Adoby stock imege and video 

I have through my subscription a licence for about 400 pictures of Adobe Stock, all for one customer for whom I produce a magazine.Now this same customer wants to use the pictures I licensed for a website. How can I transfer the license to my client? I can see my downloads in my licence history, but I can't see how to transfer the licence. Or, preferably, I would grant my client to right to use any picture I have downloaded for their publication. Can I do that?

I have used a free Stock trial on my school-account, which shouldn't have been possible, but it was. Now I haven't been able to log into said Account for 2 months, while still having to pay a monthly subscription. Since I can't login to the Account, I'm also not able to cancel the subscription. I am in desperate need of help and haven't gotten any for weeks, debating to go to my lawyer. Thanks for any advice.

I have a 10 images per month Adobe Stock Plan adn I would like to downgrade to another plan (annnual, monthly payment) because I can't affort the first one. If I do so, I will be charged with 50% of the remaining payments of the old plan and with the monthly new plan or just with the monthly payment of the new one?

1. Can I use images or videos downloaded from Adobe Stock for commercial purposes (such as my company's website or product guides) without violating copyright laws?2. If I modify the downloaded material (e.g., add text to a photo, change a part of a picture, etc.), will I be in violation of any copyright laws?

I don't need it any more, but I wanted to report that the vector version of this stock image is the wrong file, from the same artist—this one. The JPG version is correct.

I don't have an email address for customer support, but I found threads where it mentioned I should contact them. I'm working on a project that requires downloading dozens of vector art files, and converting them into stroke editable icons. Sometimes I find good starting points that are already editable stroke, and I'm more likely to download those, because this saves a lot of time. I'm finding that some creators don't understand what "stroke editable" means, and have posted outlined strokes while listing them as "editable stroke". Technical issues should be easy to report because a lot of creators don't understand key production principles and end up misrepresenting specifications in this way. Example: 605466676 is a vector file, described as "editable stroke". I have licensed the graphic #517362760 as a vector graphic (AI). However, the graphic cannot be edited in AI. It seems to be just a picture deposited. I ask for verification.

Dear Adobe Stock customer services I’m a long time user/purchaser of your stock images - great choice, easy to use site but most importantly high quality images. However I’ve been really disappointed with my recent experience. I’m working for a small business start up & decided to use a selection of ‘roomscapes’ to illustrate their working practice  it was really important to get the right atmosphere as well as suitable colourway & content. To this end we shortlisted one of your images 543990190 for use on the client’s website, ads, business cards & flyers. This image was selected as one of 5 to appear on business cards & flyers & this went to print. The lamps stick together and many edges are wavy.Such poor quality is unacceptable.

Estou a tentar licenciar um dos videos aqui da Adobe Stock. E quando vou a tentar pagar aparece-me sempre a seguinte mensagem: "Lamentamos, ocorreu um erro de sistema. Se não receber um e-mail de confirmação do pagamento nos próximos minutos, tente novamente ou contacte o suporte ao cliente."Já tentei diferentes tipos de pagamento e até uma conta diferente e aparece-me sempre o mesmo erro.Também já tentei falar 2 vezes com o chat-apoio mas nunca tive resposta.Alguém com o mesmo problema? Hi all, I forgot to license a preview Adobe song and exported all the videos with the preview version.I've now successfully licensed it. Is it ok to use the preview version still? I can't be bothered re-exporting the videos lol. Sam

Well it took me ten minutes to figure out how to even create this post.I'm trying to change my password but it's saying "not include your name or email address."Obviously I'm not doing this. I did not purchase the Adobe Stock program, but it was purchased and a fee was charged. I canceled it, but I saw a statement saying that I would be charged. I would like your support for this.
