I licensed image 364446288 however the wrong file is being downloaded.

Can you use stock images on a personal blanket for yourself?

Despite having vector selected within the .ai file is just another jpeg? Why is this happening? Every single file is like this.

Bonjour,  J'ai essayé Adobe Stock durant la période d'essai, en utilisant les crédits mis à disposition et même en achetant une vidéo, dont le prix dépassait mon nombre de crédits.Si j'annule avant la fin de la période d'essai, Adobe peut-il m'interdire d'utiliser les sons et vidéos obtenus sur des productions diffusées auprès du public (trailer vidéo)? Je ne trouve pas de réponse dans les CGU mais je me méfie.  Merci pour vos réponses.

I've had an active (and paid for) account with Adobe for about 6 years, and today had to start over from scratch to have access to my apps. It only acknowledged my Adobe Stock account plan, and had me "upgrade" to the plan I already had and was using, and now I don't seem to have my stock account...so I guess I'll need to repurchase that too? Not a good time to make working with Adobe difficult as my clients are pushing harder and harder for software they prefer over Adobe...

To Adobe Support: I've spent hours on the phone with you in the past two months. On December 12th, you promised me a refund of $189.84 for a glitch on your end with the Adobe Stock in which you cancelled my account and I lost over 70 assets. You sent me $63.28. You have claimed over and over that the other 4 payments of $31.64 (total of $126.56) are on the way, yet it has been two months and they haven't shown up.  I've called weekly to rectify the problem and have been told you sent them and then you sent me invoices as proof, even though it doesn't prove anything. Then I was told by the next higher up that she could see that I didn't recieve 4 of the transactions and to just give it 3 or 4 more days - it's been 2 weeks and I still don't have the funds. I asked you for the electronic transfer id so I could give to my bank - something you would have if you actually transferred the money - but nobody can seem to locate these numbers for any of the transactions. Hi, I purchased a premium image by mistake on Adobe Stock. We are on a team plan with 750 credits pm. I do not need the image, can someone help me unlicensed the image please so we can get some credits back for the month?

Anyone else been charged for an adobe stock subscription they don'y want  and didnt ask for? I am on an Adobe plan, and I did not want to pay for Adobe Stock. They have just taken off 23 pounds from my account and I would like a refund. I am to be honest, pretty shocked. The promotion of the Adobestock plan is misleading, I assumed it was part of my existing adobe plan which I have for photoshop. Refund please.

I find Adobe Stock incredibly frustrating. I pay monthly for 10 credits. Dec, Jan, and Feb, I paid $30 a month. In that time I licensed 3 items. I checked the invoices, and I paid.  I have 0 available credits. I cannot access any customer support Why

Hi, a colleague has licensed this image AdobeStock_461362851.It is very low quality. Metadata indicates it is a scan from a film camera shot in 1988.Regardless of the fact that it was scanned at large dimensions, the original image was apparently low quality by current standards and is unusable for the large format artwork it was licensed for. Please advise.Thank you.

Hello All, I am having a hard time with the Adobe Stock search engine. I am searching for Product Catalog templates, filtering my results to show InDesign templates.The search results are showing me about 50% catalogs, and 50% brochures, portfolios, company profiles, etc... giving me about 26 pages of inflated and largely useless search results. Is there a way to force the engine to ONLY show files with the word "catalog"?  Thanks!
