I've been having trouble with my Adobe CC libraries. I am part of a team plan at work, and I was using my personal work email as my login, allowing me to have my own personal libraries. But I needed to switch to the team account, so I logged in with the team email, and now I am unable to see the team's libraries. It's still just showing my personal ones, and it also says "Unable to connect to server." I tried logging out of everything and re-opening everything, but nothing is working. I made sure the file syncing is turned on. It's been like this for a few days now. I am using Windows 10 also. What can I do to get it to connect to the server and show my team's libraries?

Hello. I’m inquiring about standard license on adobe stock.. i’d Like to make design templates  using adobe stock assets and they will be displayed on my website. When customer order them on my website, they will provide their content and I will finish design using my templates. This is possible with standard license? If it is, how about icon packs? I get license once and use them several times?thanks a lot

Hi, it’s me again.Some months ago I strarted a free trial of Adobe Stock. At the end of the free month you just took me 30 euros + vat without my consent and gave me 10 more images, so it was 20 images I could download. But at the end of the 2nd month Ionly downloaded 4 images, and I discovered that it was it, my other licences were gone.Just want to tell you that for this abysmal experience that you were so kind to gave me, I’ll do whathever I can to stay away from Adobe products from now on. I used to tell my friend who use cracked Adobe software that they should’t do that: from now on I‘ll just won’t do that, I can’t anymore. Even I’ll crack myself some software if I’ll feel to, just as you assumed that my money was at your disposal and you took the freedom to steal it.When I used your images I took care of resizing them to be smaller when I put them in my websites, so people won’t download them and maybe subscribe to a service as yours. On 11/30/2017 my account was charges $42.98. I have since cancelled my account, but now I am being changed charged an additional $138.96 and I would like to know why. Hello,I saw your Adobe Stock service on the internet a few months ago. There was a “get10 free adobe stock images” project, I linked into the website to see some photos but did not download any of them.This month, I found that this service started to charge me from Sep. Since I did not download any photo and did not receive the invoice, I had no idea I already enabled the service.I did not need this service and would like to cancel it. Hope you could refund me the payment of last two months. If there is any information needed, please let me know. Thank you very much.

I just downloaded a number of jpg files without any problem, however, suddenly download stoped and it say photo is licenced. When I click again on the photos again  it says the download will start soon, however, that do not happened.

Hi! I buy 3 photos(sigh in monthly package) and pay by credit card. After 2 days of signed in into stock adobe I've cancelled my account. After another 3 days all money was return into my credit card. Question is why ? I need this 3 photos and I don't know what to do. Do I have rights to these photos even when return money?

I've attempted live chat with Adobe Support several times but have not managed to get a positive outcome.I used to have an 'On demand' purchasing plan with Adobe Stock, but this seems to have been stopped in favour of a 10 images per month plan. Am I right in thinking this?When I try to update the payment details for my plan it doesn't work, and directs me to start a monthly plan, which I don't want. Frustrating.

Why is the paypal option for purchasing an image not working.  Paypal was down to 2 days and now there is an error when I try to purchase.  Any idea when this will be fixed?

I'm very curious I'm having challenges trying to get to chat with someone at Adobe.I'm taking web development web design and graphic design at Hunter College in New York. When I licence image inside photoshop via Adobe Stock Library Panel, I will get info that I have 14 credits on my account. And when I go to Adboe Cloud Im seeing that I have 145 Credits. So Photoshop is not showing my Adobe Stock Credits right inside Photoshop. Any idea why this is happening?

I've updated my card info and still can't purchase the photo I want. Frustrated.... can't find a way to contact support on my account. How does one go about getting a refund on an image that was downloaded by mistake? There were two identical images, one jpg and one ai, and I downloaded the jpg without realizing by mistake then had to go in and download the ai version after. There's no way of easily contacting customer service.

Since the month of June a monthly charge of 36,29 is billed on my credit card for Adobe Stock. I have never ordered this subscription! It is not visible in my account information. Still the billing continues monthly.I had a chat with support. The agent promised to cancel the subscription and to refund the last month (only). However, nothing happened and the billing continue. The case number was 0223451621 and got closed without any resolution.I have tried several new chats, each time without any response.Who can stop this?

The short version: I've been using Adobe Stock for 1.5 - 2yrs with no hiccup. I had the $29.99/month for 10 images and .99 for additional image. One day I went to download an additional image and it said "Paypal is down, please contact support or update payment method". I tried to update payment method but the button was grayed out. Got on with support and they couldnt do anything with the current plan I was on. He suggested that I cancel current one and then start a new one where I could update payment method. I verified if I could keep all my old downloads and he assured nothing would change since its my old email that the account is tied to. I went ahead and told them to cancel, they put me on a new plan and voila, I could update payment method. Oh, but the additional image price is now 2.99 vs .99. I didn't realise I hadn't updated my card with you, Adobe. I have done so but my 47, or so, credits don't appear to be showing up still. It is saying I have 10, what thats not fair when I have been paying for your stock services for over a year now.  Please can somebody put them back on my account or refund me £88.76 for the 37 credits.I would rather the £88.76 but I know you would rather reimburse me the 37 credits LOL, either way I much appreciate it.Dale

HiSeems to be a common issue where you cannot cancel an adobe stock subscription.The way this is advertised is very misleading and is worthy of a complainant which would no doubt be upheld by an ASA ruling.The how to guide on how to cancel is inaccurate.The contact us page does not allow you to contact anyone from Adobe.Can someone from Adobe please contact me pleaseThank youBenjamin
