HiI have licenced 20 or so images and added to each a colorful frame and text box with a Title, blurb/"logo"  and writing prompt sentence for children to use in their creative writing. I've put these modified images in a children's book because I was asked to by a homeschooling parent. At the start of the book I say the images can not be copied and at the end of the book I have a thumbnail of each image with the author and Adobe Stock reference number and request that people purchase their own licence if they wish to use the image in their own projects. Do you think this use is covered by the standard licence?Thanks for your helpKaren

I have a client who I designed some Tradeshow Banners for. Now they would like to sell the banners to their trainers. Does this require the Extended License? If so - can we pay the difference between the Standard and Extended, since they've already purchased a Standard?Thanks,Carrie-Anne

Hello all, I seem to be having an issue with 'Same Series' searches.  If I select a photo from search, then click the show more from same series option, Adobe Stock is loading up the images as it should.  If however there is a sufficient number of results within that series to roll onto a second page, when I click the 'next page' link (or the number 2 link), it takes me back to my original search term, not the drilled down series search.  Anyone else seeing the same issue?  I have manage to duplicate the fault on two separate machines and multiple browsers (macOS Sierra, Chrome & Safari)Could do with a fix on this ASAP.Thanks in advance.

I have tried to cancel my Adobe stock subscription via my online account, that hasn't worked and I got cut off and directed here when I asked an Adobe agent. Please may someone help.

Hi,I don't think I'll need to keep my stock subscription going for the foreseeable future.  I still have over 50 images I could download.  If I cancel my subscription, will I lose the 50 downloads I still have available?Cheers.Kris.

Hello everyone!I have a question about using the photos from Adobe Stock with a Standard License.There's this one photo that I'll like to use as a poster, so I can add it to my portfolio.All I know is that you need an Adobe ID in order to use Adobe Stock, and have to pay more with a Premium license for unlimited use.But when it comes with a Standard License, do I still have to pay for the photos if I want to use them?Because I'm not really sure about this, and I'm thinking to use only one copy of the photo. I licensed a photo and downloaded it. I tried using it in Photoshop. When I opened the photo, it has a line running horizontally through the center. The top and bottom halves are slightly off from each other, and the bottom half is noticeably lighter than the top half. I deleted the photo and re-downloaded it, same result.It opens this way in any photo viewer, and Photoshop.Any thoughts or suggestions? Just a bad picture?

I figured it would come in a file with multiple layers and I would just have to remove them, but I was wrong. I think this file is faulty.thanks for the time, hope

Could someone please tell me how to cancel the "FREE"  trial subscription. I've tried everything.

If I license an asset for a client, and use the asset in e.g. packaging designs and then my client wants me to send the asset (image) to them, so they can use it for their own purposes (for producing other marketing materials etc.). Do I have to send the Licence Terms to my client, that they sign the Terms, or what?

I seem to be having some major issues with a file i purchased from iStock.no. 29786029I can download it but the background cannot seem to be eliminated, no matter how I clip the artwork.  maybe its me...??  I've attempted to clip the artwork and remove the image from the background about 5 times now and little "white dots" show up on the new background of the image.

Hello ,I seem to be having a similar issue with a stock item I purchased.  For some reason, it seems corrupt. Can you see if there is an issue with this file>#29786029I can open it in my libraries, create work, but when the work is then sent to the client the image is ALWAYS black so I am not sure what's happening.

Hi Mat,I have similar problem, and can't access fotolia anymore. Try to reset my password or login and never received an email from Fotolia. I should have about 100 credits in Fotolia.  I want to use up all credit in fotolia before i move to adobe stock. Any suggestion how to deal with this problem? Thank you.RegardsKevin
