Hi. I purchased a stock photo - the largest size - hoping that it would be sufficient to place on a large canvas print approximately 4 feet by 4 feet. The resolution is not high enough. How can I gain access to a higher resolution image? Thank you
A couple of months ago I purchased an image which was found to be flawed. I reported it on this forum and got a response from someone at Adobe saying that Adobe had given me a credit. I checked and the credit was there but today when I went to use it, it had disappeared. The flawed image was #124768803 -- it had a line running thru it and I see now that it has been withdrawn from the site. Can someone from Adobe please replace the missing credit? thanks.
I had seventy-something photos that expired apparently with not a single notice of their expiration. Once I contacted Adobe support (there was no effort or communication on your end) I was told that I could sign up for $29/month and get 10 pictures and my photos back. Since I haven't used 78 photos thus far, how could I possibly use 10/month? Pay $270/year to access photo credits I own! Wow! From the goodness of your heart.I have already paid for those photos, to take them away is BS... ESPECIALLY without any communication. I have been a long time supporter of your products, and although your subscription model transition has been reasonable in the space of Photoshop, Lightroom, premiere...etc. With stock your plans, communication, and all around crappy customer service have me feeling a large HELL NO to your company.Your "support" offered me a screaming deal because of my loyalty of $29/month! WOW! Everybody gets that...it's even more insulting that that was the special offer. Raise y
I am a college student and a creative cloud subscriber. I noticed what I thought was a promotion for "10 free stock images" in December on the creative cloud app, and decided to use two. I thought that was the end of it, but just recently checked my adobe account and saw that I had unwittingly been subscribed for adobe stock starting in January, for $29.99/month. I had absolutely no knowledge of this subscription, and when I check my past emails, I only ever received a confirmation of payment (not of subscription, not even of purchase) in January that ended up in my spam folder-because it wasn't from Adobe's usual email addresses which I've added to my contacts-with no following emails since. When I called to get a refund and explain my situation-which is obvious from my records since I only ever used those two images in December - the only offer they could give me was free three months on my subscription out of "good will," which I'll have to remember to cancel in November since they
Guys, i used to be a Dollar Stock customer (or whatever the name was). If you check my records until not long ago i still had around 70 credits left. And all of a sudden, they have all gone. Can you please help? THX
I had a bunch of credits in my Adobe Stock account and they appear to be gone. I've logged in and out of my account several times and that didn't change anything. Any ideas as to why they would have disappeared? Do credits expire? I had a bunch that I migrated over from dollar photo that weren't used yet.
Hi, I have the Standard Licence, and I was curious about the restrictions. I am using the images for books that I am writing. Could this possibly violate the restrictions? The only time it would actually be printed would be to use as bookmarks, teasers and paperbacks of the book. If it gets to hit the 500,000 viewer mark, would I need to find different images and redo the cover because of the restrictions? I'm not selling the images alone or to another person to use.
Hi!I saved several images to different libraries in Adobe Stock (image A).However, when I open a library I cant see any of the images I saved (image B).What's going on?

Hi, I'm wondering where my AdobeStock kredits have gone... I'm sure that I still had quite a lot og downloads available on my account, but now I can't see them anymore. Can you tell me why to do?
Is there any way I can "unlicense" a stock photo that was purchased by a slip of a mouse? One click purchasing is great when you want an image, not so great when it's accidental.Thank you, Stacie
Hello, I was just trying to save to library and was only given option to licence and save and did not want these can I please get a refund for these 5 photos: #132756290#142509831#143595896#128892596#136088897thank you, Chloe
No notice, no email, no nothing.I had over 150 credits that I BOUGHT since IstockPhoto (later bought by Adobe) In the welcome they would "respect" the licenses... after a few months, apparently not. I already checked my spam folders in case I missed the email. NoneIt seems that either Adobe just ripped me. I find no logic explanation, no email, no nothing.I can not contact support in Adobe either as their "human support" is a headache, you need to navigate page after page, then loop back to the same support page, and then browse again until you end up here. In a forum, making a request to the Adobe team and explain to me (and return) the credits I BOUGHT.Maybe someone reads this, maybe not... This is the type of "human" support you can expect from this company.I demand an answer ADOBE! I want and need my credits back, ASAP. Thank you.
i did not intend to order this product. I'm not sure how it happened, but I just got charged $200/month!! Please help. This is a disaster!!george
Adobe tricks customers into signing year long contracts that they must then pay a large fee to get out of. They offer you one month for free but neglect to tell you that you will then be charged 30 dollars a month for the next year. But don't worry, you can contact the Adobe support team and get jerked around for 45 minutes, directed to non existing support members, and inevitably told to shove off because your customer satisfaction doesn't matter. It is hard to understand why a company with such great products resorts to such cheap measures to rob consumers rather than let there products speak for themselves.
I deleted my plane by mistake; what can I do?

I would like to sell a website template through online template shop. For the template thumbnail/demo, can I use stock photo(with standard license)? However, the buyer cannot access/download/own the stock photo after they brought my template. They only have the source code of my template as a final product. Thanks!
We are a non-profit community healthcare provider and operate a mobile dental van providing care to children in Nevada. We have an opportunity to rewrap the outside of the van and hope to use 20-24 images of children & families. We are unsure of the license we require as each image will only be used once; we see an average of 500 children on the van per year; and our entire patient base is 50,000 people. The van will only be used in the state of Nevada which has a population of 2.9 million and an area of 110,000 square miles.Any advice we could receive on the correct license to use and/or ways to determine image views would be very appreciated!
Hi !I just tried to download my 10 pictures of this month and I realized that 4 of them were never downloaded by my webbrowser but they appeared as already bought and the only choice I have now is to buy them again !!!I follow the help I am afraid that I have paid 2,99€ for two picture I already bought! Moreover, amongst the 6 I manage to download one of them is in AI format which I cannot open !!! How I am suppose to use it now?Coud it be possible to recover the 5 missing pictures without supplementary fees (and do not charge me 5,98€ for my tentatives to recover them by myself)?Thank you in advance,Elena
I am disappointed with Adobe lately, and noticing a bait and switch going on here. The company I work for been subscribing to adobe stock for a year and are reviewing the renewal.I was searching for a decent photo to use for a project and it seems all the photos that are included are mediocre at best and the better (read: clear and framed correctly) are premium!my search was for a decent manatee photo and all i have to choose from are what appear to be muddled, grainy flip phone shots that are terrible and amateur. I found quite a few professional looking photos but these are all premium and are not included with my really expensive yearly plan! We have multiple full CC licenses and have stock included and are paying a lot of money for poor quality run of the mill photos! For what i spend on software and photo services, there are other photo services that I am considering looking into!who is picking this stuff and why are decent photos premium? i understand the videos are pr
Hi,I have one primary account which I use to make purchases, however my Adobe Software is registered to another which is all connected, how can i get the stock image to appear on this account as I would like it to appear in the libraries
