Problem: Clients do not usually want nor have Adobe Accounts, there is no way to easily share a Collection/Library with them. when a collection URL is send by email the client can NOT view it without first creating an account, this is a roadblock to SALES. Also, when a search is performed it creates a very long URL, this "search URL" with all the _GET vars in it is also not easily shareable unless its shortened, another roadblock to sales.Requested solution: Allow collections to be shared simply by pasting the URL to the collection. Add an option to each collection to set it to "public or private". (Similar to how Adobe Kuler can be shared)When a search is performed add a button that says "share search" which generates a shortened URL that is valid for 30 days which will show the user the search performed with filters. If there is already a way to do either of these without making users create accounts, without a "brand account", and without using an annoying URL shortener please
I have purchased an image , how do I purchase the same image in a larger format?
can someone please tell me where my credits are gone close to 80....need them now
Can the ten free images included with a trial subscription still be used if subscription is cancelled?
I just attempted to save a photo to my preview library. I 100% know that is the choice I made. However, it gave a purchase ERROR instead. When I refreshed the screen to try to save again, it suddenly showed that I purchased it. In no way did I press the purchase license option. I do not want this photo. I have not downloaded it to my computer. Please advise how it can be removed and the credit restored to my account. This is definitely an error on Adobe's end. Thank you.
Hi I have found the perfect image for my book cover but I can't buy it.The only options I have are monthly licences which I don't want. I just want to buy a single image. I am in the UK if that makes a difference and I have hit the shopping cart (trolley) several times both in licences and on the image itself. I have logged in but it makes no difference. I really don't need a monthly or, heaven forbid, a yearly subscription when all I need is the one photo.heeeeeeelp!!!pulling my hair out here thanks to you allScazedit : I have just noticed, UK time is it 1.43 am so I am away to bed, will check in the morning as I am sure to foul it up if I do anything now. Thanks
I see this has been asked several times before, but I too am having difficulty. I am logged into my account using Internet Explorer, so not sure if I need to use another browser. I have several (well, more than a dozen) images in my Library that I would like to purchase for use on a website. I do not wish to buy a subscription. How do I go about purchasing the images in my library? Is it possible to only purchase a few images (and not get a subscription). Or should I get a subscription to obtain the images I want and then cancel after 1 or 2 months? Again, I am an individual (not a business), so subscription does not make sense for me. Thanks in advance.
Hi!I have been using Stock for a while and I've been really happy with the images. However, I purchased a video the other day and I have found it to be a really poor quality video which really doesn't work very well. It's a pain that the previews are hardly a good example of the video quality. Couldn't it be a really short version, but full quality? Is there any way to get my money back on this item? Many thanks,Alex.
I swear this website has got me running around in circles and I am exhausted. I have become so irate at the lack of understanding when I have asked multiple times on discussions to experts to please cancel my subscription. I honestly do not even use it and I don't want to be charged for something I am not using. So for the last time, please, please, please end my membership to adobe stock.[Here is the list of all Adobe forums... https://forums.adobe.com/welcome][Moved from Comments forum to Creative Cloud forum... I accidentally purchased a Stock video file--how do I go about getting a refund and returning that element?cje
Hi all.I am looking for some advise regarding licencing for stock images. We manufacture machinery which has a user interface screen, there will only ever be minimal people using the screens on the machines.I would like to use some of the vectors from Adobe Stock on the machines screens, the question is, which licence would I require? - From reading the terms of each licence, I don't see why I can't use a standard licence as these machines are not in public view and are only ever operated by a minimal number of people.Advise on this issue greatly received.Kind Regards,Adam.

Hello, I have a corporate client who’d like to use these clips. (comp file names here)AdobeStock_51471935_Video_HD_Preview.movAnd they would use this video we are creating on their youtube channel, audience is B2B. And also they will have the video in a sales deck that their sales team uses. What license covers this type of use? Are these clips ok to use in this way? Thanks. chris loukides producer emotion studios inc. [Personal information removed by moderator]
Hi there,I have a question regarding licensing for a specific use-case, which I believe is within the use outlined by the license agreement. However, there's been some confusion in the forums, and I haven't been able to find a clear answer, confirmed by Adobe staff. Please note: I have read the Terms at length - please do not just refer me to the terms. Here is my use-case:I'm creating a corporate video for a client, and we want to make use of Adobe Stock videos footage for certain portions of the video (purchased with the enhanced license). The Adobe Stock videos are used in the background of the corporate video as we show pertinent stats of the company, etc. Where used, the stock clips are modified and form a part of the corporate video - not the entirety of the corporate video. The corporate video will be displayed at their conferences, etc, and will be shown on their website, and potentially their social media accounts (Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo, Twitter
HI Our comany want to use one picture from Adobe Stock for the cube box( presenting demand), and it's hard to estimate how many people will see it. What kind of license should I choose?Besides, when I buy the picture and download it, can I use it forever? Or Is there any time limitation to use it?And AS I am in China, Can I use the picture in China since Adobe Stock hasn't provided service to China.Look forward to your reply.Alicia
I know this topic has been brought up before, but often the answer is to open it in Illustrator and resave it.I don't own Illustrator. I often purchase vector files and rasterize them in Photoshop for use without any issues (from Adobe Stock and other sources). I am not aware that purchasing/subscribing to Illustrator is a prerequisite for functional vector file downloads from Adobe Stock.I recently licensed image #107342106This is a screenshot of what appears in Photoshop when I import it (anti-aliasing checked, high resolution):Is there a solution for this?
Hello,Currently, we are are signed up for the plan 'Adobe Stock - 40 images a month (one-year)'. We currently have 78 credits. We would like to downgrade our account to the 'Adobe Stock - 10 images a month (one-year)' plan. If I switch plans - from the 40 a month to 10 a month, will we still keep all of the credits that we currently have, or would we lose any credits in this process? I tried searching on the forum for an answer to this and did not find a direct answer to this question. Please let me know about this, thank you.
I found several vector images within Adobe Stock that promote aggression against the transgender community. Not sure how these images made it into the site, but they did. I have looked all over the Adobe website and there seems to be no options for reporting incidents like this. How can I get an employee to review these images for removal, and why is there no current system in place?Images:https://stock.adobe.com/stock-photo/vector-illustration-social-problems-stop-transvestites/131871981https://stock.adobe.com/stock-photo/vector-illustration-social-problems-stop-transgenders/131871958https://stock.adobe.com/stock-photo/vector-social-problems-of-humanity-stop-lgbt-parade/128862015https://stock.adobe.com/stock-photo/vector-illustration-social-problems-of-humanity-stop-lgbt/128862044

I licensed an image in Stock, but when I saved it to my library or tried to download, it still had the ID# and watermark on it. Right-clicking on the image told me I coulc license it. Not sure what is going on.
