Hallo, ich hab im Januar 2022 Kostenloss ADOBE STOCK Konto probiert, und dann nach ein paar Tage habe ich es gekündigt.  Jetzt wird aber monatlich ein Betrag in hohe 34,69 € von meinem Konto abgebucht. In meinem Adobe Acount sehe ich aber keine Abos, Plans, Invoices o.ä. ... Hat jemand schon solche Problem gehabt?

Hello, I recently bought a 2021 Macbook Pro which is running OS Monterey 12.1 and I downloaded and installed Adobe Creative Cloud. I used the CC app to download and install Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. When I use any of these programs and want to access my Adobe Stock Library, all of my assets appear in the Library window, but do not have the licenses I purchased with them. I have looked into my web based Adobe Stock account, and they all appear there WITH the licenses intact. Why are the licenses not appearing in the programs?  This is especially frustrating when I need to go back into a document and all of my assets are now unlicensed. This is forcing me to download the actual file to my desktop and relink the images within my documents to that downloaded file.  My workflow is completely interupted having to deal with this. 

Hello, does any body else have a "credit for VAT Increase" on his invoice? The calculation is wrong and nobody from adobe understands the problem that 19% of 29,09 isn´t 5,70... Our bookeeping will not accept the bill...

I have a folder full of Adobe Stock photos. I have purchased a couple with extended Licenses, but I can't remember which ones have the regular, and which have the extended license on them. I have tried everything on the site, but can not find any info to help me find which have ext. license purchase on them. Is there a way I can find out? I don't want to post something somewhere and later get sued. Thanks!

Been trawling through the Adobe Stock audio today looking for some production music for a video I'm making and it's very frustrating not to be able to ❤ tracks as you go along, or add them to folders for reviewing later. I'm having to copy and paste the tracks' URLs into a doc instead. I'm sure this would be very easy for Adobe to implement. In the end, I gave up and used Pond 5 instead - much easier.

Hi all,I purchased an Adobe Stock team subscription, but I have 'reached the limit'  for available users, but the advertising said "Unlimited users — share a subscription with your entire team to access standard assets"Any reason why I can't add my team to this?  

I had a 1 year subscription plan, and after that i kept continuing paying every month to get 10 images/month. My credit card expired in January, and didnt add my new credit card to my account, because i didnt have a job. I had +50 images that i didnt use, and i'm not even allowed to use them, because my plan was cancelled??? I mean i paid for those images months ago, and i can't use them? How is your company still working? You take people's money and even if i jump out the window i won't get back my unused images. It's very disappointing that a company this big can allow such thing to themselves, and losing customers.

Searching the net for travel photos, I came acros the offer for 10 free images within a mont on Adobe Stock Photo. Why not sign up to download a few photos? Should I forget to cancel the membership, the easy to overview terms said 220 Danish Kroner a month (30$). Any reason to read further into the terms? I didn't see any.But I should have! I didn't notice the extra "on a yearly plan". As I forgot to cancel within a month (as often happens with this kind of offer, for me at least), suddenly I am left with a fee of 1500 Danish Kroner (220 $) to get out of this.Thats what I call a trap! A "simple and easy offer" leading to a huge bill!Please Adobe, let me get out of this, If you consider yourself to do serious business. -Anders

Hi, I have selected the plan of ''Creative Cloud All Apps with 100GB'' for a few days and then I forgot to deactivate it. Now I tried to cancel it but it seems that I have to pay a very large amount. I know that I should have read better the terms and conditions but I really cannot afford paying every month 60 euros and I need to cancel it. Could someone of the support please help on this? Thanks and regards, Dimitris

Hola, he tenido un problema en la pagina, no sabia que habian cambiado las politicas de reembolso, ahora piden menos de 14 dias para cancelar el plan, pero este mes, solo pasaron 6 dias desde que no cancelo el plan aun, pero hoy decidi cancelarlo, pero resulta que te cobra en mi pais  S/ 515.00, lo cual eso es mucho en mi pais, pero hay algo raro aqui... yo empeze a pagar adobe stock todos los meses en el dia 19 y decidi cancelarlo hoy,  pero hoy es 25 de abril y solo pasaron 7 dias desde que no cancelo el adobe stock y segun las politicas de adobe stock, solo puedes reembolsar antes de 14 dias y solo paso 7 dias y me pide que cancele... no entiendo esto, porque no me dejan cancelar y me piden 14 dias? si recien paso 7 dias... EXPLIQUENME POR FAVOR.

95% of my adobe stock images are no longer licensed that used to be. Now they aren't anymore? So frustrating. Some are images I use frequently, and I don't to waste my quota on re-licensing them again

Anyone else having issues since the maintenance on the 9th? Ever since the site maintenance I am only able to view images and videos while not signed in to my account. If I am signed in I get a blank white page or page cannot be displayed

I'm very confused about the Adobe Stock music licensing. I read here that it is "completely for free", but one needs to pay for packages of music? SO it's not for free, I guess. I have the Annual All-App subscription (which shows me a 30-day-trial option for Adobe Stock, after those 30 days you need to pay). Do I still need to buy a song package? I probably will not even use as many as the smalles package offers me. Are there options to buy single songs without a package?

My 10 yr old daughter wants to publish her book and like to purchase a few animal photos from adobe stock. Does this allow her to publish without restriction in selling her book? She wants to sell as pdf, digital copies online.  Even if printed it would be a few hundred copies to resell. Please guide

I accidentally licensed File # 216681196. The Adobe Stock interface isn't very forgiving, license buttons probably shouldn't be included on thumbnails. How do I get that license refunded?

I have a Creative Cloud (CC) account and used the same account to log in to Stock. I know that Stock is not included with the CC subscription; however, I can download anything I want from Stock without being subscribed.   I would like to understand what's happening and if I can utilize the content I have downloaded from Stock?  I appreciate any help you can provide. 

Hello, I purchased a 120 asset plan at a cost of £23.99 a month. I had not realised that the cost rolled over past twelve months. I aslo hadn't realised that I would lose all my assets if I cancelled my plan. I didn't know I was still paying for my plan and I ended up paying £647.73 for 21 assets.  This was my fault because I bought an unsuitable plan and did not realise that I was still paying for it but I had not downloaded any assets for most of that time and so I was clearly paying for nothing.I should have bought a credit pack of 80 which at current prices is £330. I would like to correct my initial mistake and to do this Adobe could give me a refund of  £317.73 and 59 credits (80 - 21). I think this is fair and would leave me as a happy customer but for some reason this has been impossible for the person I spoke to in the chat. I am planning on selling worksheets/activities on the website, Teachers Pay Teachers. It is a website where teachers can buy worksheets and activities from other teachers to use in their classrooms. If I pay for a monthly Adobe subscription, am I licensed to use the images on these products?

I am another person who accientally licensed the incorrect item. If it was just 1 credit for an image I wouldn't post on here, but it is an 8 credit HD video so I am inclined to see if it could be fixed. I accidentally licensed File: 354771143 which is the wrong format of video that I need. I was hoping to see if I could get the 8 credits returned. Thanks for your time.
