Hi, I have some question.I want to redownload some pictures which I have purchased from Fotolia. But I don't know how to batch download them? Because there are lots of pictures. I am worried about overtime.
How do I get credit for the two photos that I downloaded? My partner and I were browsing on our touch screen laptop and we accidentally downloaded two images. hate that they don't ask for confirmation before purchasing it. Ive done this a few other times but this time I can't afford to lose two credits. Please help.
I searched for the answer but there is no clue. Is it possible to sell editorial images at Fotolia?

I have a doubt on my extended license. I have bought my extended license of an image (number 89826932) but I do not understand if there is any kind of restriction on the image or it is completely open to be used, not depending on numbers of visualisation or copies. I do not see any kind of restriction but I would like a confirm by some members more advanced than me. Thanks
You know, I really didn't want to address this publicly but it appears this was my only choice for contacting Adobe.I'm working on an ad for a MLK event, so I search for "MLK". See anything that looks crazy inappropriate?
it has problem licensing the asset, so i cannot download the asset i want.actually it's a free template but i can still not download it. anyone knows what is wrong?
I am using a stock image as part of an event campaign and my company would like to trademark the Adobe Stock image we modified with some text. Is there are a license that allows you to trademark an image that stock imagery was used in? Or if not, can you buy the full rights to an Adobe Stock image so you can trademark it?Thanks!-Justin

Based on the old Fotolia Thread "Aufstiege auf der Fotolia - Erfolgsleiter"
Hi!So why isnt my fotolia name and ranking showing here at Adobe?
Hello,I accidentally licensed and downloaded image #54741115 is there a way to cancel or return the license? Thank you!
help cancel the subscription
I used to be able to download a single file at a one time only price on Adobe Photostock. Where is that option now without having to sign up for a subscription?
Dear Mr. Narayen,I'm writing to you to bring to your attention a problem I am having, and to appeal to your sense of fairness to make things right.I am customer for Photoshop and Lightroom for which I pay $10/month. However, recently I noticed that I was being charged for the Adobe Stock product ($32.65 for each of the last three months), a service I did not order. I do not know how I came to be receiving it. I suspect that you may have my information from my current subscription, and billed me erroneously. Once I noticed the charge, I did the obvious thing, cancelled it, but then I was charged $130.61, for canceling something I didn't order in the first place.I am apparently not alone in this situation, as other customers with the same problem have posted in the Adobe forums, but they have not gotten satisfaction. Here are some examples:https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2296323https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2053159While the individuals on those forums accuse Adobe of unethi
Hello Dear people of Adobe,I want to give my feedback about Adobestock.Year ago I decided to try Adobestock (that was new to me) and it's 10 images for free offer.Accidentally did not notice that 1 month test period ended. That day that I found it out I also learned that cancellation is not possible, or it is but you still have to pay for one YEAR! Which costs approx 360 €.I think this is not shown to new AdobeStock customers clear enough. That made blood boiling. But I tried to use images as much as possible. Now one year later my "plan" ended and I had 78 unused image credits (if I remember right). And now they all gone.I paid my last 30€ invoice about month ago.I think that this is very unfair. Usually photo stocks have one year time to use bought credits.I have been Adobe client more than 10 years. I'm fan of Photoshop and other Adobe quality applications and software.I'm not happy to see where your business policy is going to. I think you are using your monopoly status wrong with CC
I just knew this was going to happen. Was convinced to take Adobe Stock trial, I cancelled it on 20 Oct, but was billed today. The person on the other side said they billed me yesterday 6 Nov and 'I cancelled on the 7th". How convenient. Doesn't matter what i say, the operator says that I only cancelled it after the billing. This is absolute rubbish. Now it is my word against theirs. I hope to get my money as credit, but I must first wait and see. This is just not ethical Adobe.
For the second time now I've accidentally clicked the "license and download" button when I was trying to just expand the image, because the UI doesn't show you the button until the mouse is over the image. Obviously, the image is then downloaded without any warning whatsoever that I'm about to basically spend $9.99 on an image I now know doesn't work for my application. Is it possible to set a warning/nag/alert pop-up or something so this doesn't happen in the future? Is there any way to unlicense an image once it is downloaded? And who do I contact at Adobe for feature requests/design complaints because this is ridiculous.
I'm really confused about how adobe stock works. I signed up for a 30 day free trial and it said I can download 10 items but I see prices beside the videos and licenses a beside the video I was going to download.I have some questions.Does that mean I pay extra for videos I download as part of the 10 I get a month?I primary want stock footage I can use in making youtube videos about various topics, can I use adobe stock for this?Or do I have to guess how many views I might get and buy a licence for that?
Hello community!I'm currently designing a cd cover for a production that will be sold solely via online distribution (for now). I assume, it will not sell more than a few hundred copies. Nonetheless, I would like to know, whether or not a Standard License is enough, or if I need the extended license. There won't be any promotional material like Shirts printed with the cover, so that would also not be a reason to get the extended license.I'm just unsure about the "500.000 copies" rule. Since the resulting digital music file will contain the cover, is it number of times the album will be sold, that cannot exceed 500.000, or is it like with fonts, where you buy "views", so if the album cover is displayed on a distributor's site (Amazon, iTunes, what have you), every view counts as a copy? If it's the latter, it's going to be virtually impossible to know, how many times the image was viewed, so I would definitely need the extended license. However, I kind of doubt that's going to be the ca
This has been an ongoing problem for me. I asked in this forum before and was given a workaround that is no longer available.I'D LIKE TO TEST OUT A STOCK IMAGE IN A PROJECT FIRST ... do a lot of adjustments to it, etc. to make sure it works ... AND THEN BE ABLE TO LICENCE IT WITHOUT STARTING ALL OVER AGAIN because once I buy it, I can only "place" the original image again - it does not update the watermarks in the layer I've already worked with it in. I've shared a very simple example below:It says on this website (in more than one place) that if you just licence the image and wait for your Cloud Libraries to update then the image in all of your files will update too (ie - the watermark will be removed). THIS IS NOT THE CASE. See first picture above. I am forced to "place" a fresh copy of it and start my adjustments over.It still functions like this after confirming I'm logged in to both Adobe Stock and Photoshop through Creative Cloud (and my libraries are up to date) AND even after a
Hi. I just subscribed and accidentally licensed image 117132642 which I meant to add to my library as a preview. Seems like there are quite a few threads with the same problem, so any help would be appreciated.
