Hallo, ich bin von Fotolia zu Adobe gewechselt, als es eben nicht mehr anders ging. Dort war uns versprochen worden, uns würden sogar mehr Credits gutgeschrieben werden, als wir aktuell auf dem Konto hatten - als Bonus für den Wechsel. Ich hatte noch viele bezahlte Credits auf meinem Konto. Nach dem Wechsel wollte ich ein Foto bei Adobe runterladen - und werde ständig aufgefordert, ein Abo abzuschließen. Ohne das ein Foto herunter zu laden, ist nicht möglich. Ich habe die Credit-Punkte aber bei fotolia schon bezahlt und möchte die gerne erst einmal verbrauchen. Die scheinen aber verschwunden zu sein? 

I have paid the account and i´m not able to download images and i´m not able to see the available images from previous months, i had more than 50 available images. Can you help me?, it´s kind of urgent because we need to download a few images. Thanks

While casually browsing Adobe Stock website I stumbled upon this File , If you check beneath it there's written Compatibility version and it says 1.5 or above so I clicked on it and it returned a 404 page so someone else can check and confirm also also tell me what that means will be very helpful.

Hi! I'm considering using some Adobe Stock images for a freelance website project, and I'm just wondering what the best way to approach pricing would be. I freelance infrequently, so it doesn't make sense to me to get a monthly or annual stock subscription - I'd ideally just like to let my client choose the images they want to use on their site, and either bill them for the cost of licensing the images, or direct them to where they need to go to license them for themselves. Would they have to get a recurring subscription? Or should I just get a subscription for the month and download as many images as needed, and terminate my subscription when I'm done?

Hi, I can't seem to find anything about this. I purchased the licence on a sports-themed stock vid after the client had confirmed my draft using a DL'ed preview file of the same stock video file. From there, I purchased the licence for the file and built the final draft.The client then changed their mind about the color of the uniform used in the stock video, perferring red to the blue one I used. For the record, there are several options for uniform color for the exact same video - all the same price. I'm wondering about the process of exchanging the licence on the stock footage? Why is it that if i already cancelled my free stock trial months ago i keep getting billed for it? I haven't used, it's cancelled, and i get no payment notifications??

I recently bought and downloaded an image that states in the title that it is a 'vector illustration'. After download, it turns out to be a .jpeg without transparency. I view this as FALSE ADVERTISING or at least very DISHONEST. How can I get my credit back?adobe stock image: 273716738

I'm just now figuring out this adobe stock and there are buttons all over to license stuff, and I can't see any prices anywhere.  I apparently have x photos that I can license as part of my subscription, but as I was traversing the site trying to see what stuff costs I ended up accidentally licensing a photo twice.  It really needs more feedback on what I am about to do.  So, how do I un-license the extra copy of a photo?Thanks!

 how to cancel a subscription. I didn't download the images. didn't pay for a month of the annual plan. I changed my mind and I don't need a subscription. how to manipulate? if I don't pay within 30 days, will my account be blocked? 

Editing with adobe premiere pro 2020 The payment was made at premium on the base graphic adobe stock. I have no reason to use it, and it's too embarrassing to have automatic payments. I want to refund my money from adobe stock premium   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

29,99 DOLLAR a month that is advertised should not be 39 euro that I would have to pay a month. The conversion from DOLLAR to EURO is totally WRONG and should be 26,82 EURO. Without giving a valid reason this should not be accepted. I canceled my subscription because of it.

I see that it says in the licenses for standard, enhanced, and extended that unlimited web views are a thing. I'm assuming this accounts for Youtube and social media.  The thing that perplexes me though, are the 500,000 copies in the standard license. Does this mean physical, because if it does then why does the extended license specifically go over merchandise and products for resale? If the extended license is talking about merchandise, then what are the 500,000 copies referring to exactly? Also if I wasn't planning on selling merchandise,  then does that mean a standard license would be enough if I just wanted to make a video for people to see? Could I charge a toll or something, so people could pay me to see the video online with a standard license?

Hallo, durch Zufall habe ich jetzt (nach 7 Jahren) herausgefunden, das ein Foto welches ich bei Fotolia zum Verkauf angeboten hatte, als Titelbild eines Taschenbuches ausgewählt wurde. Da ich auf Fotolia keine Zugriff mehr habe, habe ich auch keine Ahnung unter welcher Lizenz dieses Foto eigentlich verkauft wurde. Ich bekam weder eine Mitteilung noch sonst irgend eine Information über den Verkauf. Nun meine Frage;Wie bekomme ich heraus ob ich Anspruch durch den Verkauf meines Fotos durch Fotolia habe und welches Lizenzmodell muss eine Buchautorin zur Veröffentlichung (gedrucktes Medium) erweben um dieses Foto als Titelbild nutzen zu dürfen. Die Netzrecherche brachte keinen Erfolg und da Fotolia jetzt zu Adobe gehört, hoffe ich hier die Antworten auf meine Frage zu finden. Ich sage schonmal Danke für etwaige Antworten. DerSpitz

Hi, I recently purchased the 'Creative cloud apps' at the student rate. Upon checking my account for my purchase, the adobe stock programme is there too. I did not select the option to add this programme when purchasing the creative cloud app.  Upon checking my adobe bill,  I am being charged for this adobe stock programme to which I did not subsribe too.  Can someone please advise how to remove this/ get a refund? Why am I being charged for a programme that I never subscribed to? Kind Regards, Shannon    

Adobe stock used to state in the heading, how many credits I had earned.  I recently upgraded to Windows 10 (not sure if this has any bearing) and now when I open Adobe Stock, there is no indication of account balance.  I spent 30 minutes this morning searching for this information in my account tab and elsewhere but I cannot determine how many images I have. Where do I find this information?

hi guys, I liked this mockup 243229189 which litarally says 'customize your design'. When I licenced and downloaded it, it was a plain JPG. Can I only use this with the text in it? Would be a bit disappointing and a waste of my credit.

Hi there I need to cancel my adobe stock subscription.  I saw on the website there is a button to "cancel Plan" on the plan where you can manage the payment method, except that button is just not there, ergo you can't cancel it. Anyone can help me with that? It's not a great service honestly to have a support page that does not reflect (at least now) the way the account page really is like. /Manuel

Good evening, I made a subscription to Adobe Stock yesterday and want to use the pictures from there to incorporate them into other pictures, taken by myself, and to publish them dna after on Instgram and my own little website.I don't use any of the stock images without it being edited and thus, more or less strongly, altered.For example, an image of a night sky (taken) into which I want to insert a picture of a moon (stock image). This should simply be at the top right corner and will be changed in color and size.(All pictures I buy from Stock have the standard license)Do I have to insert a picture proof there or not? My second question is apply ing 500,000 thousand to web access only? demm in the Adobe Stock FAQ, the following sentence is"With this license you can use the licensed image permanently with an unlimited number of web accesses, but print runs or web accesses may not exceed 500,000..."does that mean it's unlimited web access or just 500,000? Unfortunately my

All image files downloaded are only .AI files. How can I get the JPEG version of this? Otherwise I cant use it for online.There is no 'reversal' of image charge, once downloaded. So stuck with the AI files.
