By accident I subscribed to the monthly Adobe Stock program. 10 images a month for AU$35. I paid this fee for near on 12 months and was gathering a stock pile of images I could download.I didn't use this service enough and so I cancelled my subscription. Now I cannot access the 29 or so images I had "saved up" over the months from paying the subscription.Can someone please explain do I loose access to the images I have technically "pre paid" for - now that my 12 month subscription is finished?

Hi,I've just renewed my monthly subscription(199.99＄/ 750 per month) and i tried to licence and download it redirects me to the plans page as if i don't have a plan.I received invoice on 28/05/17. And my credit card has been already billed on the same day. But it looks like i have to pay additionally when i try to download images, like i don't have any plans.I have tried logging in and out and using a different browser but no luck.

Dear Sir, I am a member of the Fotolia since 2012. I sent about 250 photos. I normally take my credits by PayPal and I take it from the bank. But now Paypal is closed in Turkey. Hey, I'm not sure about what type of license should I use...I want to use an image under my music on YouTube as a background image. Hopefully it will be more than 500,000 views.So, my question is: what type of license should I use for this kind of usage? Standard or extended?Maybe standard license is enough because I will use it just in the YouTube video and posted it on the popular social sites and my website.I found this in the Adobe Stock Terms:"(B) Standard License Specific Restrictions. In addition to the restrictions in section 4 below: (1) you may not cause or allow any Work to be reproduced more than 500,000 times in total. For example, a Work may not appear on more than 500,000 printed materials (flyers, advertisements, covers, packages, etc.). Likewise, the Work may not be incorporated in a television program, video, or other digital production if the audience is expected to be greater than 500,000 viewers, in total. This restriction does not apply to Works that are displayed

Why should we have to pay for a plan to reactivate our expired credits that we already paid for? Isn't there another way to reactivate those?

Hello, I purchased a Picture (File Nr. 110031812), it's an AI-File.If I try to open it, I can't see the Image, but a Text-Image with this content:"This is an Adobe® Illustrator® file that was saved without PDF content. To place or open this file in other applications, it should be re-saved from Adobe Illustrator with the "Create PDF Compatible File" options turned on. This option is in the Illustrator Native Format Options dialog box, which appears when saving an Adobe Illustrator file using the Save As command." There seems to be a problem with the Image File. Hello everyone,I recently purchased https://stock.adobe.com/stock-photo/magical-transparent-light-effect-in-wave-style-and-golden-sparkles/138457607 and I cannot seem to be able to remove the checkered box from it to use the light effect only. I figured it would come in a file with multiple layers and I would just have to remove them, but I was wrong. am I over looking something?thanks for the time, joaquin

I downloaded and bought 4 images, nut accidentally licensed one of them twice, image number 3868337.I'm not entirely sure what has happened but another image I downloaded (120243109) was downloaded with name of image 3868337, so that is where the confusion happened i think.How do I get a refund on one of the licenses for 3868337?

HelloI'm using the last version of Adobe CC and have an issue when trying to search images directly from the librairy panel in all compatibles apps.I always get the following message "Sorry, something went wrong while searching Adobe Stock. Please, try again".As I have read on other posts, I do not have multiple Adobe IDs, so the problem doesn't come from that.I'm also able to transfer the images directly from the Adobe Stock's website to my librairies, the problem occurs only when trying from the applications.Any ideas how to solve this ? I have already contacted twice the french Customer Service but they were not able to give me a solution.Anyone ?Thanks in advance

I signed up for a free trial, not a monthly subscription. I was unaware that I would be billed. I did not provide my payment information to pay for this plan, you simply used my general Adobe CC billing info. I expect this plan to be cancelled at no cost to me and a refund of these monthly fees.

Hi there,I am a loyal Adobe CC user but I had more than 100 images credits left and I had to cancel my subscription to Adobe Stock a few months ago because I didn't need those images monthly.. but I was sure that I will keep the credits I have paid for more than one year but sadly I am seeing that I have not a single image credit when I had more than 100. I keep using Creative Cloud but I could't afford to pay for Stock when I didn't use it too much.I would love to receive the credits I have paid for back if it were possible.Thanks a lot in advance.

Hello,I own a book publishing company and want to create a team account for 4 members. But the thing is the members are not employed in our company but are freelancers (cover designers primarily) with their own businesses. So could they nevertheless use the images for licensing and for their sales to their own customers? Or is it necessary that they are employed in our company and generate money only for our business?Thank you and bestKanute

Hi,I have a website blog on which I use Adobe Stock images. I am having a design overhaul of my blog and going forward all images on the blog will have a white border with my logo in it. This means I will be custom editing a selected Adobe Stock photo and adding a white border and my logo within the white border.Is this allowed or will this be a breach of copyright?Note that I will not be editing the image itself, as my logo will sit in the border.Superhuman

Dear Adobe,I have payed 2 200 SEK for membership in Adobe Stock during the last 10 months. Still, when I now cancel my subscription because I currently have no use of the service, your website states that I will loose my 80+ images that I have yet to license and use. I think this is a very unfair way to treat a paying customer - making me not able to use the service I have payed for - and this has made me dissatisfied and highly disappointed with Adobe. I accidentally licensed some images while using the web interface and on my iPhone. Is there an official way to confirm licensing before it automatically licenses images, or do we (customers) have to put our business out there and hope you can credit the images back if it's accidentally licensed?I currently have about 3 images I unintentionally licensed and would like a credit for. Y'all seem to have solved this issue already, hence I am asking everybody: Most of you in this forum use their Nickname, the name under which they offer pix etc. Which makes sense as this is the name under which we are known in the stock world. For some frickin' reason I am posting here under my "real" name, not my nick, which makes perfectly zero sense. Could you guys share with me how to post under my nick, please?
