I just started using adobe and I'm trying to save templates for premier pro from stocks, but everytime I download it doesn't save my assets. I have nothing in my library on stocks or cc and I have not used weird characters for my library. I'm so confused on what to do.

Hi there, In trialling the 10 images for free offer, I seem to have inadvertently licenced two images when I thought I was just previewing them! The images are: #313568630 and #301044458 I believe I only ended up downloading the first one, which I can delete. Please can I have this charge removed as I wasn't clear that I was paying for the image, I misunderstood and thought it was included within the 10 images offer 😞 Many thanks!Kelly

Haven't been able to access my license history only recieve an error. There is a JavaScript error in the code. Unfortunately customer service is garbage and I can't get past anyone other than a person is cut and pasting canned responses. Been bounced around multiple times being told the same troubleshooting. The link does not work.  If someone on the technical side just look at code YOU WILL SEE THE ERRORS. At this point I'm about to use up my current assets and cancel the service. 

I don't know what the term "standard assets" means.If I buy the plan with 10 standard assets a month, does that mean I can download 10 images?Help me understand.

This topic has been posted quite a few times, but none seem to have worked for me. For some context I just started using Adobe Premiere Rush and was trying to save an asset from stock for a project. But whenever I went to save it to my library there was a pop-up saying, "Could not save asset into your library". I have nothing in my library, and the photo is liscened.   [moderator edited subject, replaced &quote;-HTML with actual quotes]  

I cannot download (buy) photos, I have 4 points for not a limited time and I cannot use them? Who do you have to ask to be able to use the purchased points? Please help.

I am unable to save assets to existing libraries and I'm unable to create a new library. Currently working on a six month old Mac mini and in a chrome browser – which is where I've consistently and successfully worked with assets before...  What is the latest on this fix, I don't see anything posted since May 2021?

Dear All,   I'm an author and photographer and I've put some of my pictures on sale on Adobe Stock. After checking the use of my pictures on the internet I've found that they were resold by a German based website called "myloview".   (link removed by moderator)     Their support agent says that "they bought it from Adobestock" and "it's not their fault".   I've never put on sale my pictures on their platform.There's something wrong, right?

Hi,while browsing images I accidentally clicked on "license" button on random image on screen - and I did'nt find any way how to unlicense it, as it's not picture I'm interested in. I deleted it from my library, thinking it would solve my problem, but now I still have "-1 asset" from what I had - is there way to fix that? Maybe license button should really have some confirmation needed before actually licensing it for the user.Thank you,sincerely

Scenario - I sign up for the month to month plan at 40 images a month for a 10 months.  At the end of 10 months I decide to cancel.  I've licensed and downloaded 400 images during that time.  Can I continue to use those images that I licensed and downloaded while I had an active subsciption in social media posts after the cancellation date and in perpetuity?   For example, in month 11 I make a social media posting using an adobe stock image that was licened in the past with an active stock subscription.   The subscription has been cancelled, can I use that image in a social media post in month 11 without an active subscrption using an image that was licensed in the past under an active subscription? The stock license terms and conditions and the few questions and answers in this formum make me think I can use the images in perpetuity, am I wrong? https://www.adobe.com/legal/terms.html

Why facebook do not let me use and upload pictures from adobe Stock?

So I made the mistake of signing up for my free ten Adobe Stock photos. I accidentally clicked on a premium photo, called support (800-833-6687) held for over an hour before speaking to Jinadh.  I explained that Adobe Stock doesn't make it clear when you are picking your ten free stock photos that if you click "license this" on the wrong photo (which they don't explain anywhere that it isn't included in the ten free photos, they are displayed all over the page among them), you will be charged $89. I explained it was in error and that I didn't want the photo and asked for a refund. Jinadh put me on hold and asked his supervisor (Sunil) if they could refund the money.  He said nope, not gonna happen.  I pay $350/year for the entire Creative Suite, so you'd think they'd be a little more likely to work with me. NOPE.Don't fall for the free Adobe Stock Photo Scam!!Wasted one hour and sixteen minutes on the worst customer service on earth.

Hi, I signed up for free trial for Adobe Stock and meant to cancel it before the trial ends, now Adobe keeps trying to charge me and I can't cancel the plan unless I pay. I did not download a single asset after the trial ended and I do not want to pay for nothing. When will my plan be automatically cancelled? 

Hi,I had this subscription: Adobe Stock – 10 assets a month and I switched to Adobe Creative Cloud.I haven't used all the assets and I would like to be able to used them (remaining more than 100). Otherwise can you refund them to me? Regards
