Hi there - I bought the file (#171089698) - a vector image of a wallet. HOWEVER the downloaded file is that of a FOX! Please advise.

How long does it usually take for approved photos to appear in Fotolia and Adobe Stock?  My photos that were approved on Thursday, September 14 don't appear when I search for them on both web sites. (It's now Tuesday, September 19.)  I'm a new contributor, so I don't know what's typical and when to consider it a problem. Thank you!

I cancelled adobe Stock but I had like 23 pictures left for download. So my question ist: Where are they?! When I want to download a picture adobe suggests me to subscribe to adobe Stock but there have to be some downloads left?!Why is this happening? May you can help me.Thanks a lot!

Hi,I just purchased one Stock Footage but I wasn't able to choose the Extended License for it. Instead it says Enhanced Licens which I don't think allows us to use it on the TV-commercial we picked it for. How can I change the license to extended? twaritar3263062

Hi, I bought the one year CC products with the student plan. I know I graduated from the college however, the plan have to finish on January 20th, 2018, because I bought the plan on January 20th, 2017. If it had to finish (or canceled) because I graduate from the college, you guys have to return the money back. I payed $406 U.S dollar for one year plan. Why is it canceled? Please return the money back you guys have to give me a permit to access until January 20th, 2018. Thank you.

Hi, I accidentally purchased a photo twice. How can I remove the second photo?It's really much too easy to buy something in your system. It's just one erroneous click and you buy the thing you don't want. The system should ask before buying if I really want to buy it.

Alright, so I'm having issues with Adobe Stock. Every time I go to download an already licensed image it no longer gives me the option to save it to my computer. It only saves to my creative cloud libraries. I selected to open in Photoshop, and it doesn't. I select to save to my computer and it says "Saved" and a pop-up next to the saved says "Saving..." once those go away, it didn't do either of those things.I followed everything on this web page: Unable to download Adobe Stock images, but nothing worked.

I've licensed an image but it won't allow me to download it.I've since used another image and don't need it anymore.How do I get the image re-credited to my account as I was unable to use it?

1.  Hard to believe after the monthly fee I am charged yet even more for a stock image.2.  Why can't I buy just one?  Isn't the monthly fee enough already?3.  When I go to stock, it says I can get 10 free images.  How?

I have attempted to download images I have licensed on two different computers, using both Firefox and Edge on each.Every time I select an image, and click "Download" under the Save to Computer option, I get a spinning wheel, and a confirmation it is licensed in the top left hand corner. I do not, however, get a download. It does not show up in my downloads, it does not show up in my Creative Suite folder...If I select "open in AI" (I am downloading vectors), same thing, but I then get a prompt saying I am not signed in to Creative Suite.Both times I have used computers which are both signed in to Creative Suite (in fact, one I updated both the Creative Suite app, and Illustrator, and made sure I was logged in).Please advise.

I subscribed for 10 x free stock images, none I downloaded onto my pc.  I selected around 5 and downloaded them into the Libary section.  The following day the account says I have 0 items in the Library where it allows you to save pictures and the Licence history section says well, I have no history.I've been trying to get in touch via the online Customer Service but I can't get through too many people waiting and I'm really frustrated.Has anyone experienced this?Is there a customer service number and email?ThanksKelFrustrated user

What's the difference between Popularity and Downloads in the sort option?  I would think Downloads will show the most downloaded photos.  But then how is Popularity determined.  Feels like I'm missing something very basic. Thanks!

Hello, I bought a stock one year pass. every month I will have 10 images to download. and it will be rollover to next month, but when it finished the pass,  every thing disappeared. Why?
