Every single day it goes completely dead! between 13.00 up to 19.00 European time. Same thing, same time span every single day. Why is this?Its not only me its for lots of contributors.I'm really interested in why? cheers!

Hi,We have a CC subscription and used to pay extra for Adobe Stock images but canceled it a while back. We never used the images that we payed for and supposed that they were "stacked" on our CC-account. I would like to use those now but can't access them. I hope this doesn't mean that we payed for something that was lost when we cancelled the Stock-subscription?Kind regardsLinda Pierre

Hi, I used Adobe Stock for months with the monthly subscription for 10 images. Once I stopped the subscription, I still had more than 60 images remaining. Which I paid for. And now, they are completely gone from my account. How can I have them back. I paid for them! Hi!I noticed that the contributor DigitalGenetics ( Search photos by DigitalGenetics , DigitalGenetics photos, images, assets | Adobe Stock )   sells the renderers of the Evermotion  ready-made 3d sceneswith almost no change.Is this acceptable from the point of view of the Adobe Stock? If so, can anyone buy these scenes and make almost the same pictures? Is it ok?I think this will create a huge number of identical images from different authors.for example:

I am looking for a list of the 10 images used in the June 8, 2016  Create Magazine Take 10 Challenge: Weightless.  I downloaded the montage of the images, turned it into individual jpgs., and tried to do a search in Adobe Stock with no luck. I really want to use the same images so that I can compare my final product with all of the ones found on Behance. Help.

Hi All,This question is two-fold.  I too have purchased images that were supposed to be seamless but are not.  I have no way to contact the creator.  Is there a way to report this?  Is there any way we can contact creators ever?  Often times I struggle because the most beautiful designs are not of use because they are not png (transparent) and the seamless scenario when I discover they are not.g.

I have a client that wants to buy stock photos for his website.  He only needs 3 photos, so he wants to buy a monthly subscription, but only for the 3 photos.  Once he has purchased the photos he wants to end his subscription, but is afraid the license for the photos will expire... Does he own the photos once he purchases them, or in order to use the photos forever does he need to keep the subscription?Thanks in advance.

I licensed the stock image Weltkarte in Hammer-Projektion - image | Adobe Stock  which is labelled as a vector file according to my search settings only to find that it was a raster image inside an AI file.  Can I get the license refunded?

SO after accruing 50+ unused credits, by paying a subscription for an entire year and not using the credits I paid for, I stopped my subscription for purchasing new credits each month.Today i go to purchase an image, and all of my credits are gone?How is this acceptable policy? I mean I couldn't use those credits immediately so I didn't need to buy more perpetually... so thats grounds to take away the credits I did purchase? I am really disappointed in Adobe. This is not the type of company I thought you were.This is a shortsighted and downright wrong practice. Shame on you.

I read that it's not possible to define a price for each image but I will earn money depending on the subscription of the user who will buy the picture. Hi,If I buy a Standard License and use part of this image for say a T-Shirt design and I advertise it and sales then start coming in, can I then buy the Extended License.I ask this as it would be very expensive to buy the Extended License and then run ads to sell and if the design does not sell, I will blow a ton of money.Thanks for your help.All the bestChris

By accident I subscribed to the monthly Adobe Stock program. 10 images a month for AU$35. I paid this fee for near on 12 months and was gathering a stock pile of images I could download.I didn't use this service enough and so I cancelled my subscription. Now I cannot access the 29 or so images I had "saved up" over the months from paying the subscription.Can someone please explain do I loose access to the images I have technically "pre paid" for - now that my 12 month subscription is finished?
