The little 3 x 4 previews we are allowed to download are not large enough to see how crisp the image detail is. I am more inclined to work with Dreamstime, Masterfile, or even shutterstock and istock, because they allow me to download full size comps with an account. Most are low resolution, but at least I can see the screen image at the size I will be using it for a full bleed 8 x 10 page. I am so tired of thinking an image will be fine and then when I purchase and download there are issues with fuzziness that I couldnt see in the comp. The only reason I use Adobestock is because a particular client prefers to use their Adobe subscription first before looking elsewhere. Otherwise, it's just not cutting it. For what we are forced to pay monthly for Adobe CC, you could at least give us this.

Nous nous sommes rendus compte de l'activation de Adobe Stock - 10 fichiers par mois, car le prélèvement de 29,99€ a été effectué sur notre compte. N'ayant pas besoin, ni utilisé cette formule, nous l'avons annulé. Et là il nous a été prélevé 164,95€ de frais de résiliation ! Nous souhaitons être remboursés de ces frais car nous ne sommes pas à l'origine de l'activation de cette formule. Quelqu'un peut-il nous aider ? Comment faire pour contacter les services Adobe en cas de litige ? Merci à la communauté.

Hello there, HELP I ah having trouble canceling my adobe stock subscription!!! I recently subscribed to a stock service, but now I'm having trouble canceling my subscription. Despite searching for a way to cancel for the past two days (and searching help online) when i access to my subscription page, there is no button that allows me to do so. Instead, I only see a note in grey (up right in the corner) informing me that I will soon be able to manage my subscription. I am attacching my subscription page screenshot. Unfortunately, I have not seen any changes in the past two days... I have even tried to contact Adobe support through their Help button. However, I was only directed to their FAQ page and have not been able to reach a live operator or anyone who can assist me. If anyone has any advice or can offer some assistance, it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Made a trial and unable to cancel - says "You'll be able to manage this plan shortly". Simply disgusting that you do this. Can't cancel plan nor remove or edit payment information. What are the best US agencies to report this very likely illegal practice? I'm thinking FTC

I was searching for stock photos of dogs when I found this image of a butchered/cooked dog, and it's pretty hard to look at... There's literally a decapitated head in the image. Is there a way to report the image and have it taken down? The support for a simple Adobe Stock issue is awful and has proven impossible to resolve but support won't understand what's going on and avoid the issue. The old folders of saved images and licensed images on Adobe stock have just disappeared and I can't get them back. I have raised a complaint case id ADB-28643095-P4Y9. The support from Adobe has been awful, ineffective and unreliable.Here's my chat history over a few months excluding the actual calls we've had with them. I subscribed to a monthly stock photo of 10 photos per month for 29.99. There was no mention of a yearly plan or price, and when i tried to cancel they are trying to charge me $145.00 early cancellation fee!!!! This is fraud and unacceptable from a companny like Adobe.

Hi all,for my organization I have a Creative Cloud All Apps - Pro Edition subscription for my users, which include Unlimited Stock images. We needed to add a plan also for video and music, then we discovered the Adobe Stock for Teams, 40 credits per month. We bought that one, but now we can't find a way to download a image asset by using our Unlimited plan included in the Pro Edition. How we can download images choosing if we want to use the Sotck for Teams or if we want to use the Pro illimited plan?

I was trying to see how much it would cost to license a single image (#220697395) and clicked the "License" button to get more information, but instead of providing a cost for the single image, it licensed the image it under our group work account. Is there a way to "unlicense" this image?

Hello there..   I used a preview form Stock for layout, and then after downloading the licensed high res image it turned out the image was just interpolated and looks almost similar to the preview, leaving it unusable. In fact, blurring from the preview softens the already interpolated original.   I contacted support and the person said there is nothing they can do. Is this for real? Image attached shows "highres" on left, "preview" on the right half.   Thanks Andre

I licensed images 571960320, 571960350 and 571959832 and all three are blurry and pixelated. I deleted the images and redownloaded and they're still blurry. All three are from the same author. Are the images bad?
