainge's suggestion of removing the Cloud ID line from the project file and deleting the previous review files, deleting the options.tix file from CoreSync (it isn't there), doing and End Task on all Adobe and CoreSync in the Task Manager, and a few others. Still nothing. My IT has called Adobe Support - they cannot re

Hi all,I raise this question in the forum because I have not found in the RH interface the way to expand/collapse the whole content of the TOC.I am working with version 2022.1, using the Studio skin and generating the output using the Frameless preset. In these conditions I see the Expand/Collapse buttons used with drop-down text. Is there something similar for TOC? Thanks in advance!
