I paid for 1 year subscription and wanted to cancel future subscription. But Adobe has automatically renewed my subscription without my consent. This is not a fair trading practice.  Is there a way to cancel the automatic renewal without me paying a cent?

Hallo. Ich brauche bitte Eure Hilfe und habe folgende Frage: Sachverhalt:Ich habe einige Adobe-Fotos mit Standard Lizenz und ein Adobe-Video mit Plus Lizenz.Fotos und Video habe ich in meiner hauseigenen Homepage integriert. Jetzt möchte ich Werbung für mein Unternehmen auf einer anderen Werbeplattform machen.Auf dieser Werbeplattform wird mein Unternehmen auf einer eigenen Landingspage präsentiert.Die Landingpage befindet sich auf einen anderen Server als meine hauseigene Homepage.Damit der Wiedererkennungseffekt besteht möchte ich die gleichen Fotos und das Video verwenden.Darf ich die Fotos und das Video auf meiner hauseigenen Homepage integriert haben und gleichzeitig auf einer anderen Landingpage auf einer Werbeplattform ? Danke für Eure Hilfe und Eure RückmeldungR  

What happens to the photographs in case of death of the photographer?

NOT impressed with this "license" button.  I clicked on it thinking it would give a drop down with pricing etc. but instead the image was automatically licensed!  Seems like deceptive practices regarding assets!  Will I be charged, and if so, what is the charge?  How do I remove this?  I do NOT need or want a credit... remove it from my account.   [moderator adapted topics according to content]

Bear with I'm new here 😉'Licensed' a template on stock and added it to my library as I have done with other assets. It appears fine in my library, but has a shopping cart icon on it.If I try and use it I get a pop upIf I click the shopping icon it looks like it tries to license it, but just reverts back to the shopping cart icon and still cant use it ?What am i doing wrong or not understanding here ?

Hi, Can I use the free images in Adobe stock for the work that I am doing for a company?Curently , I am a student and doing my first internship in a company that produces e-learning videos. I only have the student licensed version of the creative cloud.

I was just informed by a customer service rep, that f I change my accout subscrition to any thing other than my current plan that includes Adobe stock, I will lose all of my assets that I have  acquired over the last 3 years.  that is some lame rip off status right there.  I wanted to take advantage of the all apps deal going on right now, and even was going to add adobe stock 10 image plan to it but in the chance that I could lose 100's of assets by doing so, it is a no brainer that I would not change anything.  sorry Adobe, it looks like I will nevcer spend any additional money on more apps because you need me to pay double, or may you would prefer tripple for every asset you offer. and since I also sell stock I know that what I make off stock vs what you charge for stock.  I am completely losing out on your deal.  especially if you want to make me pay for stock multiple times.

Hi Guys,Didn't get anywhere with live chat so i'm hoping somebody can help answer my question here.Firstly i thought i was entitled to cancel my Adobe Stock Membership at any time - is this not the case? because i was told in a very firm manor i should 'continue my commitment' when asking somebody on live chat.Secondly, i was charged £23.99 on 1st March 2017.  I then received an email about a week ago saying my payment needs updating (obviously payment had failed) but surely i shouldnt have been charged again until 1st April?? which is the day after tomorrow.  And annoyingly lost saved credits even though i have paid already.Im happy to continue the membership but im reluctant to update my payment method earlier than the 1st when payment is due and i want to try and get my credits back that ive paid for as this is simply not fair.Loving my CC memberhip - couldnt be happier but very frustrated about the Adobe Stock Membership issues.Please Help, Many Thanks x

I've purchase a photo from Adobe Stock with a transparent background. However, while it says it is an AI file, when I open it in Illustrator from my Library or just open it from my hard drive, and look at the layers, there is only 1 layer and it contains the checkerboard grid indicating transparency. The grid is NOT on it's own background layer and I cannot delete it. The checkerboard is embedded inside the image itself.It appears the image is a JPG, not an AI file. I need it to have transparent backgrounds so I can overlay them on top of video footage.Please advise. Image/File #457420709 

Hi, I´m wondering where to find the Photographer´s real name to give credit? Most of the accounts do have a "nickname" e.g. this one here => ohishiftl Is it enough to just mention the account name on the picture when I use it on my social media account (Facebook, Instagram Postings) e.g. =>  © ohishiftl / Adobe Stock I have also seen that some Photographer´s have a "nickname" on their account but also mention their "real name" in the IPTC-field of the image. Do I then have to take the "real name" or is it enough to take just the "account" name that is published close to the image on https://stock.adobe.com/. It´s quite confusing.

I subscribe the "Photography plan (20GB) - Edit and organize your photos with the app that’s optimized for desktop."In my "Invoice and billing histories" I can see the plan I subscribe includes "Adobe Stock – 10 assets a month".But...when I use the Adobe stock and try to download some images which is not belong to "Free" part and I choose "Standard license (Free with trial)", I still need to pay to join either "Monthly Subscription" or "Annual subscription"? Why should I pay for the first 10 assetes?What does my plan "Adobe Stock – 10 assets a month" mean? How can I use it?Thank you

Hello - this 23 november 2021 - I would buy 3 videos on adobe stock...and I can't do it.... When I push the button ' buy' I have an error message on the top ( see the picture on link).I have this when I would buy a video directly, or when I buy a pack ( 40 token).I use Safari and Chrome..Windows and Mac .... but nothing happend....It's my account issue or the website ?Thanks

I'm preparing to subscribe to Adobe Stock.With the Adobe Talk standard license, can you combine product web pages (jpeg) and product and person photos to create and provide them as product thumbnails to customers or clients?(EX) Synthesis of a mask photo and a person photo to make it seem that a person wears a mask or earphones, etc. are synthesized with a person photo to wear earphones)It's my first time with Adobe Stock, so I can't understand even if I read the guide.

I have been an adobe stock client since July 13 2019, and I did use less than the 10 assets per month, and saving the others for when needed. It came as a surprise to me that when I stopped paying in August 13 (because I forgot to add my new credit card) my account was cancelled, and my available assets were not available anymore. Can anyone help me to solve this? since I had over 60 assets available in my account, and today when I reactivated both my Adobe Suite and my Adobe Stock Account i only have 10 assets available (the 10 i just payed for). Thanks for your help!

I've had a paying plan for a few months and have accumulated 38 assets. If I switch to the free version, do I get to keep the accumulated quota?

I cancelled my Adobe subscription on 24th September. You took payment on 30th September Ive tried to email and call to resolve this, even blocked you from merchants on my card complained and stopped online transactions to adobe. Now you took £15.7 on 27th and then £15.17 today, 30th November.  Ive cancelled it !! Return my funds. My mother is dying of cancer, and I've got to sort this out with you over a forum! You don't respond to my emails, and when I call, all you want to do is try and sell me something!
