I just got one of those emails telling me I have to spend $30/mo to keep my Dollar Photo credits, credits that I have already paid for when I agreed to the Dollar Photo plan. It never mentioned that these credits were going to expire. Here is the email Adobe sent to me at the time of the changeover from Dollar Photo to Adobe:Dear Dollar Photo Club Member, Our service is now closed. But we have great news. You can transfer your unused downloads to Adobe Stock until August 31st, for free. And even more for you – Benefit from a unique promotion on Adobe Stock with similar conditions: $0.99 per image through an annual plan of 10 images for $9.99/month, valid for the first year. This offer can only be redeemed before the transfer of your unused downloads. This is just greedy and bait and switch by Adobe. You may have given us credits knowing we had paid for the Dollar Photo service. Why have these credits expire? I have 172 unused credits and the fact that Adobe
Hi there,I recall having some download credits applied to my account following the closure of dollarphotoclub.comAs I understood, these downloads were to last 1 full year, however; I am not seeing them on my account. I migrated my account back in late June.Did these credits expire already? or are they just located in a different place in my account?
I've paid for 10 pictures a lot of months but haven't gotten any new for a long time. Something strange with my subscription. Please also check if there is some months that I've paid double. Please check my account and get back to me.ps. Costumer service chat don't work either.
Hello, today i tried buy an image, but i can't, because all my unused credits from Dollar Photo Club gone...I didn't receive any emails about the credits cancellation, and i can't buy any subscription, because Adobe does not provide this service in my country. How can i get my credits back?
Hi,I recently purchased the Adobe Stock - 10 images a month (one-year) plan under my individual account rather than the team account. Is there any way this can be shifted to the team account to enable other staff to purchase products under the same plan?Thank you.
So, in scrolling through templates I accidentally clicked on one and bam I suddenly have licensed it. It's a little ridiculous that there is NO confirmation for purchase or anything of the like. This is my school account and I want the llicense taken off. I havent saved the image or anything, and I expect my school to not be charged for this.Is there a number I need to call to have this taken off my account? The item number is:#123506132
Hello,I purchased a license for one year of stock adobe for a mistake.Only now, after 6 months, I found out I paid 36€ per month. Can I be refunded?

I signed up for Adobe Stock as a monthly plan (cancellable at any time). Or so I thought. When I went to cancel two months later, I was informed that I had an annual plan and was charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the year. I don't know why my membership was processed by Adobe as an annual membership, customer service could not help - but let this be a warning to others. If anyone else had a similar problem and Adobe helped, please let me know how!
Hi! I bought a license of the image #62716115 for mistake, I missclik, (I never downloaded the image).I don't want this image, but anotehr one.The one I want is #126235565 Could anyone help me?
Hi,The images I plan to purchase will be used on the zazzle website as a placeholder in my template that I sell. So while the customer is supposed to swap out the purchased photo say on a mug for example, the potential is there for the them to keep the placeholder photo on the final product.would an extended license cover that scenario and if so, would the final cost of the extended license image by 79.99 or something more? Thanks!Jen
I had used just 1 of my free images but seem to have lost my further 9? Do you have to use them within a certain time?
Any reason why there is no option to cancel (button is usually below "Renewal date")?
Why do you have a lot of videos segments we can not use in North America ex : Construction workers with no security hats or boots ? we can t use theses video because they are wrong to show peoples .[Title edited for brevity by moderator — duplicate of body content.][Also, moved out of the forum Lounge and into an Adobe Stock forum - moderator]
Hi. I purchased a stock photo - the largest size - hoping that it would be sufficient to place on a large canvas print approximately 4 feet by 4 feet. The resolution is not high enough. How can I gain access to a higher resolution image? Thank you
A couple of months ago I purchased an image which was found to be flawed. I reported it on this forum and got a response from someone at Adobe saying that Adobe had given me a credit. I checked and the credit was there but today when I went to use it, it had disappeared. The flawed image was #124768803 -- it had a line running thru it and I see now that it has been withdrawn from the site. Can someone from Adobe please replace the missing credit? thanks.
I had seventy-something photos that expired apparently with not a single notice of their expiration. Once I contacted Adobe support (there was no effort or communication on your end) I was told that I could sign up for $29/month and get 10 pictures and my photos back. Since I haven't used 78 photos thus far, how could I possibly use 10/month? Pay $270/year to access photo credits I own! Wow! From the goodness of your heart.I have already paid for those photos, to take them away is BS... ESPECIALLY without any communication. I have been a long time supporter of your products, and although your subscription model transition has been reasonable in the space of Photoshop, Lightroom, premiere...etc. With stock your plans, communication, and all around crappy customer service have me feeling a large HELL NO to your company.Your "support" offered me a screaming deal because of my loyalty of $29/month! WOW! Everybody gets that...it's even more insulting that that was the special offer. Raise y
I am a college student and a creative cloud subscriber. I noticed what I thought was a promotion for "10 free stock images" in December on the creative cloud app, and decided to use two. I thought that was the end of it, but just recently checked my adobe account and saw that I had unwittingly been subscribed for adobe stock starting in January, for $29.99/month. I had absolutely no knowledge of this subscription, and when I check my past emails, I only ever received a confirmation of payment (not of subscription, not even of purchase) in January that ended up in my spam folder-because it wasn't from Adobe's usual email addresses which I've added to my contacts-with no following emails since. When I called to get a refund and explain my situation-which is obvious from my records since I only ever used those two images in December - the only offer they could give me was free three months on my subscription out of "good will," which I'll have to remember to cancel in November since they
Guys, i used to be a Dollar Stock customer (or whatever the name was). If you check my records until not long ago i still had around 70 credits left. And all of a sudden, they have all gone. Can you please help? THX
I had a bunch of credits in my Adobe Stock account and they appear to be gone. I've logged in and out of my account several times and that didn't change anything. Any ideas as to why they would have disappeared? Do credits expire? I had a bunch that I migrated over from dollar photo that weren't used yet.
Hi, I have the Standard Licence, and I was curious about the restrictions. I am using the images for books that I am writing. Could this possibly violate the restrictions? The only time it would actually be printed would be to use as bookmarks, teasers and paperbacks of the book. If it gets to hit the 500,000 viewer mark, would I need to find different images and redo the cover because of the restrictions? I'm not selling the images alone or to another person to use.
Hi!I saved several images to different libraries in Adobe Stock (image A).However, when I open a library I cant see any of the images I saved (image B).What's going on?
