How can I tell where a photo was taken (i.e., what country)?

Can someone please change the watermark in the preview photos of Adobe stock. The watermark is now way to small and invisible. Please make it bigger and clearer. With this watermark you almost forget to buy pictures before letting it print because it's just nog visible if the watermark is still on there. Please change to how it was, a big Adobe stock  watermark instead of all that small unreadeable and unvisible marks!!!

Hello. I signed up for a free trial and I can't cancel it. The 'manage my account' part of my account says that I don't have any paid plans, but I'm still being charged. I've tried all the steps in the support page but it doesn't tell me how to do this when my info isn't available. Has anyone else had this issue and knows how to help? 

Hi, on 30th of October I wanted to cancel my free trial subscription of Adobe Stock and I wanted to do it in my settings.But if I wanted to quit the service the Adobe Login Page appears and I wasn't able to enter my credentials. An error page appears.I searched for a contact of Adobe but I am not able to find something. Only tips how to quit the service but not a human contact.So I will use this community.I don't need this yearly subscription and it is not so good that the cancelling function is not working.Is there a possibility to cancel this subscription right now?Thanks

Hi, For years i pay monthly on my Personal Account a Stock Subscribtion fee.I have :- About 150 elements in my library (downloaded)- A credit for 480 licences If i unsubscribe this service :- Do I keep access to my previous 150 elements bought ?- Do I keep access to a Credit usage for the 480 licences ? Thanks 

I want to express my ABSOLUTE dissatisfaction with Adobe Stock.  I currently have 76 assets left, and have fulfilled my yearly renewal.  Adobe will NOT let me keep my 76 assets once my plan is cancelled.  I am told that I have the reminder of the billing cycle to use those or I will lose them all.  That is ROBBING people, let me repeat, that is ROBBING people! How can you ethically believe that it's okay to give your customers a deadline to use assets when they've been paying you monthly for those!! Adobe is a bunch of crooks! And I will take my need for stock photos to a company that cares about the customers giving them their hard earned money! Adobe you should be ashamed of yourself. 

I´d like to know where this painting is located and the name of the artist and possibly the year when the painting was made. Is it possible to contact the photographer? Admittedly it is my fault for not cancelling this plan for adobe stock when the first year was finishing. But seeing as I am paying monthly for it, once cancelled that should be the end of it. It is not like adobe will be loosing out as I won't be able to use stock assets. Tried to cancel my plan, got told I would have to pay for the rest of the year upfront and would no longer have access to any assets as this is what I call punishment for cancelling. Yes I know its a subscription based plan, but if paying monthly that subscription ends once cancelled with no penalties. Now I am stuck with this until next year, cannot wait till then, Will have to set a reminder in my calender of the end date so I don't get forced back into another year with adobe stock.

I created a video for my client and licensed music from Adobe Stock for it. My client has asked that I send only the music track to them. Can I send them the file? If I can send the file, do I send my edited version for my client's video or the original file from Adobe?

The text and button for premium content are actually the same color as standard. The text is small and not that easy to read. It is easy to accidentally click the button and not realize you have bought a premium image especially when you are rushing.

I cancelled my Adobe Stock subscription months ago and since then there hasn't been any issues and all of a sudden this month I am being asked to pay for a subscription that I didn't apply for. All the assets are still untouched. I've been trying to get in touch with someone to get this sorted for weeks now but Adobe seems to have the worst customer service and all it does is take me in circles on their website. Is there anyone that I can speak to and get this sorted?

As Adobe administrator, I assign an Adobe stock 40 resource license, to one of my Team users .He receive the activation e-mail, but when he log into the Stock page, on the profile pane, he doesn't see the 40 resource .Anyone can help me ?I also open a ticket but actually I receive no answer or contact.

How can I sell the free images from adobe stock as posters in a online shop, if there is only the standard license? Am I allowed to sell them as posters? The huge license documentation from adobe gives no informations about the free licenses! Plus, there is no option to get the extended version of the free images! thank you.

Hi guys! Can a wall mural printing company use my images on their website without purchasing a licence?The photos have the Adobe watermark on them and the author is listed.

When searching for Stock images I find it annoying to have to dial in black  (#000000) if I want to search for just B&W images and even doing this I still receive image results that contain color does anyone else share this sentiment? My suggestion is that you add 2 checkboxes (⬜) in the color area of the filters 'sidebar' on for pure B&W images and one for images that contain color, If the user checks (☑️) the color checkbox this would invoke the color picker allowing them to dial in a specific coloremojis from https://emojipedia.org/

Hello. I normally upload my images on Pixabay. One of the images appeared on Adobe Stock which I didn't upload & soon I realised its a stolen image uploaded illegally on Adobe Stock  . I would really appreciate if Adobe Stock can investigate in this matter and take strict action against the accounts.
