If I create videos on YouTube to teach social media posts designs using Photoshop, and these designs use in it assets of Adobe stock,  Can I use assets of Adobe stock ( standard license)?

I was playing with the newly installed Adobe express and clicked photos with the "crown" icon (premium)?Now they are listed in my licence history as "included in Adobe express plan". What does it mean? There was no alert I am buying anything.I dont want to buy them??!!I dont want/need them! How to remove them?I want to be sure I will not be charge! thanks for aby feedback

I have been a member of creative cloud and paid since 2015, a customer of stock since 2021 which i pay over 44$ a month for 10 images.    I have never asked a refund for anything.  Yesterday I accidentally downloaded a premium image.  I did not realize it was premium, even if I remove it from the search BTW, and now I lost 67 credits for an image that I consider very average and was just using for filler.  I contacted chat customer service, their answer was: "If you have purchased the premium image we could have helped you with the refund, but since it was exchanged with the standard images the changed can't be reversed." what does that even mean?? I did not exchange anything.   I won't use the image and I want my 6+ months worth of credits back (67 credits).  I am a loyal customer but definately will no longer be if I don't get these credits back! image is: 591498293   [moderator cured the topics. Hello,I am a freelance video editor using Premiere Pro to edit short advertisements and I tend to use a lot of Adobe Stock templates. Recently I completed a project and the client requested the project/source file along with the final product because they may need to adjust the text later down the line after a change in brand messaging. What would be the procedure in order to share project files including the Essential Graphics I licensed? Surely if I have already paid for the graphics licensing, the client will not have to license them again. If this is NOT the case, is there anything I can do to ensure the client gets the full editable project file and everything included? Thank you in advance for your advice. I look to this forum for help and I appreciate all the support I can get.

While browsing I licensed asset #550954123 that I definitely do not need. Is there a way to return it and receive the credit back so I can license the asset I really need?

Hi There, I have a new pets blog. Yesterday I came up with an idea to integrate adobe stock on my website.  The idea is to make a new page for Animals phtots and display all the animals images on that page and users can search for their image. I had a research on this idea but could not find any insight on how to connect Stock with my wordpress website. I canceled my Adobe Stock trial weeks before and even received an email confirming the cancellation, but I still got charged 1,143.83 Thai Baht, Why did this happend? ,and how do I fix this issue because I do not wish to continue using the Adobe Stock service.

I'm looking for simple images of people juming into the sea; there are a lot of AI generative images now which is slightly concerning. How are these vetted? Some of the images are good, others are traight up awful. This one below seems to be a catamaran with the details of a whale, but titled "Dolphin Jumping our of the Water". Pretty bad offering this as a purchasable item. 

Why is there suddenly a limit imposed on my 'licsenced for free' images?  I have suddenly (today) been told I've reached my daily limit of downloading from here:  https://stock.adobe.com/uk/free and the person in chat has told me I now need a subscription - but I only want to use the FREE images, and not the paid for images.....

I have discovered that I can download pictures from the stock creative cloud with my educational license plan from my college. Can I use those in an online presentation open to everybody? can I use them in publishing books? and finally, can I use them on my private website?  

I tried the free trial with the intent of cancelling it as soon as I downloaded the image. Unfortunately, it wouldn't let me cancel. Because of this, I have now been charged £23.99 for a single image. I would like an immediate refund.

I have run out of credits and under normal circumstances I would be able to buy individual assets or upgrade my plan. It seems I am not able to do this and not being shown any options. Please advise.

Hi im really hoping to get some clarity on this topic. I have read and read and read the Adobe Stock license information and terms of use and spend hours trying to find a legit response. It is my understanding that I can buy an extended license of an image and use it on T shirts to sell on my website and in person stores. Can anyone verify this information is correct? I know the terms of use state that it can but I want to do everything correctly before I start selling merchandise. Thank you in advance.

I've downloaded an image, AdobeStock_30167583.ai.It's unviewable muchless editable or useable.The image loads at less than a 1/4 inch. Any suggestions, can I get my credit back?Thanks!

Is there a way to see all of the assets that you purchased already within Adobe Stock? I've looked all over the site, but I can't seem to locate anything. Thanks. 

I am hoping to use Adobe Stock and Adobe Stock API for an application that I am building. I want to get a sense of the API call limits so that I can determine if Adobe is a good fit. I found in the FAQ that there is no specific limit, but that it is limited not "unreasonable" and I want to understand approximately where the threshold is for "reasonable" vs "unreasonable". My assumption is that it is a more flexible definition (otherwise Adobe would have provided a specific number), but I want to get a sense of the order of magnitude so that I can proceed appropriately.  Generally speaking... 1. Would 10,000 per day be reasonable?2. Hey guys, the adress of my company on my adobe stock invoice is incomplete and I can't change it myself. I wrote to the customer support in the chat and the virtual assistant told me to write during the office hours (8-17 CET). However, it is currently 9 CET and I still get that message. Is there any way to change the invoice adress?  

When trying to access my adobe stock libraries, the loading icon just spins, and then at some point am kicked back out to the home screen. This has been happening for the past week. 

My credit card is being charged DKK275 per month for Adobe Stock (sinnce oktober 5th 2022) but it shows no reciepts or signs on my acount? I have checked whether I accidently have used another Adobe account, but my credit card is not connected to any other account. Cant you please explain or contact me ASAP

I have purchased some Adobe Stock photos but when I use them the watermark still shows up. This is the first time in a long time I have used Adobe Stock Photos--can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong or what I need to do? Thanks in advance!
