Hi,I noticed that there is a photo item #144390238 showed up in my license history, which I did not decide to license. It could be that I pressed the button by mistake on my phone, since the buttons are really close by each other.I never downloaded this photo, is there any possibility I could undo this mistake, and restore 1 item for my monthly subscription limit?Thanks!

I searched the forums and couldn't find an answer so I'll ask.I want to use some AS flyers and photos for marketing for the company I work for. This would require I put our logo (and the logo of any other company we partner with on a particular event) on the flyer/photo. This would then be distributed via email, social media and snail mail. What kind of license would I need for that?

Hey!I want to create a cardgame in html/javascript/php.The game will be "free to play" and it is non comercial. I dont want to sell it.The pictures will be used to illustrate the cards. For sure there will be less than 500.000 players that will play the game, cause i just want to create it to learn a bit better programming and perhaps some people will have fun playing the game.What kind of license do i need for the pictures? The search "black woman in shadows" yield no black women but some stylish white women in shadows. Searching "African woman in shadows" yields sexualized women with afros but nothing mysterious or stylish. Similar searches for mysterious black or African American or African woman yields a paltry collection of videos and photos consisting of mostly light-skinned models and no truly dark-skinned women. As a paying subscriber, how can I request or advocate for a more diverse collection of photos and videos? I

IF trying the adobe stock (subscription) and then canceling it in one month, I can still have 10 images for free, right?2. When choosing the 'FULL' instead on 'one year subscription', the price changes form 0€ to 2,99€. What does this deal mean?Thank's for the answers!Johnny

I'm on a team account for Adobe Stock, and we have almost 900 pages of stock images in our license history, with several different people making choices on what to download. Our internal archiving system is also a complete mess, so there's little understanding of where things live on internal servers. Is a search function for license history in the works? Is there a search bar command that I can use to search keywords for already-licensed materials? As much as I'd enjoy to get paid to go through each page by hand, I have work to do, and I don't want to double up on similar-but-not-quite-the-same images because I can't figure out which keywords my coworker across the country used.Thanks.

I love searching for images from Adobe Stock (we have an alternate account we pay for images monthly).My issue though, is there are now so many images in other languages that a big chunk of the results come back like that.It would be fantastic if you could add in a search option for people to narrow it down to the language they want (i.e., English, French, Dutch etc.).*Please* consider this search option? It would be a huge time saver.

Hello, I have a current adobe stock subscription with 750 images/mo.  When I login it shows zero credits and I have definitely not used even close to 750.  What do I need to do?

HI there. I'm hoping this is not a dumb question. For the past little while, whenever I search for something on Adobe Stock, it defaults to a video search. It wasn't like that before. I'm a print designer; I do nothing with video, and clicking off of video to image is just another unnecessary step I have to take several times a day. Is there a way in preferences to specify that, by default, I want to search for images (photos/illustrations/vectors) and NOT video? I don't believe video is even included in my Stock plan. Why make that the default?  Please tell me there's a way to select a default category. It drives me crazier every time I waste an additional two seconds to select the category I need.I don't know if this matters, but I'm accessing Adobe Stock by clicking the "Creative Cloud" icon on the Windows 10 taskbar. Seems to be the same if I access Stock directly from the browser, though.

I signed up one month ago for the a subscription but some days ago I have decided that it's not what I need. My month is up today, I tried to cancel my plan yesterday but was impossible by the web. I am trying to speak to someone using live chat here in Spain yesterday but I have waited for 20 minutes and there is no one there. Today is closed the chat here in Spain. Let’s say I bought an image of a girl in a t-shirt with a standard licence I want to use as a banner in my online-shop for a while and another image with an extended licence I want to use for a t-shirt. Could I add the image I bought with the extended licence to the image I use for the banner? Does that mean that if an image has a white or black background that I will receive a flat image and I would need to remove the background colour myself?
